[The role of vaping in smoking cessation]. [吸食电子烟在戒烟中的作用]。

The electronic cigarette, or vape, has emerged over the last ten years as an alternative way of helping people give up smoking. Tobacco-free, they produce vapor and deliver only minute levels of toxic substances and carcinogens. Several studies confirm the effectiveness of nicotine vaping products in helping people to stop smoking. This article examines the effectiveness of vaping in smoking cessation. It analyzes its advantages and disadvantages, and outlines the best conditions for its use.

As nursing sciences develop in France, the teaching of nursing theories in initial training and at university enables nurses to apply their own clinical judgment. Learning and mobilizing several theories, both broad-spectrum and intermediate, encourages critical analysis of care situations, the development of nursing thinking and, ultimately, improved quality of care.

Disciplinary fundamentals are an essential part of nursing education. However, the current training framework provides few hours for teaching them. Writing a reading sheet to validate teaching unit 6.1 "Working methods" can be a pedagogical tool for reinforcing disciplinary knowledge and increasing the volume of hours dedicated specifically to learning nursing knowledge. The aim of this article is to share an example of how a reading sheet can be used to teach and promote nursing knowledge.

Now recognized as a university discipline, nursing sciences (IS) are helping to establish nursing research as a key factor in the development and recognition of these professionals. This article explores the birth, evolution and current status of IS.

Treating disruptive disorder with emotional dysregulation (DDED) is a challenge in terms of difficulties, objectives and results. In addition to a multi-disciplinary approach involving child psychiatrists, nurses, psychomotricists and educators, the use of animal mediation (dogs) appears relevant. Eight standardized group sessions with eight children aged 6 to 10, assessed by means of a semi-directive interview and several psychometric tools (MDI-C, Kidscreen, parent attachment inventory, child/family star, family/child star, alexithymia questionnaire) revealed improvements in listening skills, empathy, adaptability, socialization, anger and depression management, temper tantrum frequency, school complaints and depressive symptoms.

In response to the need to introduce nursing knowledge into the curriculum of nursing training institutes, the university nursing department of the Faculty of Angers has chosen a model of clinical judgment matched to nursing theories. This article describes the implementation of this project, which was carried out as part of an experiment to create a "nursing sciences" course for a health degree.
