The paper describes an experimental investigation of a noise immunity of three-channel electro-optical system of two spectral ratios. Possible types of optical interference are shown. The technique of assessing system noise immunity is held and the experimental investigation of the system on the proposed methodology is described.

The paper presents the issue of mechatronic system to control pipeline vales for mine applications. Based on the pipeline valve performance requirements and the operation mode peculiarities, the applicability of various electrical machines and semiconductor converters in mechatronic systems is analyzed. Functional diagram of mechatronic system is provided. The control features of microprocessor mechatronic system are presented.

Step-terraced morphology formation of a crystal surface is described by means of two-dimensional autocorrelation functions and Fourier transforms of the surface relief and by the full length of monatomic steps. This approach is applied for characterization of thermal smoothing kinetics of GaAs(001) “epi-ready” substrates in the conditions close to equilibrium between the surface and gallium and arsenic vapors.

In this paper we consider the problem of designing electro-optical system, which can be defined as the beginning of ignition in the early stages, and its coordinates. We developed the block diagram of the gauge, and designed optical system. It was made the laboratory sample of the pyrometric gauge which based on the optical system with a cylindrical lens.

This paper describes an implementation of the serial peripheral interface (SPI) between a microcontroller and a FPGA in a hybrid digital control system for high power converter with increased switching frequency. Detailed description of the FPGA SPI realization is given including CRC processing. Proposed interface can be used in a digital control system for a power converter with a complicated modular structure and higher switching frequency.

This article proposes synthesis of a new control method for three-phase three-level voltage source inverter based on scalar PWM. A high power supply system (up to 3 - 4 GW per impulse) for the electromagnetic mass accelerator is developed. Unique modules designed for multiple switching operations and high currents and voltages (up to 1.2MA and 5KV) are proposed. This paper describes various mass accelerator systems and their power supply systems. The systems can be fed by a DC current unipolar generator base on a multiphase synchronous generator and controlled rectifier.
