In the coming years, Indonesia will experience a Demographic Bonus, with the fourth largest population in the world. This phenomenon provides great opportunities for economic growth and social progress. However, the advent of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 brings new challenges related to the changing landscape of work and automation that could potentially pose a threat to the sovereignty and integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. This research evaluates strategies for managing the Demographic Bonus in Indonesia by considering the implications of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 from the perspective of defense science and state defense. The method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive analysis, Data collection in this research uses a literature study, The results showed that in facing and maximizing the demographic bonus, the right strategy is needed. The government has prepared a strategy to face the demographic bonus, namely by improving the quality of human resources such as reducing the stunting rate; increasing the human development index; increasing the gender empowerment index, then adjusting the education curriculum to the needs of industry 4.0, and preparing jobs by making downstream industrial policies and carrying out infrastructure development and access to technology, especially in 3T areas, is also an important focus. From the perspective of defense science and state defense, its role has increased in identifying threats, formulating defense policies, and protecting infrastructure. Implementation evaluations show that collaboration across sectors and governments is essential. Community empowerment, family planning, and controlled population growth are also key factors. With synergy between the government, private sector, and society, Indonesia is expected to reap maximum benefits from the Demographic Bonus while managing the impact of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, promoting sustainable growth and national prosperity.

Indonesia's existence at the meeting point of three major plates has resulted in the creation of tectonic complexes, especially at plate boundaries located in eastern Indonesia. Lombok Island and its surroundings have an active seismicity zone, namely the Flores back arc and the subduction between the Indo-Australian and Eurasian plates. The existence of active seismicity zones can produce earthquake events. If an earthquake occurs in a marine area, there will be high, destructive sea waves called a tsunami and can endanger safety, for this reason it is necessary to carry out tsunami simulations to map vulnerable areas around the coast. This information can then be used to increase community preparedness so that it can support the government in carrying out Military Operations Other Than War (OMSP). The simulation was carried out by integrating modeling software, namely WinITB v.6.52 and ArcGIS mapping software. The simulation results show that the tsunami in the north of Lombok Island and its surroundings spread towards an azimuth angle of 61° and the tsunami in the south of Lombok Island and its surroundings spread towards an azimuth angle of 80°. The estimated height resulting from the tsunami in the north of Lombok Island and its surroundings is as high as 1.9 m with a dangerous classification, while the height resulting from the tsunami in the south of Lombok Island and its surroundings is as high as 4.7 m with a very dangerous classification. Tsunamis can be generated from active seismic sources, with earthquakes with depths of less than 60 km, dip-slip plate faults and earthquake magnitudes greater than M6.5

The Lease Purchase Agreement operated by the financing company involves the provision of capital goods for the lessee's benefit. The lessor provides facilities for the procurement of capital goods that are delivered to the lessee for a specified period, with the obligation to make periodic payments. In a lease-purchase agreement, the lessor acts as the owner, and the goods are in the possession of the lessee. At the end of the lease period, the lessee is given the option to extend the lease term or exercise the right to purchase the leased capital goods. Since the capital goods belong to the lessor, it is not possible to use the leased object as collateral in the financing agreement. Ownership of the leased object with the option to buy should occur at the end of the lease agreement. However, in the Lease Purchase Agreement with Reference Number PPAF/PSGUP/2014/VIII/133, the lessee has become the owner of the capital goods from the beginning, both in physical and legal terms, because the capital goods were transacted through a notarial deed and registered under the lessee's name with the harbor master's office. Nevertheless, the lessor, as the provider of capital goods financing, has not returned the deed of the ship to its owner, even though the sale and lease-purchase agreement have been completed without any defects. The research questions addressed in this study are: 1. How is the implementation of the lease-purchase agreement for the Blue Star Tanker capital goods in Lease Agreement Number PPAF/PSGU-P/2014/VIII/133? 2. What is the basis for the lessor's possession of proof of ownership of the capital goods in the PPAF/PSGU-P/2014/VIII/133 agreement? This research employs a normative legal research method, which involves optimizing secondary data sources, including various primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. The primary data collection method used is a literature review. The research findings lead to the following conclusions: 1. The implementation of the lease-purchase agreement with Reference Number PPAF/PSGU-P/2014/VIII/133 does not meet the criteria for a lease-purchase agreement. The lease-purchase agreement with a clear option to buy states that the lessee will exercise the option to buy. This option to buy is provided at the end of the lease-purchase period. However, the legal ownership of the capital goods has been with the lessee from the outset when the ship sale agreement was registered with the harbor master's office on November 20, 2014, while the lease-purchase agreement ended in August 2017. 2. The legal basis for the lessor's possession of proof of ownership of the capital goods in Lease Agreement Number PPAF/PSGU-P/2014/VIII/133 is not valid. If based on ownership, the legal ownership documents are with PT. Sarana Multi Sejahtera as the lessee. Infiltration wells are wells or holes located on the surface of the ground. The rapid urban development has led to a decreasing area of rainwater infiltration, as the increasing coverage of buildings reduces the open space and results in longer accumulation times for water, potentially causing flood disasters. Aside from flooding issues, the availability of groundwater is crucial for the areas where rainwater infiltration occurs. If groundwater decreases, the supply of groundwater will be affected, impacting communities whose clean water needs depend on groundwater in their region. The research method used in this study is an internet-based literature review. Downloaded articles are then imported into Nvivo 12 Plus software. The data is examined and analyzed to draw conclusions. Based on the analysis of the five articles, the author concludes that infiltration wells are effective in reducing disaster risks. Additionally, infiltration wells can be used as a substitute for groundwater and enable communities to adapt to climate change. Efforts from all layers of society are essential to create infiltration wells in their respective areas because infiltration wells are not meaningful if only a few communities implement them.

This research presents a in-depth analysis of the history and contribution of Indonesia's Fast Attack Craft (Kapal Cepat Rudal or KCR), focusing on the evolution from the first generation to the sixth generation. As an archipelagic nation with complex maritime defense challenges, Indonesia views KCR as a critical asset in maintaining sovereignty and maritime security. In the context of military modernization, this research aims to understand the impact of KCR on national defense. The applied research method is Systematic Literature Review (SLR), providing a comprehensive analytical framework for relevant literature on the research topic. A total of 80 articles were collected and analyzed, forming a strong foundation to illustrate the transformation of KCR in terms of history, technology, operations, and tactics. The research results indicate that the first-generation KCR, such as the Komar class, played a key role during the confrontation with Malaysia and various military operations. In the second generation, the Ahmad Yani class showed technological advancements and weapon system success in maintaining national security. The third generation, represented by the Fatahillah class, brought significant innovation with the use of MM38 Exocet missiles, enhancing self-defense capabilities. Subsequent generations demonstrated significant development, both in terms of technology and involvement in humanitarian and regional conflict operations. The sixth-generation KCR, recently completed by PT PAL, marks the peak of Indonesia's military modernization with automatic weapons and state-of-the-art technology. However, challenges for the seventh generation and beyond lie in rapid technological developments, increased firepower and precision, operational flexibility, cyber security, environmental sustainability, and human resource management. By understanding and addressing these challenges, it is expected that future generations of KCR can continue to be a strategic element in Indonesia's maritime defense, responding to evolving threats in the era of military modernization.
