Integration of digital twin in the form of a virtual copy of a physical object or process that helps to simulate various processes, emergency situations, receive certain statistics on the operation of devices and manage the control plant in real time can be considered as excellent and efficient solution for modern industrial manufacturing enterprises. Digital twins greatly expand the possibilities in the training of automated control system engineers, allowing them to interact with virtual simulators of any scale without risk to real equipment. This paper introduces the possibility of using such systems as a simulator for training control engineers is considered. A modern game engine and simulation platform were used to develop a similar training complex, which is a virtual control object for training engineers in the field of process control systems. An application with a virtual control plant has been developed, which allows debugging the project under development. The process of developing an object control program is significantly simplified, as it helps to visually control and test the program being developed.

In this paper, the circuitry of the AB class intermediate stage for fast-acting Op-Amps, including those on CMOS and arsenide-gallium transistors, which allows to significantly increase the SR of Op-Amos, is developed. The purpose and novelty of the present paper is to investigate new structures of intermediate stages (ISs), which complement known publications on problems of increasing the speed response of Op-Amps. To achieve the aim the drawbacks of a very popular in automation and measurement devices architecture of an operational amplifier (Op-Amp) with a IS based on a "folded" cascode have been considered. As an example, the paper gives one of them - a nonlinear mode of operation of the IS, which does not allow to provide a large current overcharge correction capacitor Op-Amp, which has a negative impact on the maximum rate of increase of the output voltage (SR). In conclusion of article, results of computer simulation of static modes and dependence of output currents of IS on input voltage in environment LTSpice are discussed, showing, that the relation of maximum output current of IS to its current in a static mode exceeds two orders, that has positive influence on SR.

The purpose of this work is to conduct an experiment on the seasonal accumulation of thermal energy. A study of the operation of an underground heat accumulator in various modes was carried out. The design stages of modeling work in the TRNSYS program and the introduction of a heat accumulator into the heat supply system are presented. The results of monitoring the generation and consumption of thermal energy by house systems are analyzed. The unique results have been obtained, their distinctive feature is that they are obtained on the basis of the work of a real object.

This paper discusses software development life cycle models and development methodologies created on their basis. The place of methodologies and their role in the software development management process is determined, the differences and relationships between them are identified, as well as the degree of influence on the success of the project. A review of the criteria for comparing software development methodologies has been carried out. The existing methods of single-criteria and two-criteria classification of methodologies are analyzed, and their shortcomings are identified. New methods of single-criteria classification that eliminate the identified shortcomings are presented. A new multi-criteria classification based on four criteria has been developed, offering a more complete and broader hierarchical distribution of life cycle models and software development methodologies. Existing methods for selecting a software development methodology are considered, as well as an own method based on a retrospective analysis and machine learning methods presented. Improving methods of choosing a methodology is imperative to achieve the targets of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Goal 9.

In this paper, the authors are tasked with selecting the settings of the algorithm for the placement of reference points based on a genetic algorithm (GA), the goal is to create a program: a meta-genetic algorithm (MGA), which automatically selects the input parameters of GA. The algorithm itself is designed to minimize the number of reference points (RP) the local navigation system (LNS) inside the working premises. The criterion for the correctness of the GA operation will be the Geomerty Dilution of Precision (GDOP). The effectiveness of the use of MGA is estimated by comparing with the KG obtained during the operation of the GA with and without input parameter settings under the same initial conditions. The conclusion is made about the applicability of the proposed algorithm for solving the problem and creating an automatic program for the process of setting GA parameters in order to reduce the design time.

The impact of mechanical loads on the wires of an overhead power line eventually leads to fatigue destruction of either individual conductors in the general twist of the aluminum wire, or to the rupture of the entire wire. In this paper, suggests the mechanism of crack generation near the surface of the wire. In the process of stress relaxation along the boundary, a diffusion flow of atoms occurs from the surface to the top of the cluster, which lead to the formation of a groove with a vertex on the intergranular boundary, these grooves are the initial stage of crack nucleation.

This paper presents the design of a compact size, dual-band microstrip patch antenna suitable for 5G applications in the microwave and mmWave bands. The main objective is to develop a compact-size single-fed dual-band antenna that has a simplified design with performance measures that are comparable to those of other techniques available in literature. The antenna structure contains a rectangular patch that is shaped to incorporate rectangular cuts and an elliptical slot in between, in addition to an elliptical defected ground surface (DGS). The patch size is 9.8 x 7 mm2. The design is simulated using the CST platform and performance is justified with the HFSS simulation tool. A comparison with other techniques available in the literature shows that the proposed design combines the advantages of the smallest size and the highest gain in the mmWave band compared to single–fed designs. The other performance measures are of comparable figures to those of other available techniques.

The thermographic evaluation method is widely uses in substations to detect electrical equipment and their faults. A lot of infrared images for each substation are analyzing by humans. To automate monitoring insulation, this paper proposes a convolutional neural network, which detects different supporting and suspending insulators from infrared images f. The technique may be used for online monitoring insulators in substations. The neural network model was tested on 2000 infrared images. Before testing the neural network, images were created from 900 infrared images of insulators belonging to 2 classes for training neural network using data augmentation methods. For evaluating the neural network model, were used statistical characteristics like metrics and loss functions to show minimizing and optimizing parameters of neural networks (weights) during the training. Results demonstrates that detection of support and suspended insulators reaches 98.81%. As a result, this proposed method with evaluated neural network can be used in monitoring systems to detect insulators before detecting their faults.

The method of analysis of gases dissolved in oil belongs to one of the most informative methods of early detection of defects in power oil-filled transformers. The purpose of this study is to substantiate the need for the use of various methods of interpretation of the results of gas chromatographic analysis of the oil of power transformers. The following methods for dissolved gas analysis have been reviewed: Rogers Ratio Method, IEC 60599 Standard Method, Doernenburg Ratio Method, Duval Triangle Method, ETRA method, as well as the RD 153-34.0-46.302-00 method adopted in the Russian Federation. These methods are implemented in various power companies of the Russian Federation, such as PJSC Rosseti MR, PJSC FGC UES and PJSC Mosenergo. The article reveals the need to take into account the totality of all available techniques, based on RD 153-34.0-46.302-00, and the formation of training samples.

Currently, ensuring the cybersecurity (CSS) of the automated process control system (APCS) of a digital substation is an extremely urgent problem, since at present the introduction of control tools with complex modern digital technologies is accelerating at electric power enterprises. At the same time, digital communication at the substations is a key component of power grid modernization plans, but at the same time, this technology significantly increases the vulnerability of the automated process control systems to the cyber attacks. The paper analyzes current cyberattacks on the automated control system of a digital substation (DGS) and develops a comprehensive cybersecurity solution that meets the legislative requirements of Russia and adapted to the identified model of cyber threats. The article assesses the risk levels of cyber attacks on various information resources of the DGS.

At the same time, digital communication at the substations is a key component of power grid modernization plans, but at the same time, this technology significantly increases the vulnerability of the automated process control systems to the cyber attacks. The paper analyzes current cyberattacks on the automated control system of a digital substation (DGS) and develops a comprehensive cybersecurity solution that meets the legislative requirements of Russia and adapted to the identified model of cyber threats.
