Their care requires a combination of neurological, neuropsychological, psychiatric and psychopathological knowledge. Psychological follow-up of patients with cerebral palsy is one of the dimensions of their care.

To assess the patient's state of consciousness, the team relies on precise clinical examination. This article presents the assessment tools used to establish the patient's prognosis.
Between 2013 and 2021, indicators of vascular access protection (IPAV) integrating a census of haematomas and multiple punctures were set up on the active file of chronic kidney failure patients with a vascular access dialyzed in Monaco's private haemodialysis center. They could help reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the quality of care offered to patients. This article reports on the results obtained before and after the introduction of this quality approach.

Mission Migrants, a mobile healthcare access service, works throughout the inner suburbs of Paris, helping precarious exiles wherever they are, and wherever they are at (in their pathways and access to healthcare). Its teams of nurses and mediator-interpreters visit camps, squats, shelters, day shelters and temporary accommodation centers to mediate, assess and guide them towards the care they need.
