Abstract Against the background of a major insecurity event with strong economic and social repercussions, more and more analyses, simulations and attempts are being made to identify possible developments and consequences. The experience of previous conflicts and the results of the models and scenarios used to estimate the trajectories and disruptions caused by conflicts help with the decision-making process, but the variables in the peace equation are numerous and increase the degree of uncertainty in what regards the impact of the economic, social and security policies adopted. Through the prism of developments in the current geopolitical and security environment, with prospects of profound change after the end of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, the paper highlights some of the economic effects of the Russia – Ukraine war and highlights its possible influences on economic growth at regional and global level, and also analyses growth in the states directly involved in the war or that are connected in various forms (economically-wise, neighbouring countries, etc.) with the two states.

The propulsion of sailing vessels is based on the transformation of potential wind energy into traction force, through rigging. The action of the wind can cause considerable loads that can lead to deformations in the elasto-plastic and plastic area of the mast elements, with detrimental consequences on the safety of the vessel's operation. In order to prevent these deformations, it is necessary to permanently balance the masts, which consists in pretensioning the metal cables supporting the mast, in order to have an equivalent distribution of loads depending on the wind speed and its direction. This article presents a method of balancing the masts, which is based on innovative technologies, the technology of tensometry for the permanent identification of loads in the rigging cables to support the masts, and IT technology for real-time monitoring. This method allows the use of numerical calculation corroborated in real time with the values of the stress in the metal cables. The implementation of this method on board sailing vessel will maintain the rigging of the masts in normal operating parameters, with positive consequences on the traction efficiency of the vessel and on the safety of the vessel, by reducing the possibility of damage to it.

This paperwork is aiming to describe the business model for freight forwarding services as part of the logistics network, in reference to the freight shipments for individuals or corporations toward the market demand, as final customer, or to final points of goods distribution. The authors have conducted a study of modelling the transport processes within the freight forwarding agent in case of Constant port, using the Business Process Modelling tools and methodology. The Business Process Modelling (BPM) is largely used in the business process management and systems engineering, conceived as the research methodology depicting the processes of a focal company, so that the current process has been analysed and further improved and automated. The transport process with all the related stages has been modelled into a specialized software, aiming to reveal bottlenecks, overloads, uneven distribution of workloads, excessive time, costs, etc. The process simulation of the freight forwarding process shall reflect the encountered difficulties of the processes’ dynamics throughout the entire life cycle.

Esthetic restorations are essential to success in modern dentistry. Unfortunately, assessing the patient's aesthetic expectations and aesthetic prognosis during the initial evaluation can be problematic. A thorough facial research, involving collaboration with the patient, is an important element in the premedical protocol. It is very important to present the importance of facial contours and their change during tooth restoration to students and clinical residents of the Faculty of Dentistry. Identification of midline asymmetries, lip disharmony, excessive visibility of prosthetic abutments, as well as facial shape, vertical/horizontal relationships of residual caries affect both treatment modality and prognosis. Assessment of these esthetic factors by the dentist and the patient prior to initiation of treatment is best accomplished by clinical photography.

The article discusses the need to analyze literary elements of children literature in teaching of native language in elementary classes: the level of perception and application of junior schoolchildren’s elementary literary knowledge in native language teaching process is studied and presented. Teaching of literary elements in elementary school is mostly practical. When teaching any literary or folklore work, a lot of work and effort is required: a teacher must pay attention to basic literary knowledge based on standards defined by elementary school curriculum. The comprehensive study and practical perception of elementary literary knowledge and its assimilation help schoolchildren understand the thematic-ideological basis of works, due to which educational, teaching and cognitive significance of a literary work increases. Literary knowledge effects on child's thinking, worldview, communicative skills, evaluation of phenomena. Literary characters’ actions, relationships, feelings, speech influence on pupils relating to their self-recognition, self-expression. During individual and group activities, friendly relationships are formed among classmates, which impacts on a person’s development and formation of values. The direct way to achieve goal is to use targeted and effective methods.

The article discusses the study of the teachings of François Delsarte, in which an attempt is made to understand the stages of the origin and development of modern dance in different countries. This teaching spread to two countries: the USA, Germany, then it penetrated into Russia and became the basis for the creation of rhythmic and plastic dance studies. All the ideas embodied in the study of the François Delsarte system served as a good basis for the development of a new dance direction at the end of the 19th century. Today, this new dance direction is known to all of us as modern dance. Each country, having its own customs, worldviews and history, interpreted it in different ways: in the USA it was called modern dance, in Germany - expressive dance, and in Russia - rhythmoplastic dance. These phrases had different purposes: several generations of modern dancers in the USA used their ideas and developed the terminology of modern dance in English. Germany had its own interpretation, but since it was not a widely used international language, the terms did not come into use. Today, in Germany and elsewhere in Europe, these terms are also used in English.

Identifying specific weight of verbs in the Armenian grammatical system, semantic diversity, communicative value, and communicative abilities, it is imperative to analyze the semantic grouping of verbs and the connective features of lexical groups, which will contribute to the discovery of lexical meaning and syntactic-conjunctive interrelationships. The purpose of this article is to show the boundaries, features, and linguistic potential of the most diversified collection of verbs in the lexicon-proverbial verbs. The analysis of verbs denoting ‘speaking’ in Middle Armenian brings to the conclusion that these verbs possess a common quality - that of telling information. Based upon this fact one can say that there are two subgroups within these verbs: a) single-stream and b) reciprocal verbs denoting speaking. Within the studied verbs, the stylistically neutral verb ‘say’ which is the most frequently used one due to its polysemy. As a rule, the verbs denoting speaking or other verbs used in the same meaning possess or gain the transitivity with two objects, one of which is presupposed or imposed by the grammatical rank of the verb (direct object) and the second – by the meaning of the verb (indirect object). In other words, the verbs of the studied group take two objects.

The article discusses the issue of organization of education in higher educational institutions, particularly in the field of dentistry, and its peculiarities due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The analyzes and studies made for this purpose determine the novelty of the article. COVID-19 was a global significant challenge for healthcare professionals, educational institutions, instructors and students. The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic caused trouble in the field of dentistry, both in clinical practice and in education. However, technological capabilities currently allow upgrading teaching methods through the introduction of digital concepts and making distance learning, or online education possible. The COVID-19 crisis also showed that universities appeared not to be ready for a drastic change in teaching methods. Moreover, education around the world used to underestimate the innovative technologies and potential of the Internet in education. The pandemic forced us to reevaluate the methodology of organizing education and apply new tools in this field. In addition, proper application of the methods helps overcome the stress caused by COVID-19. Although remote education is incomplete, it is still foremost solution to provide education in the current situation. The difficulties, arose in clinical practice, were later overcome by introducing online and offline hybrid teaching mode.

The article discusses the narrative style of "Kill the Savior" by Gurgen Khanjyan's. With structural method, we presented technical features of one character's perspective. The mode of the story is conditional omniscience of the author limited to the point of view of one character. The main conflict of the novel is between pagan and Christian worldviews which has been shown for many times in Armenian and world literature. According to Khanjyan, that clash has been modernized to a certain extent and was conducted due to the socio-political transition of independent Armenia. The novel "Kill the Savior" presents the main character Chunak's chain of actions in search of the Savior. Having received an order to kill the savior, Chunak meets various people who, for the most part, convey information about Jesus in a mocking tone. Throughout the action, the Savior never appears in the reader's view. He completely fits into the convention of the missing character. The fact that the Savior is always hidden also contributes to the mystery of his character. In order to present all this more artistically and convincingly G. Khanjyan chose the perspective of one character. The features of that method are consistently preserved throughout the novel.

The article reveals trends in organizing educational process on the principles of formal, non-formal and informal models. Nowadays non-formal and informal education is becoming relevant. Unlike formal education, these forms are free from strict rules and regulations, can satisfy educational needs of citizens to a greater extent, regardless of their age, gender, educational level. They also expand professional competences, realizing the most important human need for impressions, for personal development, which leads to professional growth of a person. The article substantiates the idea that non-formal and informal models of education are available to people of all ages, are important part of socialization of a person, help master new social roles, contribute to spiritual development. During the study, interest and preferences in various forms of adult education were revealed. The article touches upon the issues of evaluation, recognition and certification (accreditation) of the results of non-formal and informal education in Armenia. The obtained results show that interest in various forms of adult education is growing both from science and from practitioners, especially in the era of information society. Recognized results may be a sufficient condition to enter the labor market, realize a particular job or occupation.
