Knowledge Management System Among Onion Farmers Using Ict In Perambalur District Of Tamil Nadu 泰米尔纳德邦Perambalur地区洋葱种植者使用Ict的知识管理系统

The purpose of this study is to examine how Knowledge level augmented parameters impact on the effective adoption of information and communication technology (ICT) by onion farmers in Perambalur district of Tamil Nadu. Data were gathered from a focus group made up of 60 Farmers in Perambalur district. The paper finds that a willingness of indigenous ICT users is particularly influenced by the recognition and incorporation of visible social imperatives during the adoption process. Research limitations/implications – The outcome of this study highlights important issues for ICT adoption. One particular area that must be taken into consideration is the adoption channel. Perceptions of ICT adoption will differ significantly among adopters. For this reason, the need for developing an appropriate adoption channel that ensures successful diffusion of the innovation should be recognized. The paper also demonstrates that Knowledge Management System among farmers using ICT to yield more profit in onion Production form knowledge distributed by the experts. Hence the research work carried out to acquire, represent, and distribute the knowledge Management system to the Farming community.

Internet banking refers the systems that enable the customers to access their accounts and general information on bank products and service through the use of a bank’s website, without the intervention or inconvenience of sending letter, faxes original signatures. Internet banking as an “internet portal, through which customers can use different kinds of banking service ranging from bill payment to making investment”. Thus internet banking is the use of internet by bank customers for transacting their banking transactions. In other words, it is the use of internet by banks to deliver banking transaction. In other words, it is the use of internet by banks to deliver banking services to customers irrespective of their geographical location.

Alcoholic Industry Is Changing Its Outlook Through CSR 酒类行业正通过企业社会责任改变其前景

Indian alcoholic beverage industry is one of the biggest alcohol industries across the globe only behind from two major countries such as China and Russia. With population of 1.3 billion India is one of the largest consumer markets across the globe. Growing demand for alcoholic beverages in India is mainly due to therich young population base and growing consumption of alcohol by the young generation. It is also demographically one of the youngest with around 50% of its population below the age of 25 and around 65% below the age of 35, this will add fuel to the rapid growth of alcoholic beverages market. The majority of alcohol volume is consumed by people between the ages of 18 and 40. Goldstein Research analyst forecast the India alcoholic beverages market to grow at a CAGR of 7.4% during the forecast period 2016-2024. Further, the market is anticipated to reach USD 39.7 billion by the end of forecast period as alcohol consumption is growing in urban areas of the country.

An Empirical Analysis of Investor Behavioral Biases, Investment Risk Tolerance and Decision-Making 投资者行为偏差、投资风险承受与决策的实证分析

It is very necessary for the judgment on financial investment adopted by professional investors to be able to face behavioral biases by recognition of their own psychological traits as well as to take account of their own investment risk tolerance levels. In this research, a survey has been used to assess the association among personality traits, behavioral bias as well as investment risk toleration. The research paper dataset was shortlisted from individual investors who work or operate on capital/finance markets. Chi-square assessments and multivariate regression analysis evaluated the predictions established during the research. Depending on the hypothesis analysis, there was a positive relationship among investor’s behavioral traits as well as behavioral perceptions, as well as the personality characteristics of investment companies that impacted their tolerance levels to potential risk.

Teachers Characteristics, Related factors and Environmental Education Curriculum Implementation in Secondary Schools in Cross River State, Nigeria 尼日利亚克罗斯河州中学教师特征、相关因素与环境教育课程实施

This study assessed the influence of teacher’s characteristics and other related factors in the implementation of Environmental Education curriculum in secondary schools in Cross River State, Nigeria. Two research designs were used, survey inferential and Expost facto research design. The study is located in the department of Environmental Education, University of Calabar, Nigeria. Two research questions converted into two hypotheses were formulated for the study.  A sample of three hundred (300) respondents were selected using the multistage random sampling technique comprising of twenty five (25) lecturers and two hundred and seventy five (275) postgraduate and final year undergraduate students in the department of Environmental Education, University of Calabar. Data was collected using a structured questionnaire, the instrument administration was done by the researchers and same were collected 100%. Pearson Product Moment Correlation Analysis and regression analysis were used to test the hypotheses at 0.05 significance level and 298 and 290 degrees of freedom respectively. The result shows that teacher’s characteristics do significantly influence Environmental Education curriculum implementation in secondary schools. The regression analysis also shows that 6 factors listed impedes the implementation of Environmental Education curriculum, while four were not significant factors influencing Environmental Education curriculum in secondary schools. It was however recommended that teachers with competence in pedagogic knowledge of Environmental Education with classroom management skill should be employed to drive the process, while arrangement should be put in place to make Environmental Education a subject for students to offer and write in final senior secondary school examination among other.

Trend Analysis and ARIMA Modeling to Assess Meteorological and Surface Parameters In Ranchi, India During Pre-Monsoon Months 季风前几个月印度兰契气象和地面参数的趋势分析和ARIMA模拟

The assessment of the human-induced climate change on a global level can be carried out only after the study of local and regional climate change patterns. This study was an attempt to establish a link between regional climate and the surface parameters. The study was carried out for Ranchi, India to assess the changes in climatic pattern over the years (1901-2016) and applied Mann-Kendall Trend analysis test. The pre-monsoon period was chosen due to high intensity and number of thunderstorms taking place in the study area. Maximum temperature (Tmax), minimum temperature (Tmin), rainfall (P) &diurnal temperature range (DTR) for the months (March, April & May) were studied, and a significant negative trend in Tmax and DTR was observed. Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) model was applied to fit the datasets and predict 5 values for the meteorological parameters, and the model depicted positive temperature trends and negative rainfall and DTR trends in the future. Land surface process parameters such as sensible heat flux, momentum flux, frictional velocity, shortwave radiation, longwave radiation, and net radiation for Ranchi were also fit into the ARIMA model, and the fitness of the model and predictions were determined.

A Euclidean Distance based Super Resolution Method for Sub pixel target detection in Hyper Spectral Images 一种基于欧氏距离的超分辨率高光谱图像亚像素目标检测方法

Most target detection algorithms suffer from the limitation that they can detect only the full pixels of the target while the target may also reside, besides the full pixel, partially in several surrounding pixels. In some cases, the target may even be embedded completely within the pixel. Both these cases are known as subpixel target detection problem. Many target detection applications, however, require detection of full pixels as well as detection of subpixel targets in the surrounding pixels which constitute a case of the mixed pixel. The problem is addressed by full pixel detection followed by spectral unmixing to determine the abundance fraction of the target. Though spectral unmixing gives the abundance fractions, it still does not give the spatial distribution/ arrangement of subpixels of the target with the surrounding pixels. The process of optimizing the spatial distribution of subpixels inside any given pixel based on the available abundance fractions is known as super resolution. This paper investigates Inverse Euclidean distance based super resolution. The algorithm performs well at different scale factors both for synthetic and real hyperspectral data which can aid the super resolution process significantly and thereby enhance the identification and recognition of target. A comparative assessment is also performed with Pixel Swap algorithm.

In some cases, the target may even be embedded completely within the pixel. Both these cases are known as subpixel target detection problem. Many target detection applications, however, require detection of full pixels as well as detection of subpixel targets in the surrounding pixels which constitute a case of the mixed pixel. The problem is addressed by full pixel detection followed by spectral unmixing to determine the abundance fraction of the target. Though spectral unmixing gives the abundance fractions, it still does not give the spatial distribution/ arrangement of subpixels of the target with the surrounding pixels. The process of optimizing the spatial distribution of subpixels inside any given pixel based on the available abundance fractions is known as super resolution. This paper investigates Inverse Euclidean distance based super resolution. The algorithm performs well at different scale factors both for synthetic and real hyperspectral data which can aid the super resolution process significantly and thereby enhance the identification and recognition of target. Economical, Efficient and Optimum Design of Storm Water Harvester 雨水采集器的经济、高效及优化设计

 In most parts of India, water table is getting lowered. The problem is more predominant in dense cities. Some cities have become dependent on potable water supply. Due to paving of roads and construction of buildings, Infiltration has reduced and run off has increased. Run off increases when the rainfall is intense and with increased road and building infrastructure. Further there is huge withdrawal of water to meet the demand for growing population. Sowing of paddy to increase the returns from farming adds to the problem. Paddy needs 150cm of water from sowing to harvesting. It is not the natural crop of this region. Part of this water demand is met by monsoon and the rest by pumping out of water. There is huge and rapid withdrawal of water from tube wells to keep the crops inundated in water. This causes the drawdown or lowering of water table.  In the last two decades water has been receding at the rate of 50-100cm per year. After concerns of water harvesting were raised, the rate of decline has receded. Since we cannot do much about reducing water demand, the solution lies in water harvesting and recycling waste water. Roof top water harvesting is easy and has no challenges. Storm water harvesting is challenging and daunting task. The harvesters get clogged and may not be operational for long time. Optimum solution has been found for filter material to be used, and design of harvester.

Psychological learning its capacity for learning from analyzing other people's choices as well as the results of such decision-making tactics; are detrimental to human development and social progress. The web today offers unparalleled social value. But using this indication correctly needs the ability to deduct various facts and figures. We investigated how the amount of comments affect human’s personal understanding of the customer review ratings; a possible predictor for both the success about an object as well as the actual overall review rates. The objective has been to gather statistical data about consumer behavioral facts. We modeled the attributes of "an intuitive researcher" between a statistical preliminary data particularly in comparison to the conduct of the investigational respondents in hundreds of feedbacks published on ebay.com. Under some cases a commodity with much more ratings were compared to the item with less ratings, on applying the mathematical formula which suggested that the first one is considerably of lower value than the second. Generally, the views of respondents indicated that concrete analytical assumptions could not be achieved by them.

Indian alcoholic beverage industry is one of the biggest alcohol industries across the globe only behind from two major countries such as China and Russia. With population of 1.3 billion India is one of the largest consumer markets across the globe. Growing demand for alcoholic beverages in India is mainly due to therich young population base and growing consumption of alcohol by the young generation. It is also demographically one of the youngest with around 50% of its population below the age of 25 and around 65% below the age of 35, this will add fuel to the rapid growth of alcoholic beverages market. The majority of alcohol volume is consumed by people between the ages of 18 and 40. Goldstein Research analyst forecast the India alcoholic beverages market to grow at a CAGR of 7.4% during the forecast period 2016-2024. Further, the market is anticipated to reach USD 39.7 billion by the end of forecast period as alcohol consumption is growing in urban areas of the country.
