Abstract In this article we intend to analyze the change in the physiognomy of modern military actions starting from the idea that it is extremely important to present the necessary clarifications on the content and meaning of the phrase physiognomy and, just as importantly, to position this concept in direct relation with the most important characteristics of the contemporary military phenomenon, the evolution tendencies of the military art, its levels and, last but not least, its content. Also a derivative objective would be to highlight the bad role of technology and technology in the changes produced in the last period of time in this field.

Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic has caused people all throughout the world, particularly students, to change their routines. As a result of cutting-edge technology, e-learning is on the increase. Many educational institutions now use virtual classrooms instead of actual classrooms to conduct their lessons. Before the COVID-19 crisis, virtual technology was expanding quickly and becoming more widely used. Before the pandemic, students were taking a variety of online programs, but since then, there has been a significant surge in demand for virtual learning.

Abstract Databases are perhaps the most attacked and vulnerable elements in the online environment as far as organizations are concerned. The databases contain the most important information of an organization and its confidential data, along with those of its customers. However, little of the effort dedicated to security is intended to protect data. The present paper draws attention to the need to implement a simple and then complex security in a database using RDF (Resource Description Framework) based descriptions. Our example is one implemented for Microsoft Access and covers different security level descriptions considering attack types. We choose to represent the basic concepts and abstract syntax using the RDF data modeling vocabulary and we’re using as a starting point a legacy relational database where the company already catalogued attacks.

Abstract Technological developments in recent decades in multiple fields have revolutionised the actions of armed forces, as recently confirmed in the war in Ukraine where NATO countries’ artillery and missiles have undeniably outperformed the outdated spectrum of previous counter-insurgency actions, and the counter-battery fire of self-propelled weapons systems far exceeded the limits of the Iraq and Afghanistan theatres of operations, where such a response was easy to achieve because insurgent forces had no idea that such precise, coordinated and effective action was available at discovered targets. Drones have also become an inseparable part of military operations and have developed in an unprecedented way, being hardly detectable, precise, equipped with weaponry, radars, optoelectronic search means with sensors and modern communication and computer systems. Today, but especially in the future, the actions of drones and artillery means executing counter-battery fire will become indispensable in military operations to achieve desirable effects, and at the same time modern armies must have active and passive means of engagement and countermeasures against them to achieve effective force protection.

Abstract The concern for the manifestation of education, the natural displacement of human existence from the past to the future transits through the educational paradigms, successively focusing the center of gravity from the teacher to the educable and the learning results. By transition, the concept of “centered learning” suggests the coherent and organized solar system moving around a central element. If in the solar system there is only one central constant element around which all the others move, in the educational system the central element has periodically changed. However, quality education is represented by the congruence between the three paradigms, with an emphasis on balancing the relationship between the educational institution and the beneficiary.

Higher education should form such a value system in a learner, which is competitive, in keeping with the modern period. The "History of the Armenian Language" course forms linguistic thinking, cultural and idealistic values in a learner. As a linguistic discipline, the course develops in a learner skills to make independent research and conclusions. The "History of the Armenian Language" course creates a student’s scientific, idealistic, naturalistic value system. The article examines the problems of the formation of the value system at different times, which naturally and regularly are changing in accordance with the requirements of the time. Therefore, based on the requirements of the time, the values in the "History of the Armenian Language" course are presented in the unity of scientific and practical perspectives. Thus, the purpose of the article is to value and address the problems of the history of the Armenian language that contribute to the formation and completion of the student's idealistic, naturalistic, linguistic value system. A system of exercises and skills aimed at the formation of the value system is proposed, considering the demands and interests of the modern student, which are obtained as a result of independent analysis and research.

Marketing plays a key role in economic recovery during the crisis and post-crisis periods, as a link between business and customers. Both in organizations and in banks, marketing is used as an anti-crisis management tool, which future economists should be aware of. Marketing strategies are tools for increasing the market efficiency of commercial banks, which allow them to take a leading position in the banking system. In recent years, marketing has reached its peak of development, commercial banks fulfill their mission based on marketing strategies and goals. During the crisis and in the post-crisis period, banks need to rethink their marketing strategies in order to adapt to the conditions of an emerging market, but they should not cut marketing costs. The banks seeking to cut marketing costs to maintain profits may subsequently lose their positions and market share. In the course of the scientific article, was presented the Herfindahl-Hirschman index, was carried out linear regression, were tested Gauss-Markov conditions to determine the impact of marketing expenses on increasing the profitability of RA commercial banks. The data and approaches represented in the article are usable during the work with students.

The article discusses the role of textbook in the study of a foreign language, particularly English. The main advantages and disadvantages of the classical textbook are studied in a very logical consequence. The article proves that methodologically expedient use of proper material can undoubtedly ensure the effectiveness of the learning process. Repetitive assignments and systematization of the information in the textbook allow intensifying the learning process monitoring the effectiveness of the learning progress enhancing a learner’s skills motivating practical use of the manual. The article confirms that the textbook is for both learners and teachers as a source of information, reference manual, means of mastering skills correspondingly. It is viewed as a sample of organizational work, well-proportioned content and structure of the educational material. The main emphasis of the textbook is teaching the students practical use of theoretical knowledge while realizing all the steps necessary to solve the corresponding problem. It encourages creative thinking and problem-solving activities. The article brings forward the necessity of using proper manual, including stages in the structure of the lesson, as nowadays in the conditions of hybrid classes it is becoming more relevant than ever before to have a very suitable textbook for learners.

The article discusses the consistency and aesthetics of language in comparison of the views of three outstanding linguists of the 20th century. Their judgments about the continuity of linguistic transformation are distinguished by originality. Despite the fundamentally different approaches of K. Fossler, E. Coceriu and R.A. Budagov in comprehending the aesthetic function of language, their views are united by the norm of the language․ Comparison of three independent linguistic positions is built as a kind of discussion without contradictions on the analysis of the system and norm, the aesthetics of language and linguistic form. Forecasts on these issues are updated especially hard during periods of a serious reboot of the communicative space. Changing the regulatory framework is an inevitable process of any national language and is clearly visible at the functional level. Therefore, the mechanisms for changing the norm do not depend on the recognition or non-recognition of the systemic nature of the language and its levels, but strictly correlate with the aesthetic function. The aesthetic function of language itself is of interest to linguists especially when tectonic shifts of the standard positions of the norm occur in the changing times.

In the article we examined the historical novel of St. Zoryan “The King Pap”, in particular, the character of Pap – from Zoryan’s point of view. It was made an attempt to reveal what events of his time made the writer in the twentieth century to think over one of the most dramatic periods in the history of Armenia, which became so relevant for Armenian historiography. This novel is relevant both from the point of view of the threat of the loss of Armenian statehood, and from the point of view of discord or split of our country between two new geopolitical poles. If in the fourth century Armenia was divided between Byzantium and Persia, then the actors of history have now changed, but the challenge remains the same. “The King Pap” by Stepan Zoryan - one of the best works of Armnian fiction of the twentieth century, “King Pap” by Stepan Zoryan is one of the best works of Armenian literature of the twentieth century, it is of inestimable artistic value in terms of understanding history and historical generalizations.
