The new technological revolution dominated by the Internet, big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence, and the development of the industrial Internet, have put forward new requirements for the cultivation of talents in vocational education. The convening of the National Education Conference, the publication of the reform plan for China’s vocational education and the proposal of establishing 50 high-level advanced vocational schools with 150 key majors, all require vocational education to deepen industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation. All these moves are to promote the organic connection between the education chain, the talent chain, the industrial chain, and the innovation chain. How could we improve the enthusiasm of enterprises, promote the deep participation of enterprises in collaborative education, and change the issues of "one-sided enthusiasm" and "Two skins", which are still difficult problems for vocational education? Shandong Institute of Commerce and Technology has carried out some beneficial explorations in running programs on base of school-enterprises cooperation, implementation of modern apprenticeship, order-class training, and co-construction of teacher studios to provide social services. All these programs also stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in vocational education, achieving mutual benefit during the cooperation.

Through reading literatures, the current status of laboratory management in domestic and foreign institutions of higher education were described. Based on the concept of life cycle analysis, the purchase, use, maintenance and abandonment of equipment and instruments in four Chinese universities were investigated. Inductive analysis of pros and cons in the management of scientific research infrastructures was also conducted. Taking Ningbo Institute of Technology, Zhejiang University (NITZJU) as an example, this paper puts forward some improvement measures for the existing management scheme of the Civil Engineering Experimental Center in NITZJU.

With the release of two-child policy in China, the number of children has increased, and Chinese families have ushered in the “two-child era”. The children’s generation has always been regarded as “the flower of the motherland, the hope of the future”, with the development of modern economic society, commercial houses in urban construction has been uprooted, replaced by the deterioration of acquaintance social relations network established before, the reduction of public entertainment space in the community, more crises and challenges faced by children’s living environment, how to build a child-friendly community in China has also attracted more and more attention. This paper explores the role orientation of social workers in the construction of child-friendly community in China from the perspective of social workers. 1. Concept definition Child-friendly community is a brand-new and fuzzy concept. Based on the definition of UNICEF, child-friendly community provides inclusive services in a wide range of dimensions including culture, education, health, etc. in safe and friendly community public spaces by relying on community, taking protecting children’s rights and promoting children’s development as the purpose, and taking children aged 0-18 years old as well as their guardians and other family members as service objects, which adheres to the three principles of child priority, common good, fairness and community resources. Chattopadhyay believed that child-friendly referred to living in a comfortable, protected and non-discriminatory social environment and having the power to pursue rights when neglected [1]. Li Shuwen regarded that child-friendly community referred to community where the overall environment was conducive to the healthy development of children’s physical and mental health [2]. Combined with the above views, this paper defines the concept of child-friendly community in China as: a comprehensive system provides children and their families with safety, education, entertainment, health, mental health and other services related to children by taking the community where children live as the carrier, and protecting children’s rights and promoting children’s development as the purpose. 2. The development status of child-friendly community in China In recent years, in July 30, 2011, the State Council promulgated the “Outline for the Development of Children in China (2011-2020)”. It sets new goals and measures for the development of the Chinese government’s children’s cause, and put forwards targets to be achieved for child development by 2020 from five fields: Children’s health, education, welfare, social environment and legal protection, of which include improving the social service level of children’s work and creating a child-friendly social environment. David Schweickart, a professor of philosophy department in Loyola University, Chicago, USA, is a famous left-wing economist. In his exploring about where the future society will go, he proposed a pioneering "economic democracy" management model which based on criticism and reflection on traditional "planned economy" model and "market economy" model’s practice experience by Yugoslavia, Japan, Spain, etc to construct itself with the market economy as the leading factor, workers’ self-management enterprise as the kernel, social supervision and macro-control for security management. This enlightens us that when market plays a decisive role, we must handle the relationship between government and market, market and enterprise, sharing "labor process" and sharing "labor products" to standard employees' democratic participation in enterprise management to realize economic development’s new leap broadening Shared development’s scope.

In recent years, significant changes have taken place in the teaching methods and teaching environment, especially the development of virtual reality technology, which has continuously promoted the transformation of traditional laboratories into virtual laboratories. The existing virtual laboratories generally only pay attention to the simulation of experimental process and experimental principle, but they fail to design from the cultivation of students' skills and teaching strategies ontology. Therefore, we build a new virtual circuit laboratory based on STEAM education concepts. We proposed some new design principles and strategies, and applied the interdisciplinary integration characteristics of STEAM education. The virtual reality teaching is interfaced with STEAM education and the corresponding design ideas and principles are proposed to construct the virtual circuit laboratory model. Finally, the virtual circuit laboratory is constructed according to the model under the support of software and hardware.
