JOHN DEERE TRACTORS CONSUMER PROPERTIES IN THE MARKET OF UKRAINE 约翰迪尔拖拉机在乌克兰市场的消费属性

The purpose of the article is to present new provisions for the study of consumer properties of John Deere tractors with an assessment of their operational manufacturability. To achieve the goals set, the following tasks were solved: the consumer properties of tractors were studied; the expediency of using different types and brands of tractors in the agricultural sector is determined.

RESOURCE MODEL OF FORMATION OF AGROTRONICS OF COMBINE COLLECTION OF GRAIN 粮食联合采收农艺资源模式的形成

The purpose of the work is to justify the readiness of the machine under the condition that there is a state from which the agrotronics system of combine harvesting of grain can go to any mode with a given probability, and which belongs to a selected subset of modes in the presence of a certain amount of resources. The practical result will be the formation of a model for the formation of agrotronics for harvester harvesting of grain, which will initially be solved using the terminology adopted by mass service theory, and recommendations will be given for the specific use of the obtained solutions.

Determination of the installation parameters for additional attachments on the plowing unit for soil tillage 土壤耕作用犁耕装置附加附件安装参数的测定

Summary. This article is dedicated to the subject of designing additional tools for use with reversible ploughs that cuts and loosens topsoil. The aim is to reduce power consumption spent for soil tillage by using reversible ploughs with roller cultivators. Methods. Theoretical and experimental studies of the topsoil movement on the plough’s wing, the mouldboard and beyond. Results. Analysis of the movement of soil particles falling from the top edge of the plough’s moulboard has allowed to obtain analytical dependence for determining the size range of soil particles based on the geometry of the working surface of the plough’s body (distance from the soil surface to the top edge of the mouldboard, the angles of the edge of the mouldboard) and the kinematic parameters of the soil (speed of the plough and roller cultivator, soil particles speed on the edge of mouldboard, soil particles descent time). A research, on the movement of the soil particles, on the mouldboard surface of the plough's body is presented. The section through the mouldboard perpendicular to the wing of the plough is described by the equation of the "inverted" cycloid and based on it the dependences have been obtained to determine the kinematic parameters of the movement of the soil particles on the surface of the plough’s body, depending on the mouldboard type and properties of the soil. Results obtained in this article allow to design the roller cultivators for reversible ploughs with determined parameters of installation, in which the power consumption costs of the plowing process will be minimal. Conclusions. Obtained analytical dependences, that determine kinematic and technological parameters of the soil movement on the working surface of the plow, the section through the orthogonal wing that has the form of an "inverted"cycloid, the variable design and technological parameters of the plough and the conditions of its operation, allowing to justify the installation parameters of the roller cultivator relative to the plough, taking into account the proposed correction ratio, which depends on the mechanical properties of the soil and its structure.

Abstract Purpose of the study is to study the properties of frictional self-oscillations in systems with two degrees of freedom. As a research method, the asymptotic method of N.N. Bogolyubov and Y.A. Metropolitan. Research methods. The methodological basis of the work is the generalization and analysis of the known scientific results of the dynamics of systems in resonance modes and the use of a systematic approach. The analytical method and comparative analysis were used to form a scientific problem, goal and formulation of research objectives. When developing empirical models, the main provisions of the theory of stability of systems, methodology of system analysis and research of functions were used. The results of the study. A system with two degrees of freedom is considered, assuming that the friction function is approximated by a cubic polynomial in the sliding velocity, and friction is applied only to one of the masses. The exclusion of uniform rotation, corresponding to the third degree of freedom, leads to consideration not of the frictional moment, but the difference between the frictional moment and the moment of the moving forces. From the analysis of the results of the solutions of the equation, we can conclude that, with an accuracy up to the first approximation, inclusive, self-oscillations occur with constant frequencies equal to the natural frequencies of the system. This is consistent with the conclusions of other authors obtained using other methods. Stationary values of the amplitudes are found. The following four cases are possible: trivial solution corresponding to uniform rotation of the system without oscillations; single frequency oscillations with the first frequency; single frequency oscillations with a second frequency; two-frequency oscillatory mode. Conclusions. G. Boyadzhiev's method can be applied to study multi-mass self-oscillating systems and gives their general solution in the form of asymptotic expansions to any degree of accuracy. The obtained conditions for the stability of stationary regimes confirm the experimental results that in multi-mass systems, self-oscillations are possible only in the falling sections of the friction characteristics. The nature of the developing vibrations - their frequency and the ratio of the amplitudes of the constituent harmonics - is completely determined by the structure of the system, its elastic and inertial properties.
