Multilevel Matrix Converter 多电平矩阵变换器

This article describes a new topology of Matrix Converters with improved conversion factor and total harmonic distortion (THD). The output voltage generation techniques are observed and basic states of the proposed circle are given and explained. Also power indexes are calculated and simulation results are obtained.

Influence of catalyst drop properties on GaAs nanowhisker growth 催化剂滴度对砷化镓纳米晶须生长的影响

GaAs nanowhisker growth according to vapor-liquid-solid mechanism was analyzed using Monte Carlo model. Nanowhisker growth on GaAs(111)B surface activated by golden drops was realized. In the model system some experimentally observed effects were found: change of catalyst drop shape and decrease of NW diameter during growth, Au atom migration from the drop to GaAs surface, Au dissolution in growing whisker.

Formation of DNA molecules ordered systems on silicon surfaces DNA分子在硅表面有序系统的形成

Currently, the rapidly developing nanotechnology unite different fields of science such as biology, chemistry and physics. Particular attention is paid to the problem of the controlled arrangement of DNA molecules on solid surfaces. Properties of atomically smooth surface of silicon are change by the method of creating local charged regions. The ordering of DNA molecules on the anodic Si surface under the influence of an external field is demonstrated.
