The principles of bankruptcy law in the light of restoration philosophy Abstract: This paper describes the bankruptcy procedural principles that, as beacons of interpretation of the law, have a very strong point of contact with all general procedural principles, highlighting –in the bankruptcy case– the lack of conflict between two parties (it is not a contradictory process), the state interest of procedural impulse by the same judicial body and the strong commitment of the doctrine in forcing a moralizing interpretation of the processes to avoid the abuses that are carried out by the insolven-cy institute. Next, focusing on restorative philosophy, the general principles of it are broken down to then counterbalance these with those, marking the points of contact and the conflictive edges that arise.

: This work aims to highlight that criminal dogmatic has not received the cur-rent state of the philosophical debate. It will only address the issue of legal method and the consequences that, had they been received, would have had for criminal dogmatic. It is proposed to overcome the syllogistic-subsunctive method, both with respect to positive law and the concepts of crime theory and the consequent assumption of more Aristotelian open methods, such as topical and rhetoric. It will also be shown that such opening does not contradict the requirement of criminal legality.

: The origins, history and development of such important legal institutions in medieval law and society, such as guilds and corporations, have long been obscured or even frowned upon, a product of the mentality inherited from the Enlightenment. This work aims to study the antecedents of medieval guilds starting from an analysis of the corporate phenomenon in ancient Rome, to then enter fully into the study and histori-cal-legal evolution of these bodies of trades in the Middle Ages, from their origins to their decay after the 16th century. The analysis will be global and will not go into the peculiarities of each country, taking the main historical and legal aspects necessary for a unitary understanding of the associative phenomenon in its history.

: The recent bill presented to the National Congress in Argentina, seeks the legalization of euthanasia, basing mainly on the fact that such an action would allow the access of persons covered by the law to a dignified death. Here it is exposed how the inherent dignity of all human beings is enough to condemn euthanasia, resulting inadmissible ethical approaches that seek to legalize the end of a person in a provoked manner. Although the protection of life should not justify practices known as therapeutic cruelty, this does not imply that euthanasia provides a true solution to the problem of human suffering. Following the aforementioned considerations, the main points of the bill are briefly explained below.
