Parole is a good method for giving prisoners freedom. Although in reality many opinions say that parole is an apology or government sympathy (executive clemency), aiming to speed up the time of release, even parole is considered as an attempt to please or give comfort to the perpetrators of crime (comfort of the criminal). Actually parole is not to reduce the law, facilitate or provide comfort for perpetrators of crime and also is not a tolerance or forgiveness (leniency). The problems examined in this study are: (1) How is the Legal Basis for the conditional release of prisoners according to the provisions of the law in Indonesia ? (2) How is the view of sociology of law against parole on inmates Penitentiary in Indonesia? This study discusses the implementation and impact of parole on prisoners in Indonesia, both in the normative theory of applicable law and in practice. This research is a normative legal research conducted through library research by conducting studies and analyzing primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. In this writing the researcher also conducted observations on the implementation of parole in Indonesia, the community's response to parole of prisoners.

Alternative media have long been placed as media that provide space for marginalized groups from the mainstream media. When the mainstream media is controlled by an authoritarian political system, alternative media becomes an instrument of communication for opposition groups. Likewise, when the democratic political system which causes the mainstream media to be controlled by media conglomerates, alternative media remains a medium that is free from hegemonic capital power. Alternative media perform counter-hegemony against the mainstream media. Provides a different perspective from information dominance. This article aims to determine the form of counter-hegemony conducted by alternative media. The sample in this study is Konde.co and Magdelene.co. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection is done by in-depth interviews, observation and literature study. The results showed that Konde.co and Magdalene.co played a role as a counter hegemony against the mainstream media. Both of them criticized how the mainstream media portrayed women from patriarchal ideology. Konde.co and Magdalene.co narratives favor women, always from the point of view of women and always defending women's interests. Unfortunately alternative media often have difficulty in operational funds. It needs to be adjusted in applying anti-business and noncommercial principles so that alternative media can live.

The diversity of skin colour, language, ethnicity, religion and culture in Indonesia should not create a conflict in society. Efforts to avoid horizontal collisions do not mean that a society is clear from multiculturalism of culture, religion, social life and free from friction among groups. Harmonization is actually expected to be created in all communities throughout Indonesia not only by the awareness and attitudes of each party to accept differences but also by the ability to develop them as dynamic potentials that provide opportunities and hopes for the progress of the Indonesian nation. Based on the background of the problems, it is important to conduct a study to make the economy of Magelang Regency, Central Java community as a policy model for improving people's welfare among multi ethnicity, culture, and religion in Indonesian by empowering society. It can be done by using two approaches, namely the top-down approach or often called the trickle down model and the bottom-up approach model, those are creating tourism village and providing power to the society or called empowerment.

The Covid-19 pandemic is changing global human attitudes and behaviour. This condition can certainly have an impact on psychological measurement tools that have been widely used. One measuring tool that might be affected and needs attention is the passion scale. Passion scale is developed from the dualistic concept of the passion model that are formed from harmony of passion and obsessive passion. The condition of the Covid-19 pandemic might cause a change in the passion construct so that it needed to add a new factor on the passion scale called laidback passion. Laidback passion is defined as a form of ignorance towards conditions. Someone with a relaxed passion will have a less caring attitude and not even be moved to undertake change activities. The aim of this research is to prove that laidback passion as a valid factor that construct passion together with harmony and obsessive passion. Participants involved in this study were 233 people, consisting of 82% women and 18% men. Analysis utilize Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Result show that laidback passion is a valid new factor on the passion scale.

This study looks at the relationship between forgiveness and psychological well-being of Christians from protestant churches in Jakarta. Many individuals find it difficult to forgive offenders who hurt them, even though the tendency to forgive has been proven to have a positive effect on well-being [1]. This research is a quantitative correlational research. The measuring instrument used was Transgression Related Interpersonal Motivations Inventory (TRIM-18) by Agita Nova Purba who adapted from McCullough, Root, and Cohen [2] and Psychological Well-Being (PWB) questionnaire from the Department of Research and Measurement in the Faculty of Psychology at Universitas Tarumanagara. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The subjects in this study were 267 Christians in young adulthood and middle adulthood age 20 65 years. The results showed that there was a significant negative relationship between forgiveness and psychological well-being (r = 0.327 and p = 0.000 <0.05). However, a negative relationship is interpreted to the contrary, namely as positive.
