Traffic accidents involving juvenile perpetrators often raise controversy in the implementation of criminal law, causing much polemic. The view that the legal process should be carried out and enforced without the rule of law and law enforcement is that the "passage" that includes the delict of guilt, that is, at the time of driving the vehicle to cause the occurrence of an accident and resulting death of the victim, should still be processed legally. The large number of traffic accidents involving minors is a serious concern for parents and governments. The State of Indonesia guarantees a basic principle of the application of the law to the child, which we can see in Article 16, Paragraph 3, of the Act No. 35 of 2014 on the Protection of the Child, which states that “arrest, detention, or criminal imprisonment is only carried out when it is in accordance with the applicable law and can only be done as a last resort. The concept of restorative justice in the settlement of traffic accident cases is intended to realize a shift of the criminal settlement process out of the criminal court process and resolved through the process of divorce. The police action in settling the traffic accident case by a minor child is to begin with the operation of the Place of Evidence of Things (TCP), to make news of the event, to carry out the investigation process, and to give time to the victims and perpetrators to punch. From this process begins the restorative justice, so that if the victim and the perpetrator are willing to peace and the offender is willing to pay damages, the parties make a peace declaration

The state must respect, cherish, and protect human rights as a legal instrument. Humanity itself possesses the right to live, not to be tortured, and never to be enslaved. With the provisions on human rights and the punishment of human trafficking, everyone enjoys legal protection from acts of degrading human dignity. As described in the provisions of the Law on the Prohibition of Slavery in Indonesia, this is regulated in some of the laws applicable nationally in the country of Indonesia. This prohibition on slavery, or slavery, can be found in Law No. 39 of 1999 on Human Rights in the section that explains a few of the human prohibitions on non-slavery, namely Article (4), Article (20), and in Article (2) of the Act No. 21 of 2007 on the Trafficking in Persons. The case of a human skull in Langkat, North Sumatra, is a terrible crime against humanity. The victims clearly experienced practices of violence, torture, deprivation of rights, and similar acts of human slavery. Reports and facts on the ground show evidence that leads to systematic and structured crime, committed deliberately by the government apparatus. The perpetrators have violated the provisions of Act No. 39 of 1999 on Human Rights and also those contained in Law No. 21 of 2007 on the Suppression of the Crime of Trafficking in Persons; explicitly, this act is in accordance with the meaning of human trafficking. There's a lot of people around, even officials who know where they are and what's going on inside the cage. But they 'proclaim' the condition. No one has attempted to counter the occurrences in the Rare Non-Active House for years. The surrounding society becomes a majority silent, or'majority quiet' over the phenomenon. Neither of the victims, they nor their families, have any basic knowledge of their rights, so that only "sacracy" can be done. They assume they made a mistake and deserve punishment. The company's owners physically hardened them for years, solely for their economic benefit.

Information technology is now a two-eyed sword because, in addition to contributing to the advancement of human well-being, progress, and civilization, it is also an effective means of committing acts against the law. A new legal regime known as cyber law or telematics law has emerged in recent times. Cyber law is internationally used for legal terms related to the use of information and communication technology. Similarly, telematic law is an embodiment of the convergence of telecommunications law, media law, and computer law. Speaking of crime in information technology is not out of the rules governing the crime, then it was the basis of the birth of the Act No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions and now amended to the Law No. 1 of 2024 on Amendment of the Law No. 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transaction. The criminal offense of falsification of documents through the Internet belongs to the category of cybercrime, which can be committed by both individuals and organizations. Cybercrime is a term that refers to criminal activity, with a computer or computer network being the tool, target, or place of crime. Electronic Information Manipulation Crimes themselves are a frequent occurrence in Indonesia. There are many court rulings that judge electronic information manipulation crimes; one of them is the ruling of the Medan State Court with registration number 542/Pid.Sus/2022/PN Mdn, where the accused is named Angga Risnawan. The date of birth of the accused is 22 years of private employment. The accused was found guilty of committing “those who committed, ordered, and accompanied acts intentionally and without the right or against the law of manipulating, creating, altering, eroding, or corrupting electronic information and/or electronic documents with the aim of making the electronic information and/or electronic document considered authentic data

The landscape of entrepreneurship education in Indonesia is undergoing a significant transformation, as exemplified by Universitas PGRI Wiranegara’s effort to instill entrepreneurial competencies in its students. This shift reflects a broader trend within the nation’s higher education system, emphasizing the development of an entrepreneurial mindset through various programs and initiatives. The University, which evolved from STKIP PGRI Pasuruan in February 2020, likely employs mentorship programs, among other methods, to enhance student engagement and independence in entrepreneurship education. This article contrasts the current state of students’ entrepreneurial spirit with the aspirational goals, highlighting the gap between present conditions and ideal aspirations in students’ entrepreneurial journeys. It suggests that universities can bridge this gap by providing experiential learning opportunities, integrating entrepreneurship courses across disciplines, and fostering a culture of innovation and risk-taking. These strategies can create a supportive ecosystem for student entrepreneurs, preparing them for the challenges of the business world. Moreover, the research indicates that extracurricular activities have a more substantial impact on developing an entrepreneurial mindset than curricular activities. This finding underscores the importance of practical, real-world experiences in shaping entrepreneurial attitudes and skills

The world of education is evolving rapidly, both in terms of technology, teaching methodology, and educational theory. In response to these changes, teachers need to continue to develop their competences to remain relevant and effective in educating students. Teachers are often faced with different contextual challenges, such as large classrooms, students with diverse backgrounds, or less supportive learning environments. Developing teachers' competences can help them cope with these challenges better. This study aims to reveal the principal's leadership strategy in improving teacher professionalism. This research uses a mixed method approach, data sources include all teachers while data collection through interview techniques and documentation. The analysis uses continuous participatory techniques, through the stages of data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. This research used a mixed method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The research data obtained through the research conducted is by using the methods and instruments that the researcher determined on the previous page. This research instrument uses a questionnaire with data analysis techniques to describe the level of principal supervision in improving teacher competence in carrying out learning process activities. The results showed that the principal's strategy in improving teacher professionalism is by conducting training, teacher evaluation meetings, classroom supervision, motivating teachers, giving rewards and giving punishments, and through participatory leadership styles. The success of education cannot be separated from the principal's efforts as a leader in directing and motivating teachers, encouraging and conducting curriculum development training, classroom management strategies, the purpose of this training is to improve teacher professionalism as a behavior change in learning carried out in the classroom. In essence, the success of a leader when applying the form of leadership in life with the principles of time management and work time discipline as a priority scale in realizing maximum performance results. Japan is an island nation prone to floods and tsunamis. The mountains that dominate Japan form short rivers with steep slopes. The rivers transport sediment to the plains, creating medium-sized floodplains. Japan's rivers are prone to flash floods due to their steep basin slopes and relatively short lengths. The ratio of peak discharge to watershed area is relatively large, ranging from 10 to 100 times that of major rivers in other countries. The water level rises and falls very quickly. This research aims to find out the Japanese Government's Efforts in Flood Disaster Risk Reduction. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research using purposive sampling technique on the activities of the Overseas Work Lecture (KKLN). Informants appointed as samples are Dr. Aulia Fabianda Anwar Tinumbang from Asisstant Professor. Graduate School of Engineering Kyoto University. KKLN activities are organized by the Defense University Disaster Management Study Program online through the Zoom application. KKDN activities were attended by all 26 Disaster Management Study Program students and also attended by the Head of the Disaster Management Study Program and Disaster Management study program staff. The results showed that the Japanese Government's efforts to reduce flood disaster risk and increase national security.

In light of the current global phenomenon, Indonesia is welcoming an increasing number of foreign cultures with ease. This can't be denied alongside the advancement of the inexorably fast globalization time and mechanical improvements that are progressively assisting people with having the option to acquire data rpidly and without any problem. This leang ds to a decline in nationalism values and a fear of a shift in national ideology, such as Pancasila, which is influencedby foreign cultures. has the potential to jeopardize the existence of the state and nation. The more youthful age is one of the variables that is enormously impacted by the section of this unfamiliar culture assuming it is inappropriate to answer and channel the approaching unfamiliar culture. There are currently a number of distinct generations of young people, beginning with generation X, also known as Millennials, and generation Z, each of which possesses its own set of characteristics. In this case there is a concern that there will be changes and shifts in culture and ideology with the influence of foreign culture and ideology entering Indonesia in the midst of the industrial revolution 4.0 which can threaten the sovereignty and existence of ideologies that are embedded in the Indonesian generation. This study uses qualitative research methods with the aim of seeing the character of each generation of the nation to be able to see and accept the impact of foreign cultural and ideological influences that enter Indonesia which will later have an impact on how to overcome and anticipate shifts in the nation's ideology, namely Pancasila from foreign cultural influences and external ideology that can threaten the sovereignty of Pancasila ideology.

Floods are disasters that often occur in Indonesia. Society and the environment feel the negative impacts of flooding. Floods are ranked as the second most frequent disaster in Indonesia according to the Indonesian Disaster Information Data (DIBI) from the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB). This research aims to conduct a flood susceptibility analysis in Pati Regency. The method used in this research is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) combined with Geographic Information Systems (GIS). This research uses ten factors that influence flood susceptibility, there are Topographic Wetness Index (TWI), Elevation, Slope, Precipitation, Land Use and Land Cover (LULC), Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), Distance from Rivers, Distance from Roads, Drainage Density, and Soil Type. The results of this research show that there are four levels of flood susceptibility in Pati Regency, there are low level reaching 3.47%, moderate level reaching 64.85%, high level reaching 31.62%, and very high level reaching 0.07%.

The enduring conflict over Kashmir between India and Pakistan remains unresolved despite several international mediation attempts. This study investigates these historical endeavors and evaluates Indonesia’s prospective role as a mediator leveraging its neutral stance and long-standing connections with both parties. A comprehensive qualitative literature review revealed that preceding mediations primarily concentrated on territorial lines, allocation of resources, and ephemeral ceasefires that temporarily eased tensions but were inadequate in addressing the underlying ideological divergences and identity issues perpetuating distrust. While frameworks such as the Indus Waters Treaty, which tackle joint technical concerns, have yielded some success in fostering collaborative arrangements, imposed resolutions have often lacked credibility due to sovereignty concerns and national rhetoric. The research findings indicate that Indonesia is posited as a potential neutral facilitator, drawing from its diplomatic accord and cultural rapport with India and Pakistan. Its non-aligned disposition, coupled with a track record of brokering peace within its region, uniquely qualifies it to sensitize dialogues and engineer technical partnerships inspired by its own experiences with autonomy accords. Although challenging, strategically implemented Indonesian-led confidence-building initiatives could gradually nurture mutual trust and cooperation. For the transformation of the Kashmir dispute to be enduring, it is recommended that a comprehensive strategy be adopted, placing a premium on reconciliation, inclusive policymaking, and the primacy of human security. Crucially, any process must incorporate localized reconciliation dialogues and bottom-up mechanisms to ensure legitimacy and resolve deep-seated grievances

Technology development in the defense industry is directed at building the ability to produce Alpalhankam that meets the operational requirements standardized by the Ministry of Defense, namely high quality, weather resistance, accuracy, combat power, high speed and difficult to detect. PT Pindad as a State-Owned Enterprise engaged in the Defense Industry is capable of making quality munitions, but the packaging line for small caliber munitions is still done manually. Therefore, it is necessary to automate the munition packaging line. In this research, the author conducted research using quantitative research methods through the Feasibility Study approach. The results and objectives of this study accelerate the packaging process on the small caliber munitions production line which was originally partly done semi-manually to use full machine automation and be able to support production so as to accelerate the fulfillment of small caliber munitions demand. The steps that are considered necessary are by investing in machines to increase the ability to package small caliber munitions and minimize the occurrence of errors in the munition packaging process
