Pulse combustion is a periodic oscillating combustion process. Compared to traditional steady combustion, it is of high combustion efficiency and heat transfer coefficient, little emissions of pollution, simple structure and so on. This paper focused on emission characteristics of NOx and CO in the process of pulse combustion. The strong air flow in the pulse combustion chamber improved the mixing process for complete combustion, so that the content of NOx, CO of the tail gas was reduced.

In the expressway built in Chongqing northeast region, the tunnel occupies a large proportion in the total mileage. Long mountain tunnels with large buried depth and complex geological conditions are common in this area, which are prone to water gusher disasters during construction, which seriously threaten the construction quality and affect the operation of the expressway after it is completed and opened to traffic. In this paper, Jixinling Tunnel under construction in Wuzhen Expressway is taken as an example. Combined with advanced geological forecast data and site conditions, appropriate grouting materials and reasonable and feasible construction technology are selected for the surrounding advanced curtain grouting reinforcement and water plugging treatment, which effectively controls the water gushing disaster of the tunnel and ensures the safety of the construction process. It can provide some reference for the treatment of water gushing disease in mountain tunnel under similar geological conditions.

In commodity-based industries, accurate sales forecast is very important for effective inventory management and decision-making. Univariate and multivariate time series forecasting methods have been widely used to predict commodity sales. The purpose of this study is to make a comprehensive comparative analysis of these two methods under the background of commodity sales forecast. Firstly, the concept of time series prediction and its significance in the field of commodity sales are introduced. It emphasizes the challenges related to sales forecast, including demand fluctuation, seasonality and external factors affecting sales model. The forecasting methods of univariate time series, such as ARIMA, are discussed in detail, focusing on their ability to capture the time correlation in a single sales variable. In contrast, the multivariate time series prediction method considers the relationship between multiple variables. Vector autoregressive and multivariate extension of ARIMA. These techniques combine the interaction of various factors, including external influences, to improve the accuracy of prediction. In order to make a comprehensive comparative analysis, a data set including historical sales data of specific commodities is used. Both univariate and multivariate models are suitable for forecasting future sales, and their performance indicators are evaluated by MASE. The results show that although univariate models are easier to implement and explain, they often fail to capture the complex interdependence between different factors that affect sales. On the other hand, the multivariate model shows excellent prediction accuracy by integrating related variables and their dynamic relationships. However, they need more additional data and more complex modeling techniques. Finally, the research gives the practical significance and suggestions of choosing an appropriate forecasting method based on the characteristics of commodity sales data and the specific business environment. It emphasizes the importance of considering the accuracy and interpretability of the prediction model in practical application.

Genetic engineering is an integral approach to the development of new diagnostic techniques, drugs for human and animal diseases, foods for human health, development of tissues, and cells for xenotransplantation. The components of vaccine for disease control and nutraceuticals for human health provide proteins; peptides and other components may be an integral part of human life in the coming days. Genetically engineered animals also offer significant human health and environmental benefits; livestock becomes more efficient for converting feed to animal protein and reducing waste production, by imparting resistance to disease and good health. The techniques permit individuals or groups of genes to be isolated from large masses of DNA and produced in virtually unlimited quantities. Genetic engineering in animal production has a growing number of practical benefits, such as in the production of transgenic animal’s resistant to disease, increasing the productivity of animals, in the treatment of genetic disorders, and the production of vaccines.
