The aim of this article is to investigates the impact of age and geographical differences onteam satisfaction and interaction within selected European countries. In the context of anincreasingly multicultural society, characterized by diverse ethnicities, cultures, races, religions,ages, and genders, this study examines the impact of internal disparities influenced byregional factors on social dynamics, with a particular focus on team dynamics across differentgeographical locations and their influence on social cohesion. Amid demographic andtechnological shifts emphasizing the growing significance of age, this research investigateswhether individuals under the age of 36, residing in major urban areas, experience lowerlevels of team satisfaction and interaction compared to their older counterparts and thosefrom smaller towns. Utilizing a dataset comprising 250 participants from leisure, work, andsports teams across Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, and Germany, the study explores variationsin team satisfaction among different age groups and regional backgrounds. This papercontributes to the understanding of how multicultural environments affect team dynamics,highlighting the importance of considering both age and regional factors in assessing teamsatisfaction within both work and recreational settings.

The Effect of Augmented Feedback on the Hit Accuracy of Foil Fencers 增强反馈对花剑运动员击球准确性的影响

The study aims to investigate the effect of augmented feedback on the hit accuracy of foil fencers. A total of 10 fencing players, juniors and cadets registered at the XX fencing federation were divided into control and experimental groups. The ‘Fencing Scouting Sheet / Foil’ instrument was developed to collect the required data divided into ‘Touches scored’, ‘Touches received’, ‘Touches scored out of target’ and ‘Touches received out of target’. Each player of the experimental and control group played 20 bouts; each bout was scouted and calculated by the coach using a scouting sheet. The total of each group member (experimental and control) was calculated (100 games for each group). Coaches provided the experimental group players with the proper augmented feedback based on each player’s performance. Individually or in group before, during, or after the bouts. The results of the study indicated that the experimental group was 37.4 % higher than the control group in ‘Touches scored’, but less by 36.7%, 59.3% and 19.3% in ‘Touches received’, ‘Touches scored out of target’ and ‘Touches received out of target’ respectively. We encourage future studies to implement the scouting sheet developed to enhance the quality of training sessions and the players' performance.

Analysis of University Students' Perspectives on Physical Activity and Mandatory Physical Education 大学生对体育锻炼和必修体育课的看法分析

The decline in physical activity levels during the transition from high school to college is evident, despite the known impact of youth and adolescent physical activity on later life. Observable trends reveal a decline in enthusiasm for sports activities and a notable decrease in motivation for engaging in physical activity. The college environment plays a pivotal role in shaping students' engagement with physical activity, presenting an opportunity to significantly enhance their quality of life. This study's primary objective is to analyse university students' attitudes toward physical activity and assess their satisfaction with compulsory physical education at Masaryk University, comparing results spanning nearly two decades. In adherence to contemporary research methodologies, a questionnaire survey combining standard quantitative and qualitative analysis procedures was conducted. The survey questions focused on examining various facets of physical activity, including volume, intensity, sports preferences, and attitudes toward mandatory physical education at Masaryk University in Brno. A total of 1,293 respondents (422 men and 871 women) with an average age of 20.7 years participated in the study. The findings underscore a notable inclination among almost 73% of students to welcome an extension of compulsory physical education to 2 or more semesters (currently set at 2 semesters at MU). Moreover, over 75% of students express contentment with the spectrum of mandatory sports activities offered in physical education. The study reveals a growing interest among students in individual physical activities and a burgeoning enthusiasm for unorganized sports. These outcomes furnish valuable insights into students' perceptions regarding the organization of physical and sports education activities within university settings.

Examining Diversity and Team Satisfaction: A Quantitative Analysis in Czech Urban and Rural Contexts 考察多样性和团队满意度:捷克城乡背景下的定量分析

From the historical development of the Czech Republic, regional differences in cultural, social, working, free-time activities and others are noticeable. If we look at the fact that people of different ages, from different social groups, residences, ethnicities move around us. The null hypothesis is that women from smaller cities are happier in a team than people from big cities over the age of 45. The research was conducted on 113 respondents from five cities and ten teams were approached for research within the Czech Republic. These were sports and work teams in the following cities: 2 large cities of Prague, Brno. 3 small towns Šumperk, Hustopeče, Otrokovice. The teams consisted of both women and men in the 25-68 age group. The questionnaire survey was evaluated using the Kruskal-Wallis test. The Kruskal-Wallis test refuted the zero hypothesis.

Aerobic Endurance - Finding Optimal Rowing Ergometer Settings to Match Physiological Demands of Running 有氧耐力--找到赛艇测力计的最佳设置,以满足跑步的生理需求

Assessing aerobic endurance is crucial for evaluating fitness levels, with the Cooper 12-minute test widely recognized as a benchmark. However, indoor rowing on the Concept2 rowing ergometer lacks a standardized equivalent, prompting this study to explore the potential of a 12-minute rowing test as an alternative. Despite differences in muscle groups, rowing shares foundational aerobic capacities with running. The investigation centers around the rowing drag factor, hypothesizing its role in aligning rowing performance with the physiological demands of running. The study involved 56 healthy male soldiers (age: 22.89 ± 2.28 years) undergoing 12-minute running and three drag factor rowing tests. While basic anthropometrics showed limited influence, height correlated positively with rowing performances, and weight negatively affected both running and rowing at low resistance and positively at higher resistances. The closest correlation between running and various drag factor rowing tests, and also the only one with no statistically significant difference in distance covered, was found at damper setting 1 of the ergometer, representing the lowest drag factor. The relatively low coefficient of determination (r2 = 0,18) suggests diversity in the performance foundations of the 12-minute running and rowing. Therefore, further analysis is needed before the rowing test can be considered a valid alternative to the Cooper test.

Kiteboarding Injuries 风筝冲浪受伤

The aim of this paper was to determine the type and frequency of injuries in kiteboarding, and to define causes of injuries in recreational and professional athletes engaged in kiteboarding. The research was conducted on the sample of 93 kiteboarders, of which 74 were male and 19 were female. Online questionnaire was applied with clearly defined completing instructions. In overall sample of examinees (93), there were 51 who were injured during kiteboarding. Out of total percentage of injured (54.8%), as many as 30.1% had more than one injury. Depending on the method of initial learning and training, 70% of examinees who were self-taught were injured, among those who were taught by a friend with kiteboarding experience 68.18% were injured, then there were 58.82% of injured among those who passed the kiteboarding course with an instructor without a valid license, and, finally, the smallest percentage of injured, 43,18%, among those who took the kiteboarding course with an instructor having a valid license. The most frequent injuries are foot and knee injuries (59.65%) and more than half of injuries (57.91%) is related to strains of ligaments and muscles. Most of the injuries happen during the performance of more advanced technical elements, particularly jumps (33.3 %), while the second most frequent cause of injuries is insufficient kite control (23.7%). Kiteboarders taught by licensed instructors had the smallest risk of injury, while the greatest risk of injury was for self-taught individuals. Mentioned data clearly suggests how important it is to take a verified course with educated instructors to reduce the risk of injuries to a minimum.

The research was conducted on the sample of 93 kiteboarders, of which 74 were male and 19 were female. Online questionnaire was applied with clearly defined completing instructions. In overall sample of examinees (93), there were 51 who were injured during kiteboarding. Out of total percentage of injured (54.8%), as many as 30.1% had more than one injury. Depending on the method of initial learning and training, 70% of examinees who were self-taught were injured, among those who were taught by a friend with kiteboarding experience 68.18% were injured, then there were 58.82% of injured among those who passed the kiteboarding course with an instructor without a valid license, and, finally, the smallest percentage of injured, 43,18%, among those who took the kiteboarding course with an instructor having a valid license. The most frequent injuries are foot and knee injuries (59.65%) and more than half of injuries (57.91%) is related to strains of ligaments and muscles. Most of the injuries happen during the performance of more advanced technical elements, particularly jumps (33.3 %), while the second most frequent cause of injuries is insufficient kite control (23.7%). Kiteboarders taught by licensed instructors had the smallest risk of injury, while the greatest risk of injury was for self-taught individuals. The Influence of the HIIT and Aerobic Training Programs on Body Composition. HIIT和有氧训练计划对身体成分的影响

Purpose: According to studies, the increased risk of obesity in today's general population is mainly caused by insufficient physical activity. In this study, we compared the effect of two types of endurance training. High-intensity interval training (HIIT) and aerobic (continuous) load training and their impact on selected aspects of body composition. Methods: This study included women (n = 14; 32 years old; height 166.3cm; weight 62.5kg) divided into two groups of seven participants. The tested groups were selected by a deliberate selection of 7 probands, training thrice a week for ten weeks. An entrance and exit examination was conducted using non-invasive techniques (anthropometric measurements, body composition analysis – bioimpedance analysis). A paired T-test (p < 0.05) was used for parameter analysis. Cohen's d was used to assess material significance. Results: Despite the small sample of tested women, better results were achieved in the group implementing the high-intensity interval training. However, these data do not allow for assessing a statistically significant difference between the two types of training methods in reducing the percentage of body fat. Changes in monitored parameters were thus evaluated as statistically insignificant. Conclusion: Despite the relevant results, better results were achieved in the HIIT intervention program. The limiting factors of the study were a small research sample with a deliberate selection and insufficient possibility to control eating habits. Furthermore, it is necessary to pay attention to the higher readiness and motivation of the participants. High-intensity interval training, thanks to its variability and low time requirement, proved to be a suitable exercise program for changing body composition not only in people with obesity but also in the adult population in general.

The Position of the Warm-up in School Physical Education Lessons 热身运动在学校体育课中的地位

The essence of the presented research is to use a video study to analyse the position of the warm-up in physical education lessons at the lower secondary schools in the Zlín region. The research has a descriptive character and is quantitatively oriented.Based on the data analysis, it was found that out of the total time of the physical education teaching unit, the actual length of a physical education lesson was on average 36 minutes and 30 seconds. The warming up was devoted to an average of 6 minutes and 22 seconds of the actual length of the physical education lesson.Another finding was a connection between the content of the warming up and the main part in most teaching units. The warming up was led mainly by teachers (15 teaching units) and pupils (14 teaching units). In the warming up, mobilization (dynamic) exercises and static stretching were the most common. The teacher's most common activity was to point out mistakes that students made during practice. The other most common activities (except for the category "other", where more things were included: such as organization, health solutions, etc.) were verbal instructions. The most common organization of position is the so-called "free in space".Warming up has its place in physical education lessons. It is proved by not only that the warm-up took place in all monitored physical education but also the physical education teachers have the interest to include innovative elements (not only) into the warming up. This fact opens another possibility in the field of education of physical education teachers.

Sport as Part of a Good Life: Investigating the Debate 体育是美好生活的一部分:辩论调查

This paper is concerned with the question ‘What is the role of sport in a good life?’ My goal is to identify the main positions in a philosophical debate on the role of sport in a good life. Based on my readings I divide these positions into three general categories: (1) negative: sport does not belong to the realm of a good life); (2) differentiated: sport contributes to living a good life, but it is not the main domain; and (3) affirmative: sport significantly contributes to living a good life. I want to highlight those aspects of sport to which these positions refer and some arguments that these positions offer. The originality of this research lies in clarifying the main approaches (i.e. describing their general content and structure) and making their arguments explicit. This article is of theoretical nature and uses tools that are standardly used when dealing with these types of research questions, with the most important ones being description, demonstration of relevant thoughts, comparison, evaluation, and interpretation.

The paper presents the findings of a longitudinal testing of talented youth in orienteering in the Czech Republic. Young talented orienteers participate in the testing of motor skills by standardized tests. The results and conclusions of the 3 km and 5 km cross-country running measurements (according to age category) point to a regressive state of endurance abilities in young athletes between 1997 and 2020, describe possible reasons and suggest possible remedies. A total of 300 girls and 445 boys aged 12-14 years participated in the research investigation in the East Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic, who are divided into performance categories HD12 and HD14 in the context of organised Czech orienteering competition. The aim of the evaluation of the longitudinal testing was to determine the trends in performance in endurance cross-country running as a key performance parameter of talented orienteering athletes over the period 1997 to 2020. The resulting data indicate that performance in all the studied categories in the given field test has a consistently decreasing trend. The results are also related to the conclusions of foreign and domestic observations of the state of motor fitness of children and youth of the corresponding period and indicate that the level of aerobic ability of young talented runners generally follows the current state of the level of endurance ability found in the national testing of school youth under the auspices of the Czech School Inspectorate (CSI, 2023), and thus the alarming society-wide situation in the field of motor fitness of children and youth in the Czech Republic.
