The Indian economy is entered into globalization. A number of Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) have been signed in recent times. This will allow imports into Indian duty-free or at very low duties. Hence, there is a need to have a nation-wide simple and transparent system of taxation to enable the Indian Industry to compete not only internationally, but also in the domestic market. Goods and Service Tax or GST as it is known is a game-changer in the Indian Economy.Amidst economic crisis across the globe, India has posed a beacon of hope with ambitious growth targets, supported by a bunch of strategic undertakings such as the Make in India and Digital India campaigns.

Credit risk is one of the main risks that affects banking as well as non-banking institution in an economy. The present research work aims to evaluate credit risk management practices of Royal Insurance Corporation of Bhutan Limited and Bhutan insurance limited, currently only two insurance companies in Bhutan. Primary data using structured questionnaire is collected. Analysis of the data reveals the key area which needs appraisal and modification to improve organization’s asset quality. Among ten variables identified as obstacle in CRM tested, majority of obstacle in CRM is due to lack of risk awareness and stringent regulatory requirement which was perceived by the employees of both organizations.

Employer branding is the process of managing and influencing your reputation as an employer among job seekers, employees and key stakeholders. It encompasses everything you do to position your organization as an employer of choice. Employer branding is an interesting topic among entrepreneurs and researchers, as it is considered a new instrument for helping companies gain strategic advantage over their competitors .Determining the main components of positive employer branding perception in order to adequately manage it has become a real challenge. This study aims to investigate employer branding components of current employees. The data for the study has been gathered through a survey of 100 university employees of well-known information; Employer brand is an increasingly growing crucial topic that looms vast in the minds of huge human resources, recruitment and marketing. Employer branding is the latest and current trend in every organization today.

Sugar Beet is one of the essential sources of energy. However, most of the division in Iran supply sugar beet through domestic production. The present study is going to investigate the causal relationship between sugar beet supply and sugar price in Iran between the year 1995 to 2016. By Applying the Johansen-Juselius cointegration method along with Granger causality test. Besides, this research going to analyse the causal relationship between sugar beet supply and sugar price by considering the sustainability issues and opportunities. However, The result of the Johansen-Juselius cointegration test shows that there is a positive long-term co-integration relationship between variables. Although According to the GC test, there is a causal relationship between sugar beet supply and sugar price. Also result of the vector error correction model represents that sugar price has a significant impact on sugar beet supply which indicates that every increase and decrease in sugar price reflect on sugar beet production. Therefore, the necessity of an appropriate policy-making and proper planning for sugar beet production has been bolded.

Biofertilizers are fertilizers containing microorganisms that promote plant growth by improving the supply of nutrients to the host plant. The supply of nutrients is improved naturally by nitrogen fixation and solubilizing phosphorus. The living microorganisms in biofertilizers help in building organic matter in the soil and restoring the natural nutrient cycle. Biofertilizers can be grouped into Nitrogen-fixing biofertilizers, Phosphorous-solubilizing biofertilizers, Phosphorous-mobilizing biofertilizers, Biofertilizers for micro nutrients and Plant growth promoting rhizobacteria. This study conducted in Kottayam district was intended to identify the awareness and acceptance of biofertilizers among the farmers of the area. Data have been collected from 120 farmers by direct interviews with structured questionnaire.

Organizations today have no choice but to continually exhaust their efforts to exploit what they know and continue to explore new knowledge, so they are realizing that to remain competitive and able to achieve competitive advantage they must explicitly manage their intellectual resources and capabilities.

The Team Orienteering Problem (TOP) is a particular vehicle routing problem in which the aim is to search a fixed number of paths that maximize the scores associated with a set of given locations within a limited time. This paper proposes a scatter search hybrid approach (SSHA)to deal with the TOP. It uses some new operators, called reference set queen bee-method to initializing and updating the RefSet, and greedy select parentsto selecting pairs from a reference set for the combination method to generate a new solution. Furthermore, to improve the quality of the solution, a local search is employed, called steepest descent to exploreneighbourhood in a fully deterministic manner and then selects the best neighbour. Experiments conducted on the standard benchmark of TOP clearly show that proposed approach outperforms the solving methods in the scientific literature. Our algorithm detects all but one of the best known solutions. A statistical test was conducted to determine the algorithm that performed better compared with the others.

The purpose of the study was to examine the association between organizational structure, resource, decision making and communication of athletics clubs in Ethiopia. The researcher used descriptive survey design followed with cross sectional. Stratified sampling technique was employed to select the sample clubs based on the regional states (n=25) and (n=129) coaches and managers were selected through census survey. The data collection instrument was questionnaire. SPSS version 20 was used to analyze the non-parametric statistics (chi-square test). The chi-square test result at the level of significance (p <_ 0.05) revealed that organizational structure has an association and depend on the resource, decision making and communication of the athletics clubs.
