A competent leader would constantly inspire their followers to operate in accordance with Indonesian standards and regulations, using a leadership approach that incorporates local knowledge. The goal of this study is to clarify the leadership approach used by Seskoal leaders in order to raise unit performance. The research methodology used is a qualitative approach employing a descriptive technique, which is the process of creating and researching scientific publications by thoroughly describing the problem's topic and investigating data sources that are pertinent to the issues raised by the literature reviews. The assessment concludes that the Seskoal Unit commanders' leadership style focuses two strategies: commanding subordinates in addition to provide inspiration and assessment.

This research focuses on the impact of the development of the aluminum industry on the welfare of society and national security in Indonesia. As a strategic sector, the aluminum industry plays a central role in economic growth and national defense. The research aims to identify complex social impacts and provide detailed policy recommendations. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which collects and analyzes relevant literature between 2014 and 2024. The results show positive growth in the production and employment of the aluminum industry, with the adoption of current technology improving worker qualifications. However, the research also reveals several challenges, including job displacement, uncontrolled urban growth, and environmental impact. The role of aluminum in national defense indicates dependence on key resources, requiring diversification strategies and supply security. Policy implications emphasize the need for equitable distribution of benefits, sustainable defense strategies, and a balance between defense needs and societal welfare. The conclusion of this research is that the aluminum industry in Indonesia, despite its positive impact on the economy and defense, also poses complex challenges. Collaboration between the government, industry, and society is key to managing these impacts, with wise policies to create a balanced, sustainable environment that supports national development. This research contributes to the social sciences literature and serves as a basis for wiser policies in managing the social and security impacts of the development of the aluminum industry in Indonesia.

The advancement of information technology and cultural changes in information sharing have had a significant impact on how personal data is managed and accessed. The aim of this research is to determine legal protection for neighborhood administration association in the implementation of personal data collection duties. The method used by the researcher is a qualitative method with normative judicial analysis using several research questions formulated by the researcher. The Neighborhood Association (RT) requires sufficient knowledge to carry out its duties as a personal data processor as stated in the Personal Data Protection (PDP) Law. In carrying out their duties as processors, Neighborhood Association (RT) administrators must pay attention to the obligations contained in the law. However, considering the amount of data that is still being leaked, as a personal data processor, they cannot solve all the problems alone and bear the consequences as stated in the Personal Data Protection (PDP) Law. There needs to be legal certainty that also helps carry out Neighborhood Association (RT) duties as a personal data processor. Referring to countries in the world, Indonesia is lagging behind in the struggle to ensure that personal data protection laws are implemented from the private to the government level, including Neighborhood Association (RT)

This research will examine factors that are thought to influence the level of poverty in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, including, community income, education/literacy rates, employment/unemployment, and government policies. The research method used in this research is the empirical normative legal research method. The results of the research show that policies regarding education matters, apart from complying with statutory regulations, are also in the form of commitment from the Regional Head and Deputy Regional Head, namely the Regent and Deputy Regent of Kutai Kartanegara for the 2019 - 2024 period, must be implemented by the OPD in charge and have a strong legal umbrella. The justification for this program is not enough to include it in the Regional Regulation which regulates the RPJMD of Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The Kutai Kartanegara Regency Government's commitment to increasing human resources through education, especially formal education, is trying to set an education budget allocation of 20% of the APBD. Budgeting has been proven by Kutai Kartanegara Regency from 2019 to 2023. The budget allocation has exceeded 20% of the APBD. Basic education which is the authority of the Regency/City, Education Management, Curriculum, Educators and Education Personnel, Educational Licensing, Local Curriculum.

This research aims to determine the role of work engagement and employee creativity in mediating the influence of job crafting on task performance in the Bapenda of West Java Province. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed online to employees at CPPD Bapenda offices in five regions in West Java. A total of 267 respondents participated in filling out the questionnaire, which was distributed via Google Form by selecting samples using proportionate stratified random sampling, and then the data was processed using the structural equation modelling (SEM) approach with the partial least squares (PLS) method. The research results found that job crafting does not have a positive effect on task performance, but it needs a mediating role in work engagement. The role of employee creativity arises when work engagement exists as a variable that mediates the influence of job crafting on employee creativity, and work engagement acts as a variable that encourages employee creativity as a variable that mediates its influence on task performance. Future research is expected to expand testing on variables that encourage job crafting to influence employee creativity and task performance. Apart from that, it is necessary to examine other variables that influence task performance in other public and private sectors.

DKI Jakarta, West Java, and Banten are the provinces that were the epicenter of covid 19. Every individual at that time had the potential to be exposed. However, the Badui community that also lived in the epicenter field was not much exposed. The purpose of this study was to determine the construction of social reality in the Badui society against zero percent COVID-19 transmission. The research approach is qualitative with a constructivist paradigm. The research method is descriptive with purposive data collection. The results showed that stakeholders perform effective management of externalization-internalization communication, namely instructions from the central government can be implemented with maximum coordination. The chieftain carried out communication management to legitimize socialization, namely emphasizing that COVID-19 must be overcome by treating the ancestral heritage and following the interacting instructions issued by the government. Communication management institutionalization of objectification is performed, namely, the community must obey the rules and traditional culture and believe in the Almighty. The leaders of the outer Badui conduct socialization of Communication Management, which provides input and warnings to the local community to maintain the health of their respective families.

In today’s digital age, social media has become an integral part of marketing strategies. One of the most trending research topics in the field of marketing is the impact of social media influencers on consumer behavior, particularly among Generation Z (Gen Z) and Millennials. These two generations have grown up with social media and are heavily influenced by the content they consume on these platforms. The primary objective of this research would be to examine and compare the effects of social media influencers on the purchasing decisions of Gen Z and Millennials. This could involve analyzing data from various sources, such as social media platforms, surveys, and sales figures. Additionally, the study could explore the types of influencers that are most effective in engaging these two generations, the specific content that resonates with them, and the role that trust and authenticity play in their decision-making processes.Furthermore, the research could delve into the psychological aspects of social media influencer marketing, such as the cognitive and emotional processes that underlie the formation of consumer preferences and attitudes. By understanding these mechanisms, marketers can develop more effective strategies to target Gen Z and Millennials, which are crucial demographics in today’s market.

The state's defense plays a central role in ensuring the continuity of society, nation, and state. Threats arising from social organizations that diverge from Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, using the freedom of association and assembly to replace the foundational principles of Pancasila, have prompted the President to issue Government Regulation in Lieu of Law Number 2 of 2017 concerning Amendments to Law Number 17 of 2013 concerning Social Organizations (Perppu Ormas). The research method used is normative legal research, employing a qualitative approach where data is gathered in the form of descriptions focusing on Perppu Ormas. From a national defense perspective, the issuance of Perppu Ormas aims to strengthen state stability by addressing threats such as terrorism, radicalism, social conflicts, and foreign influences that potentially undermine national sovereignty. This effort also serves as a means to maintain political balance and support the positive role of social organizations in bolstering national defense.
