Packaging is more than just a suitable way of showcasing a product or getting a product to the consumer without reaching any damage. Here, we intended to know the relative significance of different features of packaging in purchase decision-making. We controlled the diversity of products and their confounding effect in the decision-making task by giving participants a particular product category (toiletries items) in the instruction. A survey was conducted on 386 Bangladeshi adult participants to rate their attitudes toward 11 different packing features when they make a purchase decision. The finding shows that participants rated printed detail on the package as the most important attribute which can manipulate their purchase choice. Moreover, they rated Convenience packaging, Hygienic wrapping material, convincing words on the packet, and attractiveness as the top five packaging features for young Bangladeshi adults, respectively. We found some significant gender differences in four features of product packaging. Bangladeshi adult females are more influenced by the attractiveness, colourful packet, convenience packaging, and convincing words on the packet than male customers. This finding could be an important addition to consumer behaviour literature. Moreover, marketers and designers would know their customer's needs and will be able to use this knowledge in product packaging as a reliable source of marketing strategy to increase their product sales. Keywords: product packaging; consumer behaviour; decision making; young adults

: The changing of learning from direct methods to indirect methods without direct interaction in class, is a challenge for double degree students in D3 English Program at Merdeka University of Malang. The problems found are related to the low level of optimism. This study aims to determine the effect of peer social support on optimism in double degree students. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique is a proportionate stratified random sampling of 90 students from 148 population of double degree programs. The method of data collection using Likert scale. The scale items for peer social support (51 valid) and optimism (38 valid) with a reliability coefficient of 0.949 peer social support and 0.918 optimism. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis with SPSS v.26 program. The results of hypothesis testing show a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that there is a significant influence between peer social support on optimism with an effective contribution of 33.4%.

: The aim of this research is to examine the role of self-efficacy on academic performance of Vocational High School students. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The participants of this research are at 115 students of the Vocational High School, Department of Electrical and Industrial Engineering who were obtained based on convenience sampling technique. The data analysis is used by regression analysis with Jeffrey’s Amazing Statistics Program (JASP). The result of this research indicated that self-efficacy has a significant role on academic performance.

: In previous research, differences in marital attitudes have been examined among students with divorced and harmonious parents. However, unlike previous studies, this research seeks to test the differences in marital attitudes among students not only based on the marital status of their parents (divorced or intact) but also based on the quality of their parents' relationship (harmonious or conflicted). The chosen method of analysis is a comparison test. The sample for this study consists of IAIN Kediri students aged 18-23 years. Using quota sampling, a total of 123 students were obtained. From the total number of students, they were divided into three categories: students with divorced parents, students with intact parents but in conflicted relationships, and students with harmonious parents. The number of respondents in each category was 41 students. The measurement tool used was the General Attitudes Toward Marriage Scale (GATM). Data analysis in this study employed ANOVA. The test results indicated differences in marital attitudes among students with harmonious parents, intact but conflicted parents, and divorced parents. The implications of this study suggest that practitioners in related fields should develop appropriate premarital guidance programs for students to acquire information and cultivate more positive marital attitudes

COVID 19 outbreak caused the global crisis in every possible sector. More specifically, the health, economy, and education sectors. Different initiatives have been taken to mitigate the global crisis, such as movement restriction, Movement Control Order (MCO), social distancing for a long time. Consequently, all education institutions across the globe had to remain close for a long time. The limited the scope of face-to-face classes and jeopardized the social lives of students grossly. Students had to face several unforeseen challenges all over the world for which they were not prepared enough. In this study, we mainly investigated the stressors students had to face due to COVID 19 and how this has cost their coping strategies. We recruited 228 university students (Undergrad, postgrad, and Ph.D.). Among them, 50% were undergraduate students. We found anxiety regarding family safety, timely completion of the degree and study level as the most common COVID 19 related stressors. Besides these, cognitive restructuring and social support were the two most commonly used coping strategies to handle the stress students faced during the pandemic situation. We recommend taking initiatives to accelerate positive coping strategies among students to cope with real-life crises more effectively.

The Perceived Organizational Support scale developed by Eisenberg is still quite widespread in Indonesia. The POS scale precisely measures how employees perceive organizational support. On the other hand, analysis of items on the POS scale continues. However, this scale analysis has yet to be found using the Rasch Model with a sample of Indonesian people. One of the advantages of the Rasch model is objectivity-specific, i.e., item parameters do not depend on individual characteristics, and vice versa. So this study aims to analyze the validity of the items using the Rasch model. The sample in this study consisted of 325 people consisting of 175 men (52.31%) and 150 women (47.69%). The age range of 18 years – to 68 years. From the item validation test, this scale has good unidimensionality, a standardized reliability index so that the scale is reliable enough, and has items that fall into the fit proper test criteria. The conclusion is that the POS scale has good potential to measure Perceived Organizational Support in Indonesia.
