PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk is a toll road company headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia. Until the end of 2020, this company holds concessions for five toll roads in Java Island. Looking at the queue report, it can be seen that there are still a large number of vehicle queues on the highest toll roads, namely 65 vehicles at 19.00-20.05 hours. Long queue lengths can affect customer dissatisfaction with the service system on the toll road so that it can be detrimental to the company, moreover the lack of maximum automatic machine work is the main factor in long queues. Of all the problems that occur can be solved using the queuing method and FMEA. The goal is to find out how to deal with queues on toll roads and find out how to deal with automatic machines working optimally. Based on the results that have been obtained, the company only opened 2 automatic substation machines. There are many obstacles that occur, including there are still queues due to the less than optimal machine work. So that this research was carried out to fix the problem that occurred by adding 1 automatic substation machine. The difference in the utilization rate is very large, namely 10.96% to 31.51%, with the result that the number of vehicles waiting is 0, meaning there are no vehicles queuing. The high RPN results from the results of the FMEA method make it the basis for the need for preventive maintenance measures to avoid total engine shutdown which results in long queues at toll exits. This action consists of providing maintenance workers who guard the substation to guard against machine problems by working 3 shifts and periodic checks starting from the system to its components.

The Metaverse is a new form of virtual interactive and physically cyber interaction where users can experience activities in a virtual environment that feels very real. For companies that utilize the Metaverse well, such as promoting or commercializing virtual products within it, it can bring significant profits. However, commercialization through cross-border technology often faces legal issues that arise. The use of brand elements on a product marketed by others without permission is a major issue in the field of brands, which also occurs in the digital world. This study aims to prove legal action against the use of famous brands in the Metaverse, as well as the legal actions that can be taken by owners of famous brands against the use of their brands in virtual Metaverse products. This study was conducted through a normative juridical approach using literature or secondary data as the main source. Based on the research conducted, it was found that the use of famous brand elements in the Metaverse is considered a violation of the brand, similar to brand violations in the real world in general. Therefore, based on Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications (Trademark Law) harmonized with the ITE Law, the rights of brand owners to take legal action to protect their brands will still apply even if the brand violations occur in the digital space.

Life insurance is a financial product that protects individuals from the risk of unfortunate events such as death and disability. Although the life insurance market is showing increased penetration, many still do not have life insurances. Purpose: This research aimed to analyze the influence of consumer trust in the relationship between the relationship of perceived risk and consumer knowledge with behavior intention. Design/methodology/approach: This research used a quantitative approach. The research was conducted on 210 respondents in Makassar and Balikpapan. Data were collected through an online questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the AMOS application. Findings: Perceived Risk: financial risk, performance risk, physical risk, social risk and overall risk have negative influences and not significant to behavior intention. Consumer knowledge have a positive influence and significant to behavior intention. Consumer trust was a variable that mediated the influence of perceived risk and consumer knowledge on behavior intention.

Tanjidor is a type of entertainment art of the Betawi tribal orchestra that uses western musical instruments, especially wind instruments. Tanjidor was originally developed from a colonial environment. this art entered Indonesia in the 18th century through trade routes which at that time were played to accompany or parade brides. This art is played to enliven various events such as weddings, circumcisions and birthday events of the Jakarta city government. The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive method. The subjects of this study are the owners of tanjidor cultural studios, tanjidor players and generation Z who in this study are students of MTs N 35 Jakarta grade 7, 8 and grade 9.The results of this study show that the existence of tanjidor music art in Jakarta is influenced by various factors, namely changing tastes in society while the inhibiting factors are the entry of western art and the change of agrarian society into an industrial society. To overcome the challenges of the existence of tanjidor art in society, namely by modernizing tanjidor culture.one thing is certain, tanjidor music art is still popular among generation Z.

The article describes how AI has already made a significant impact in the health sector in the US, with many promising future applications. In medical imaging, for example, AI algorithms have been developed that can detect and classify anomalies with high accuracy rates, potentially reducing the need for unnecessary biopsies or surgeries. Personalized medicine is another area where AI is being used to analyze large amounts of patient data and provide tailored treatments. AI is also being used to improve the accuracy and efficiency of electronic health records (EHRs) by automatically detecting errors and inconsistencies. In drug discovery, AI algorithms can analyze large data sets and predict which compounds are likely to be effective in treating a particular disease, potentially reducing the time and cost of drug development. In the future, AI is expected to play an even greater role in precision medicine, enabling clinicians to develop customized treatment plans based on a patient's individual genetic and medical history. AI is also being developed for use in virtual assistants, which can provide patients with personalized health advice and reminders. Clinical decision support systems are another area where AI is expected to have a significant impact, helping clinicians to make more informed decisions by analyzing patient data and providing recommendations based on the latest research and best practices. Overall, the article suggests that AI has the potential to transform healthcare by improving patient outcomes, reducing costs, and increasing access to care. However, the article also acknowledges that there are challenges to be addressed, such as ensuring the accuracy and fairness of AI algorithms and addressing privacy concerns.

This paper wants to analyze the transfer fee mechanism for Indonesian football players in the system established by FIFA which is experiencing rapid progress. Like a business entity in general, a football club needs resources to carry out its activities. Player transfers are a very important aspect of the football business. The Federation Internationale the Football Association (FIFA) is the governing body of football in which it takes a global role in the relationship between sport and politics. Therefore, it is important to see how the transfer fee mechanism in the system established by FIFA affects the football industry in Indonesia. The paradigm used in this paper is the Liberalist paradigm, where individual freedom in liberalism helps society in developing ideas, and Neoliberalism, which is characterized by ideas that emphasize deregulation or market regulation, the non-opening of state-owned enterprises (SOEs), limited government interference, and a more open international market.
