Community Development is a process of collective action taken by the members of a community to generate solutions for common problems. The aspects of community well being namely Economic, Social, Environmental and Cultural well being evolves from this type of collective action taken at multiple societal levels. (Weaver, 1971) defines community development as a process of “A public-group approach dedicated to achieving the goals of the total body politic.” Therefore, it is evident that a community can be developed through the effective participation of citizens. It is universally acceptable that community service is a vehicle for safeguarding the environment that is initiated from the participants of the community. In order to imbibe the community consciousness among the citizens, every country should “Catch them Young”. The purpose of the paper is to integrate Participative Model (Active Citizenship, Citizen Networks and Co-production) with Self-service Model (Social Governance, Societal Discipline and Accountability). National and international reviews show that the perception about the community and realisation has to be ingrained at the grass root level; this can be achieved through the participation of academic institutions. This paper is an attempt to highlight. The initiatives taken by educational institutions to imbibe social consciousness, The perceptions of students about their role in community development, and, To identify the effective Private Public Partnership areas for community building Factor analysis has been applied to identify the role of educational institutions and individual citizen’s( Students) in building community consciousness. Linear Regression had been applied in the study to measure the influence of Educational Institutions on the role of Students in building the community. A weighted average score is awarded by the students for the potential areas of public private partnership for community development is highlighted. The results of the study provide an impact created by the institution over the students. The Study also, consolidates some of the successful community bonding and building activities carried out Academic Institutions.

As businesses evolve; the compelling need for rapid economic growth is being a must have outcome and that puts the complete focus digitalization which eventually brings in, its twin to the foray; the disruption which by itself, a very turbid terrain for owners to venture into. The implementation of digital engine with disruptive thinking into some line of function in an organization or for strengthening of the process or an entirely new business itself is being considered as an eventual requirement or need of the hour to grow the revenues substantially or scale the business itself to a different plane by quickly adapting and developing innovative ideas. This very means of D&D, i.e. the disruptive thinking implemented through digitalization is still opaque.

Sources of data is Primary data include a structured questionnaire. Data was collected through structured questionnaire and measure through Likert’s scale, using KMO measure of sampling adequacy, Cronbach’s alpha for checking internal consistency, Bartlett sphericity test for testing the null hypothesis and various factor analysis including Eigenvalues, Extract square Sum loading, variance percent and Accumulation percent values relative comparison and Correlation matrix will be used as tools to arrive at desired results and statistical interpretations. The hypotheses put for test and the resultant values at 0.01 and 0.05 (for different factors) clearly indicated that there is an existence of association between different level of cadres and professional stress among personnel of Indian Military Intelligence. With constant changes sweeping across the world, technology and transformation management is an unavoidable strategic tool for all organizations. Adding on to it, the manifestation of mobile phone usage necessitates its adoption. If an organisation is not able to identify, strategize and transform to this new technology it is likely to miss out on a lot of opportunities that offer scope for sustainability. This research paper intends to understand the path of transforming from a traditional to an ICT enabled mobile-learning (M-learning) environment. Primary data was collected using questionnaires from employees of an ITES organisation who were to adopt a mobile platform to undergo training. The constructs like awareness, perceived benefits and difficulties, technological factors, organisation support were considered as determinants of transformation to m-learning. Data analysis was done using SPSS software. It was found that transformation to mobile based methodology is smoother if the user understands the ensuing benefits. On the other hand, perceived difficulties act as a deterrent to the transformation. Hence the key to success of the transformation is to keep the end user in mind. Further exploration of other similar training platform provided to different levels of employees and different modules are yet to be explored.
