Analisis Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat Pelanggan PDAM Tirta Mahakam Cabang Tenggarong PDAM Tirta Mahakam 滕加龙分部客户的公众满意度指数分析

Abstract:In line with the policy and regulations on Public Services, PDAM Tirta Mahakam needs to improve the quality of services and make continuous improvements so that PDAM Tirta Mahakam can perform its duties and roles in improving service quality.To find out more about the commitment of PDAM Tirta Mahakam in providing public services for clean water supply, a survey was needed that can provide an overview of the public perception of PDAM Tirta Mahakam customers. The results of the survey are expected to provide assistance to programs to improve services and improve clean water services.Respondents in this study were households that were registered as customers of PDAM Tirta Mahakam Tenggarong Branch until early 2019. Sampling was carried out proportionally by considering the distribution of respondents in the working area of PDAM Tirta Mahakam Tenggarong Branch. The population was based on the number of Household Connections (SRs) with a sample size of 375 respondents spread in 13 Urban Vilalges in Tenggarong District taken proportionallyThe results of the study explained that based on the Service Element, the Satisfaction Index of the Tirta Mahakam Tenggarong Branch scored 2,942. This value means that the service performance of PDAM Tirta Mahakam Tenggarong Branch is categorized as Low Service Performance. There is one service element that has good performance, namely the service element from Product Specifications with a value of 3.165 while for the other eight elements it is not good. Based on the Urban Village, only four stated that their performance was good, namely Timbau, Loa Ipuh, Mangkurawang and Panji. Eight urban villages have low service performance. One other has poor service performance, namely Loa Ipuh Darat.Based on important performance analysis, the attributes that need to be improved are due to high customer expectations, namely the smooth flow of the day, the accuracy of office service hours, the accuracy of bills with water usage, the suitability of bill costs with water quality, conformity with ability to pay, the quality of raw water, and clarity water.Keywords : Service quality; Consumer Satisfaction Index; PDAM services; Important Performance Analysis

Analisis Cost Volume Profit Untuk Perencanaan Laba Pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Segah Di Tanjung Redeb Kabupaten Berau

Abstract :          The purpose of this study was to determine the profit planning at PDAM Tirta Segah in Tanjung Redeb, Berau Regency by using cost volume profit analysis. While the intended use of the authors of the results of this study is to contribute thoughts as an alternative for companies to take wisdom in planning future earnings in relation to costs, sales volume and profits. Based on research conducted by the author that the results of research conducted by researchers using cost volume profit analysis in 2014,2015,2017 and 2018 PDAM Tirta Segah made a profit. Can be seen from the calculation of the contribution margin that is greater than the fixed costs. In the break even point calculation, the amount of sales in that year has exceeded the breakeven point. In the calculation of margin of safety, sales figures have exceeded the calculation of margin of safety (security level). Whereas in 2016 PDAM Tirta Segah is in a dangerous condition (loss) can be seen from the calculation of break even point (break-even point) which shows that the sales results are below the break-even point and for the calculation of margin of safety (security level) where the calculation results show the results negative ones.Keywords: Contribution margin, contribution margin ratio, operating laverage, break even point, margin of safety

Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan Pada PT. Loa Haur Energi (LHE) Di Sungai Payang Kecamatan Loa Kulu

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to determine and examine the effect of job satisfaction and stress on employee turnover intention at PT. Loa Haur Energi (LHE) in Payang River, Loa Kulu DistrictThe fact that happened at PT. Loa Haur Energi (LHE) in Sungai Payang is still a high level of employee turnover intention which is influenced by work satisfaction and stress factors. starting from January 2013 to December 2017, PT. Loa Haur Energi (LHE) that came out reached more than the standard 15% which is about 33 people from all employees. The average level of employee turnover in the last 4 (four) years at PT. Loa Haur Energi (LHE) has exceeded the tolerated standard.The sample in this study were employees of PT. Loa Haur Energy (LHE) in the Payang River as many as 65 people. The sampling technique was by using probality sampling. the analytical tool used is the multiple regression equation with the hypothesis test used by the F and t tests.From the ANOVA test or F test, the F count obtained is 27.653, while the F table value obtained a value of 2.75 this means that (Fcount 27.653> Ftable 2.75) so that it can be said that job satisfaction and job stress variables are jointly able showed a significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT. Loa Haur Energy (LHE) in Payang River, Loa Kulu District. This is reinforced by the results of the number R is 0.687. This is that the correlation between the variable job satisfaction and job stress on employee turnover intention is a strong relationship. The adjusted R square figure is 0.454 which means that 45.4% of employee turnover intention can be explained or influenced by the variables of job satisfaction and job stress while the remaining 54.6% of employee turnover intention at PT. Loa Haur Energi (LHE) in Sungai Payang, Loa Kulu District by other causes such as compensation, work atmosphere, commitment and leadership. So the first hypothesis is accepted.Based on the correlation table shows that the variable job satisfaction has the most dominant influence on employee turnover intention at PT. Loa Haur Energy (LHE) in Payang River, Loa Kulu District, which is 0.627 or 62.7%, followed by work stress variable of 0.437 or 43.7%. So it can be concluded that at PT. Loa Haur Energi (LHE) in Payang River, Loa Kulu Subdistrict, job satisfaction variable has a dominant effect on employee turnover intention. Abstract:The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out more about the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. Tanjung Redeb Branch. The research data comes from questionnaires distributed to 73 respondents who are employees of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. Tanjung Redeb Branch, using the census method. The analytical tool used is the validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression equation, coefficient of determination and t test.The results of this study indicate that the compensation regression coefficient is positive at 0.563, which means that between compensation and employee performance has a unidirectional relationship. If there is an increase in compensation value then it will have a positive influence on improving employee performance at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. Tanjung Redeb Branch. Absteract:In this study the object of research to be studied is the Kerupuk Rambak . Business which is a business the produks crackers, and sell crackers at addres JL: Bontang RT.04 Kel: Maluhu Kec: Tenggarong Kab: Kutai Kartanegara.With the owner Mr Mugiono, this research was made with the aim to know, whether variable product quality and image have an influence an consumer satisfaction at Kerupuk Rambak in new Maluhu village and to know among independent variable which variable is the most dominan influence on consumen satisfaction at Kerupuk Rambak.Based on the above table it can be conclu ded that the product quality and image variables simultaneously affect the consumer satisfaction. Based on the descriptions it can be concluded thet the first hypothesis peroposed states it is suspected that the product quality and image variables simultaneously affect the consumer satisfaction on Kerupuk Rambak business in new Maluhu village accepted and peroven tobe terue.From the three results of partial correlation test seen the variable value of product quality is the greatest influence than the image variable, so that the variable of product quality is the most dominant variable influencing the consumer satisfaction . From this description it can be concluded that the second hypothesis in this study it is suspected that product quality X1, dominant influence on consumer satisfaction at the blessed Kerupuk Rambak in new Maluhu village is accepted and peroven to be terue.

Abstract:Sales of snack products that are quite fast in Kutai Kartanegara Regency is a cake sales business. Cake sales business is a prospective business and can be easily developed in accordance with the needs of the community. Cake sales is a pretty bright business prospect and much in demand by the community.          One of the well known cake seller business in Tenggarong City is Cake Shop Typical Of Kutai Hj.Fatimah in Tenggarong at road Kramajaya Kel.Mangkurawang Tenggarong Kab. Kutai Kartanegara. Researchers are interested in conducting research on Cake Shop Typical Of Kutai Hj.Fatimah in Tenggarong because it wants to know how competitive the strategy faced by the business if it is compared with other Modern Cake Stores.          Cake Shop Typical Of Kutai Hj.Fatimah in Tenggarong is home-based and is produced by involving several workers (homeowners) and with affordable raw materials to produce the cake. As for the process of selling the cakes only in the offer to the consumer in front of the front kiosk Hj.Fatimah mother's house only on Jalan Krama Jaya Mangkurawang Village.          The current problem that exists in Cake Shop Typical Of Kutai Hj.Fatimah in Tenggarong is still a bit dominating market share and still the influence of other cake business competitors that hinder the increase of sales. In this case Cake Shop Typical Of Kutai Hj.Fatimah in Tenggarong not yet know the techniques of competing strategy in seizing market share, especially traditional cakes. Abstract :The purpose of the analysis is to find out whether the work discipline variables have a significant influence on the work performance of the Regional Revenue Service staff of the Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The results of the research show that the work discipline variables have a significant influence on the work performance of employees of the Regional Revenue Service of Kutai Kartanegara acceptable truth, where the value of t count the work discipline variable is greater than the value of t table (16,332> 1,66055) with a significance value smaller than the significance level (0,000 <0,05). Thus the proposed hypothesis has been proven and acceptable.Keywords: work disciplin, work performance

Abstract:               The purpose of this research is to find out whether the market orientation variable, entrepreneurial orientation and strategic orientation do simultaneous influence on product innovation in PDAM Tirta Mahakam in Tenggarong, to find out market orientation variables, entrepreneurial orientation and strategic orientation whether it has a positive effect on product innovation, and among these variables which variable has the most dominant influence on product innovation of PDAM Tirta Mahakam in Tenggarong.The data analysis tool used to determine the effect of the independent variables of market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation and strategic orientation with the dependent variable of innovation in drinking water products in tuah bumi packaging on PDAM Tirta Mahakam is multiple linear regression. A significant 5% technique means that there will be a two-sided test of the sample used. The t test will be used to compare whether the results of t count are greater or smaller than t table or vice versa.The results of the research F value calculated is 24,588 while F table is 0,275. This means that F count > F table means that it can be said that the market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation and strategic orientation variables are jointly able to show their influence on product innovation or regression models can be used to predict product innovation, so that the first hypothesis is accepted and proven to be true The results of the study Partial values in this study indicate that the orientation of the enterprise, entrepreneurial orientation and strategic orientation have a simultaneous influence, market orientation does not affect product innovation and entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on innovation and strategic orientation also positively influences product innovation. Abstract:Regional Water Company (PDAM) of Balikpapan City realizes the importance of the role of employees who are the main movers for the smooth implementation of the tasks of the company. Because it needs to be maintained and maintained by fulfilling their needs and desires.The multiple regression results show: Y = 6.923 + 0.264 X1 + 0.410 X2 + ei. The equation of the multiple regression analysis model shows the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable, which is indicated by the regression coefficients of each independent variable. Regression coefficients of independent variables which are positive means that the independent variable has a direct effect on employee job satisfaction and vice versa.Simultaneously the independent variables of work motivation and career development have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction where the value of F Ming = 35.947 is greater than F label = 3.20 at the real level below 5%. Then it can be concluded that the first hypothesis proposed in this study is proven to be true, namely, it is assumed that simultaneously work motivation and career development have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction in Balikpapan Regional Water CompanyPartially the dominant influence on employee job satisfaction is career development, where the value of t count is 2.719> t table is 1.69973 with the value of Sig t = 0.009 <0.05. Because it needs to be maintained and maintained by fulfilling their needs and desires.The multiple regression results show: Y = 6.923 + 0.264 X1 + 0.410 X2 + ei. The equation of the multiple regression analysis model shows the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable, which is indicated by the regression coefficients of each independent variable. Regression coefficients of independent variables which are positive means that the independent variable has a direct effect on employee job satisfaction and vice versa.Simultaneously the independent variables of work motivation and career development have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction where the value of F Ming = 35.947 is greater than F label = 3.20 at the real level below 5%. Then it can be concluded that the first hypothesis proposed in this study is proven to be true, namely, it is assumed that simultaneously work motivation and career development have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction in Balikpapan Regional Water CompanyPartially the dominant influence on employee job satisfaction is career development, where the value of t count is 2.719> t table is 1.69973 with the value of Sig t = 0.009 <0.05.
