The issue of state sovereignty has been debated over thousands of years. International law recognizes the exclusive right of the airspace over the state’s territorial area. Its followed by the obligation to provide air navigation services on their airspace. The responsibility may be delegated by mutual agreement. The agreement may be terminated at any time. This research examines the case of the delegation of Flight Information Region (FIR) management of Batam and Natuna Island to Singapore from 1946 until 2020. Normative legal research methods are used in this research to analyze the legal issues through international treaties, legal regulations, and other literature related to FIR management. In conclusion, the delegation of the responsibility to provide air navigation services does not derogate the state’s sovereignty.

The results showed that 102 participants (57%) had experienced bully, 52 participants (51%) of whom were female. There were 38 participants (21%) have experienced cyberbully, 122 participants (69%) have experienced verbal bully, and 74 participants (42%) have experienced physical bully. Some negative impacts are difficulties in socializing, feeling useless, lack of confidence, academic decline, and others. However, some participants chose to oppose, ignored, change for the better, find more friends so they don’t experience bully again, and still be able to focus, know their goals and steps needed. Auction is a common thing by creditors if the debtor is a breach of contract. The creditor conducted the auction to get the repayment of the debt. The auction must be under the auction procedures in force in Indonesia. Each auction will have a different legal effect for each party. Thus, here will be explained about the legal consequences of the auction execution of mortgage rights that use a limit value lower than the value of the property valuation by the appraisal team.

Proof of land rights ownership for every Indonesian citizen is in the form of land certificates. The certificate is a proof of right consisting of a copy of the land book and a measurement letter determined by the National Land Agency with the aim of creating a strong means of proof with the provisions of the Basic Agrarian Law No. 5 of 1960 so that a legal certainty is achieved. Matters are examined, namely regarding the definition of legal actions referred to in article 1365 of the Civil Code which is applied in a court decision. In a law there must be certainty and protection for holders of land rights certificates.

Previous research has carried out to examine the use of public space as a medium of conflict reconciliation, on conflict cases in Ambon and Poso. Both places utilize existing public space to become a medium of reconciliation and a trigger for peace. Public spaces used include schools, markets, and coffee shops. The difference between the two models lies only in the public space used, wherein Ambon's model used the coffee shop while in Poso it is not. This is because there are cultural differences between Ambon and Poso, where Ambon has a culture to gather together in a coffee shop. This research itself is a development or continuation of the initial research, researchers conducted a trial implementation of public space model as a medium of reconciliation in other location. The purpose of this research is to obtain data validation on the model of applying public space as a medium of conflict reconciliation, so that the models can be used as a basis for drafting policies related to conflict resolution in Indonesia. The research was conducted using qualitative approaches and phenomenological methods, and data were obtained through focus group discussions with informants who were community leaders from the government, religious leaders, and academics. The results showed the use of public space precisely as a medium of reconciliation, but it must be supported by the role of government and community leaders. Another finding, a public space that can be used not only that is real or physical but also a virtual public space.
