Jurnal ini berjudul “Validitas Metodologi Interpretasi Al-Qur’an (Analisis Sosio-Historis-Politik)”. Pembahasan skripsi ini berfokus pada tinjauan sosio-historis-politik dan dipertajam dengan uji validitas dari lima metode tafsir yaitu ijmȃlȋ, taḥlȋlȋ, muqȃran, maudhȗ’ȋ dan hermeneutika Fazlȗr Rahmȃn.Jenis dan pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif yang bersifat library research. Selain itu, untuk memudahkan proses penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan sosio-historis-politik dan dipertajam dengan pendekatan filsafat ilmu yaitu teori koherensi, korespondensi dan pragmatisme. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah lahirnya metodologi tafsir dilatar belakangi oleh tuntutan sosial-politik yang berkembang dan berubah dari masa ke-masa dan relevan sesuai konteks sosial dan politik masing-masing. Penelitian ini bisa dibaca melalui tinjauan ilmu sosiologi, sejarah, politik, dan filsafat ilmu.

Bermula dari pernyataan Sayyid Qutub yang mengatakan bahwa jahiliyah bukanlah kebalikan dari apa yang dinamakan ilmu pengetetahuan (‘ilm), akan tetapi Jahiliyah yang dimaksud dalam Al-Qur’an adalah keadaan spritual yang menolak uluhiyyah Allah dan suatu aturan atau sistem yang bertolak belakang dengan hukum Allah. Boleh dikatakan bahwa Jahiliyah itu adalah kebalikan dari Islam dan bertentangan dengan Islam. Dan juga kejahiliyahan itu tidak hanya terbatas dalam waktu tertentu saja, akan tetapi Jahiliyah adalah suatu tatanan, suatu aturan, suatu sistem yang dapat dijumpai kemarin, hari ini, bahkan hari esok. Tentu pendapat ini mengejutkan mengingat hampir suluruh umat muslim mengakui bahwa jahiliyah adalah suatu masa sebelum datangnya Islam. Dengan demikan, maka penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengkaji metode-metode yang digunakan Sayyid Qutub dalam menafsirkan sebuah ayat-ayat jahiliyah sehingga menghasilkan pemaknaan yang demikian itu. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kualitatif dengan model study kepustakaan (library research) dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode dokumentasi. Adapun yang menjadi sumber primer dalam penelitian ini adalah kitab Tafsir fi Zilal al-Qur’an dan juga literatur-literatur kepustakaan yang relevan dengan topik pembahasan. Dengan metode analisis data deskriptif-analisis diharapkan akan dapat mengetahui metode-metode yang digunakan Sayyid Qutub dalam menafsirkan sebuah ayat.Melalui metode yang telah dipaparkan di atas menghasilkan sebuah kesimpulan bahwa Sayyid Qutub dalam menafsirkan sebuah ayat al-Qur’an secara kontekstual. Adapun metode yang digunakan Sayyid Qutub dalam menafsirkan sebuah ayat secara kontekstual adalah metode doubel-movent dengan pendekatan sosio-historis, sehingga menghasilkan sebuah makna kontekstual terhadap jahiliyah. Diantara makna-maknanya adalah; perilaku-perilaku yang tidak sesuai dengan aturan-aturan Allah, sebuah ideologi tanpa disertai argumentasi yang ilmiah, dan kesombongan serta fanatisme kesukuan.

Berawal dari suatu acara disebuah acara di TV, M. Quraish Shihab menjawab pertanyaan salah satu audiens tentang jilbab, Shihab menjelaskan dengan berbagai macam pendapat para ulama'. Jawaban ini membuat semua yang mendengarkan jawabannya menjadi resah, karena dianggap bertentang dengan paham yang ada di Indonesia. Dari kejadian ini penulis ingin membedah bagaimana metode penafsiran yang digunakan oleh Shihab, sehingga berpendapat seperti jawaban yang telah di utarakan. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penulisan skripsi ini, menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Di dalam skripsi ini juga menggunakan kajian pustaka yakni meneliti dengan menggunakan data yang sudah ada dan data-data yang yang mempunyai relevansi dengan judul skripsi ini. Dari penelitian ini melahirkan kesimpulan, bahwa dari kedua mufassir tersebut di dalam penggunaan metode tidak jauh berbeda, hanya saja Shihab lebih banyak menggunakan pendekatan bahasa, dan penggunaan metode sumber penafsirannya, dengan menukil berbagai pendapat, namun tanpa ada pentarjihan darinya. Berbeda dengan al-Qurtubi yang lebih sedikit menggunakan pendekatan bahasa, dan di dalam penggunaan metode sumber penafsirannya, ia menyatakan pentajihan pribadinya. Dari metode yang digunakan masing masing mufassir tersebuat juga mempunyai kesimpualan yang sama, atas kebolehan perempuan menampakkan wajah dan kedua telapak tangannya, hanya saja Shihab mengatakan bahwa tidak pantas mencela perempuan yang menampakkan dari apa yang telah disepakati oleh keduanya, karena masih ada ulama' yang memperbolehkan menampakkan selain wajah dan kedua telapak tangan.

Penelitian ini berjudul konsep istiqamah dalam perspektif al-Qur’an (kajian tafsir tematik terhadap ayat-ayat istiqamah). Penelitian ini berusaha menguraikan beberapa penafsiran istiqamah menurut para mufassir atau dalam kata lain untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji konsep istiqamah secara mendalam sesuai dengan tuntunan agama dan syariat Allah SWT. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian studi kepustakaan (library research) yang bersifat deskriptif-analisis dengan langkah-langkahnya meliputi penyusunan data dan penafsiran data atau menguraikannya secara sistematis terhadap sebuah konsep atau antar konsep, dengan menggunakan motode kajian tafsir tematik. Adapun hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa konsep istiqamah dalam al-Qur’an, Pertama istiqamah janji. Kedua istiqomah do’a, Ketiga istiqamah dalam perintah. The discourse of this study is in the form of Karen Armstrong's thoughts about the existence of God, the Prophet Muhammad and the Qur'an, which began with her search for God by becoming a nun. In examining Armstrong's thinking, the writer uses a type of research library approach with descriptive-analysis method which is assisted by Hans George Gadamer's hermeneutic theory. The results of this study are in the form of an understanding that in Karen Armastrong's view of God, the Prophet Muhammad, and the Qur’an, in the process of searching for god, a sense of curiosity about Islam grows and gives rise to Armstrong's admiration for the Prophet Muhammad, whose ideas are seen in a early prophetic history while receiving revelations in the cave of Hira. God here is Allah in Islam, and the existence o the Prophet Muhammad as a representation of Islam, and the Qur’an as the holy book of Muslim that gives the mission of God.Armastrong's perspective expressed in his writings has implications for the religion of Islam, in the form of a contribution to the treasures of early understanding of God, Islam, and the Qur’an, to the development of the perspective of contemporary Muslim scholars.

The Philosophy Axis of the Yogyakarta Palace reflects the human journey from a fetus, a baby, growing into a child, a teenager then an adult human being, having a family, aging and finally dying. The complete journey of human life is reflected in the philosophical expression of Sangkan Paraning Dumadi as the teachings of Islam are innalillahi wa innailaihi roji'un (QS. Al-Baqarah [2]:156). The philosophical concept of the heritage of the Javanese poets by Prince Mangkubumi is manifested in the form of the Yogyakarta Palace architecture. This article reviews the relationship of religion and culture with the Axis of Philosophy of Yogyakarta City within the framework of Javanese-Islamic typology through a phenomenology-hermeneutics of Husserlian-Heideggero-Gadamerian.

Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa, pertama, pola penerjemahan kitab TIKMAL,yang disusun oleh Forum Mudzakarah Tafser al-Qur’an (FMTQ), yang terdiri dari ulama Madura, menggunakan pola penerjemahan dengan pola I’rāb. Pola i’rāb ini biasa hanya ditemukan pada kitab-kitab tafsir seperti keterangan-keterangan yang berhubungan dengan kata, kalimat, dan kandungan ayat. The archipelago has a lot of ‘ulama’ with a distinctive scientific understanding, including in the field of interpretation. One of the scholars of the archipelago whose knowledge is recognized by the world in the field of interpretation is Shaykh Nawawi Al-Bantani. His work, the book Marah Labi>d, has a distinctive Indonesian style in peeling and interpreting the contents of the verses of the Qur’an. This paper seeks to examine the distinctive features of the interpretation of the archipelago in the book by using the literature study method. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that Tafsi>r Mara>h Labi>d combines the use of ijma>li (global) and tahlili> (analysis) interpretation methods at the same time. Where Shaykh Nawawi at the beginning of the discussion interprets as briefly as possible the contents of the new verse or letter then interprets it in detail starting from the description of the meaning of vocabulary, muna>sabah, asba>b nuzul, variety of qira’a>t, to related narrations. Shaykh Nawawi also uses the muqa>ranah (comparative) method when interpreting the ahka>m verse by expressing differences in the opinions of the ulama’ and comparing them without fanaticism and criticism of schools that are different from the Shafi’i school that he adheres to. In addition, Shaykh Nawawi also combines tafsi>r bi al-ma’tsu>r with tafsi>r bi al-ra’y al-mahmu>d in the Mara>h Labi>d book.

The presence of the development of technology 4.0 as well as the transformation of changes in the flow of globalization really have a significant influence on the joints of the life of modern society. Changes in culture, culture, thought patterns, activity patterns, politics, economics, and even the world of education today are more likely to reduce individual spiritual values among students. There is a need for serious efforts by practitioners of the world of education in restoring the enthusiasm of students to explore the study of the Al-Quran so as to encourage them to increase individual religiosity and piety. The existence of the Digital Al-Quran also encourages their interest in exploring the depths of the meaning of the content of the Al-Quran, this is certainly a positive effort that must be preserved. This study aims to explore student responses in optimizing the use of the Digital Al-Quran with the Printed Al-Quran. The research method was designed using a mix method approach, combining a combination of questionnaires with random sampling techniques as well as an in-depth interview process with religious officials of the Indonesian Ulama Council of Lembang Regency and the Bandung City PCNU board in order to validate the existing data findings. The number of respondents in this study were 41 people, most of which were students at one of the Bandung universities. The results of the study prove that there are positive and negative sides of using the Digital Al-Quran among them, besides that this application is able to increase individual piety in the midst of the dimensions of modernity and globalization.

This paper answers two main questions. First, how is the methodology used by Tafsir Al-Qur’an Tematik of the Ministry of Religion of RI to produce interpretations that can offer solutions to the problems of Umma? Second, what is the contextual interpretation of the current miscommunication?. These Questions arise because the various methods of interpretation that exist often indicate a large distance between the Qur’an and the problems of Umma. Al-Qur’an as a book of guidance is deemed not present to answer the challenges that come so that it becomes a book that does not show its relevance in every time and place as well as the development of mankind. Especially the problems of miscommunication that come along with technological sophistication and increase the interest of the Indonesian people towards social media. Cyberbullying, dispute of religious authority, plagiarism, massive provocation, and other problems arise because of miscommunication. Therefore, a solution is needed that can answer these problems through the signals contained in the Al-Qur’an. One of the tafsir that offers such a solution is Tafsir Al-Qur’an Tematik compiled by the LajnahPentashhihMushaf Al-Qur’an of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia with the theme “KomunikasidanInformasi”. This article examines this interpretation using descriptive analysis methods.
