Résumé : L’objectif de cet article est de contribuer à la recherche sur l’évaluation de la formation pédagogique des enseignants universitaires, à partir des premiers résultats d’une recherche collaborative évaluative conduite depuis deux ans à l’Université Clermo nt Auvergne. Alors que les études qui tentent de mesurer les effets des formations pédagogiques des enseignants-chercheurs tendent à laisser dans l’ombre les tensions surgissant des confrontations culturelles et professionnelles entre formés et formateurs, induites par ces dispositifs, l’article interroge en quoi et comment, dans une perspective d’évaluation écologique, la prise en compte des tensions peut constituer un levier commun dans une dynamique de transformation.
摘要:本文的目的是基于克莱莫nt奥弗涅大学两年来进行的一项合作评估研究的初步结果,为大学教师教育培训评估的研究做出贡献。而研究试图衡量教师教学培训的效果,往往会让在黑暗中若隐若现的紧张对峙的文化和专业培训师和引起的,这些设备之间,询问为何及如何着眼条评价,考虑生态的压力可以转化成为汇集在一个动态的杠杆。
