The article discusses the issue of spouse compatibility and social-psychological adjustment in young Armenian families, which, on the one hand, relies on positive feelings, emotionality, on the other hand, on the agreement of various demands (sexual, material, spiritual), including interests, opinions, views, on the value system established in the family. Aspects of psychological compatibility of couples are also presented. The discussion of the mentioned aspects reveals the supremacy of the compatibility of values and their conformity in Armenian families, which ensures the mutual understanding and coexistence of young spouses. As a result of the conducted research, one of the main areas of joint life in Armenian families was revealed, that is the conformity of the value system of young spouses, which we presented in the form of a hierarchical system. The classification model of socio-psychological adjustment features of spouses in young Armenian families has also been developed. Hence, the analyzes and studies done on the issue determine the novelty of the article.

The article presents the content, forms and methods of professional development of teachers, psychologists and parents in the field of mental health of preschool children. It has been proven that more factors influence on children’s upbringing and development than congenital one. The study of the main determining role in the mental development of the child is presented in the form of objects and sign system. Harmonious development of children largely depends on their psychic health, so the issue of psychic health formation is still relevant. Focusing on global mitigation measures and the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the rapidly changing situation, the entire conversation in the media and in society is focused only on the occurrence of the disease, while a large amount of information falls on children. It has been found that the "transmission" of stress and anxiety by adults in everyday life and social environment to children, with all its changes, can help to cope with difficult situations if parents avoid difficult conversations about feelings and events, expressing concerns.

Nowadays it is important to use various approaches, methods and tricks during teaching process of chemistry helping students gain new knowledge. Using interdisciplinary relations, we show the use of concept of similar triangles and mathematical reasoning during problem-solving process of chemical problems. In “Solutions” section it is shown how to apply concept of similar triangles and corresponding formula is derived. Patterns observed here exactly match the properties of well-known concept of similar triangles, which gives possibility to solve problem using mathematical tricks and methods. The formula is used to calculate the mass of precipitate formed caused by the drop of temperature of a saturated solution. In another example, in order to solve the problem, it is needed to solve a triangle equation, which is done using mathematical reasoning and concepts taught at school. It is well known that school knowledge may be insufficient to solve triangle equations. It should be noted, that majority of unknown values in chemical problems can be expressed using discreet values, which allows to solve problem by redefining it to mathematical divisibility problem. We provide solutions to chemical problems that don’t involve much of chemical reasoning. Suggested solutions broaden learners’ mind and enhance creative thought.

The article discusses the role of Kh. Abovyan’s “Nakhashavigh” textbook in Armenian school and pedagogy. Abovyan rejected the textbooks in Grabar and created manuals based on humanistic ideas. The educator worked out a new methodology: didactic, psychological and pedagogic system. According to Abovyan, the primary provision of pedagogy is lesson goal, choice of appropriate method, principles of teaching, content of lesson. The suggested provisions are among the priorities of modern educational system. The comments dedicated to didactic principles are highly appreciated in Abovyan’s legacy and they haven’t lost their theoretical and practical value. In “Nakhashavigh” textbook the author paid much attention to the visibility as a didactic principle. According to the author, what is seen, felt gives content to the words and notions learnt. Abovyan connects teaching the native language with developing in students the principle of consciousness and the ability of thinking on their own. He used the principle of consciousness in didactics. According to Abovyan, teaching native language is connected both with logics and activation of psychological processes. Our goal is to apply Kh. Abovyan's leading pedagogical didactic principles in the modern education system which will contribute easy perception of academic material and use of modes by teacher.

Scientific, technological, economic, political, cultural and other spheres’ dramatic improvements make us develop and enrich a person’s lexicon with new words and terms. Teaching of terms provides the study of different scientific categories, contributes outlook, enriches lexicon and develops thinking. From this, each disciplinary textbook is a huge source to expand students’ lexicon with new words and terms. While teaching different discipline, giving explanation on the semantic and characteristic features of the terms, commenting on them, we provide an opportunity for students to recognize the world, phenomena which forms their outlook. The course of the native language of the middle classes, has a practical nature giving teachers of the Armenian language and literature opportunities for setting tasks in the field of teaching lexicology, observation and analysis original materials, and partly serves to teach word combinations by highlighting intra-subject, inter-subject and extra-subject connections with the goal of professional orientation of the student. Due to teaching terms in different scientific spheres, it becomes possible to form such a terminological system within students which is more than sufficient to consider the students’ lexicon to be rich and varied. For that aim analysis, suggested recommendations and approaches determine the novelty of the article.

The article discusses the questions raised in correlation with the reflection of the linguistic picture of the world and still causing philosophical concerns: What is the ratio? Is it “complicity” that exists between a word and its meaning? What is their “degree of independence”? Does the word help to form thoughts or meaning? Which of them prevails? Are there other significant components in forming the linguistic picture of the world? In the context of these issues, the provisions of the world’s leading lingua-philosophical streams in different periods of history regarding the complementary role of verbal sign, meaning and sense in the process of creating the linguistic picture of the world are presented. If the meaning is constant in all languages and the word is a carrier of certain information, what is the nature of invariants in the formation of the meaning of the word given for the same concept in different languages, associated with worldview of this linguistic community? Maybe this difference is connected with the reality of modelling the world. However, the conceptualization of the world through the language, sign is universal and nationwide, while the peripheral ones are linguistic and national, still remains pendent in linguistic semantics.

The article reveals the categories of legal culture as a sphere of individual freedom, which allows a young person to realize own preferences, talents and interests. Each new generation faces to the legal achievements of the predecessors correspond to self-realization and prospects of realizing the collective meaning of social self-development. The analysis of works on the issue testifies to the relevance and multidimensionality of both the problem itself and the methodological approaches to its scientific solution. The formation of legal culture of modern youth is covered in multidisciplinary issues of legal culture, legal awareness of man and young people in particular, legal education, training in pedagogical, psychological, philosophical, sociological, political, economic sciences, culture, public administration and social communications. Legal consciousness is formed in the process of personal development. The humanistic nature of the formation of modern youth’s legal culture is represented by the embodiment of social self-movement, which requires general scientific structure and typology of methods of cognition and transformation of reality in their development and relationships. The main methodology of formation of legal culture as a phenomenon and process is defined by the idea of development.

The analysis of European bodies and agencies in the field of maritime safety management highlights the limited capacity to respond to potential disasters in the coastal and port areas of the Romanian state. Starting from this situation, the PLATMARISC project builds an intervention strategy based on an integrated risk management system that facilitates both multidisciplinary oceanographic research and monitoring and management of potential coastal and port disasters.

Demand Side Management (DSM) is a set of measures, policies and strategies sensitive to the electricity consumers’ attitude that is a sum of perceptions and expectations influenced by relevant information, related to the benefits that can change the consumers’ behaviour towards sustainable electricity consumption. Internet access, Pro-environmental measures, Expectations and Relation with supplier are several unobserved factors that impact the Attitude of consumers. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) allows us to identify the latent factors and indicate the directional relationships among these factors that are behind the measured items of questionnaire data. Thus, in this paper we propose to analyse a complex data set from a pre-trial questionnaire with SEM and reveal interesting insights related to latent factors that have the potential to enhance the DSM strategies. For simulations, a complex data set with 4,232 observations and 143 items is considered and several smaller data subsets verify whether the model capitalize on change characteristics of a certain data set or not.

A simple method for generating a fuzzy course controller for a marine ship is presented. The controller is built without using training data. The new fuzzy controller uses conventional triangular sets, no complex overlaps, no complex expert judgments inherent in other types of fuzzy controllers. This approach makes it possible to synthesize a controller based on unified rules. The system is not hybrid and does not use other methods such as neural networks and reference models. The applicability of the proposed approach is demonstrated by an application for controlling the course of a marine ship in various modes. It is shown by means of simulation that the exchange rate stabilization system synthesized with the new fuzzy controller has robust properties.
