When prescribing a non-pharmacological intervention (NPI), the responsibility of the professional is engaged at different stages of the care pathway. They are held legally responsible because of the constraints imposed by legislation, ethically responsible because of the difficulty of access to care and the mismatch between knowledge and the ability to implement it, and territorially responsible because the healthcare professional is not, a priori, responsible for organizing the intervention. The responsibility of the user is also engaged, because NMIs require active participation. The article goes into more detail.

The NPI Model generates a register of standardized prevention and care protocols, in other word, non-pharmacological interventions (NPIs). Each NPI can be described in the form of a labelled digital notice. Each notice can be accessed on an open-access website. Each notice will be validated by a standardized, integrated and rigorous process coordinated by the Non-Pharmacological Intervention Society. Each notice will have a unique code and three tabs: an open-access user guide, an implementation protocol accessible to the professional concerned, and a table of standardized criteria. Physiotherapy protocols meeting these conditions will gradually become part of the NPI register. The NPIs will be accessible, applicable, traceable and monetizable.

Introduction
Conclusion/Discussion

Introduction
Burnout affects healthcare professionals, especially since the recent health crisis. The literature shows that physical therapists are exposed to risk factors of burnout and that there is no specific prevention of this syndrome in this population. The aim of this study is to identify the strategies and means used by physical therapists to prevent burnout.
Method
A qualitative study was carried out using semi-structured interviews. Eight physical therapists practicing in the same French town were recruited by random selection and interviewed about their place of practice. Semi-structured interviews were conducted. The strategies and means used by each of them to manage the risk factors of burnout, their feelings about their exposure to these factors and their level of information about the syndrome and its prevention were collected.
Results
The results show that the professionals interviewed are exposed to burnout risk factors, that they use organizational and individual prevention strategies, and finally that they lack information and training concerning this syndrome and its prevention.
Conclusion/Discussion
Another study could expose ways to prevent the syndrome for the whole of the population studied.

Introduction
Conclusion

Introduction
Burnout syndrome can affect any worker, and its treatment requires an interdisciplinary approach. Here, the aim was to determine the contribution of physiotherapists in detecting and managing this complex syndrome.
Method
Two complementary inquiries were conducted: a survey of 29 independent physiotherapists and five semi-structured interviews of health professional experts in mental health.
Results
Sixty-nine percent of physiotherapists declare having already suspected burnout for one of their patients. The vast majority of physiotherapists feel confident in detecting physical symptoms of burnout. We noted more variability in the confidence level for detecting burnout's emotional and cognitive signs. Physiotherapists emphasize that what favors burnout detection are personalized and regular follow-up, while a lack of knowledge about burnout could prevent its detection. Experts in mental health express that physiotherapists could be actors in treating somatic consequences of burnout via massage, relaxation and exercise, and underline the strengths of physiotherapists: empathy and active listening.
Conclusion
The physiotherapist, using the bio-psycho-social approach, can be an actor in accompanying patients suffering from burnout and needs to be aware of available tools and recommendations concerning burnout.
