Research on the Incentive Strategy of the Base Level Team of State-owned Enterprises in the New Era 新时期国有企业基层队伍激励策略研究

The vitality of the base level team is of great significance to the innovation and development of state-owned enterprises in the new era. The purpose of this study is to propose the path and strategy to arouse the vitality of the base level team of state-owned enterprises. The conclusion of this study is that team culture should be built with four core characteristics which are home culture, collaborative culture, creating culture and artisan culture, and employees should be developed with four core characteristics which are internationalization, professionalism, elitism and youthfulness. 新时代国有企业基层队伍活力激发策略研究 赵简

Separated by understanding? A Study on the Factors Affecting Students' Career Choice-A Case Study of Hotel Interns in Tourism College 被理解分开?大学生职业选择的影响因素研究——以旅游学院酒店实习生为例

After internship in hotels, most graduates of tourism and hotel specialty do not choose to work and develop in hotel-related industries. Why? Internship is to let college students understand the workplace before entering the workplace, and then become the company's immediate combat force. However, after the internship, they have changed careers, and why? Based on qualitative research and in-depth interviews, this study interviewed 8 senior students who had completed their internship in tourism and hotel from December 2018 to May 2019. The results show that the key factor is the internship environment, the decisive factor is the internship satisfaction, and the final factor is the internship effectiveness. Besides the above three factors, psychological pressure and internship workload also be important factors. Practical Teaching Design of Educating People with Culture from the Perspective of Moral Psychology---Taking the Zhuhai Study Tour of Hong Kong and Macao College Students as an Example 道德心理学视域下的育人实践教学设计——以港澳大学生珠海游学活动为例

In order to better enhance the appropriateness and effectiveness of ideological education for overseas Chinese students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, this paper takes Zhuhai study tour for Hong Kong and Macao college students as an example based on the relevant theory of moral psychology which is more culturally universal. This paper probes into the design of the practical teaching mode of cultural education. The design scheme mainly includes three modules: (1) to promote the construction of the national "moral circle" through individual contact and "listening to stories"; (2) to exaggerate the moral emotion, such as promoting "civilization" in "contempt" and stimulating "love and hate" in "anger"; (3) to enhance the "sanctity" of young students' thought, namely, motivate them to appreciate the "holy lands" and to follow the "saints". 道德心理视阈下文化育人实践教学设计 ——以港澳大学生珠海游学为例

A Study on the Impact of Psychological Contract on Turnover Intention: A Case Study of Employees in High Star Hotels 心理契约对离职意向的影响研究——以高星级酒店员工为例

Based on the background that the problem of high turnover rate of hotel employees can not be effectively solved, this study combs the relevant theoretical literature on psychological contract, turnover intention and their relationship, and conducts a questionnaire survey on 334 employees from high-star hotels from December 2018 to January 2019. Through correlation analysis and linear regression analysis, the results show that psychological contract has a moderate correlation with hotel employees' turnover intention, and psychological contract has a significant negative impact on Hotel employees' turnover intention. Application of asynchronous teaching method in College Basketball Course 异步教学方法在大学篮球课程中的应用

This study compared the changes of asynchronous teaching method and traditional teaching method on students' physical quality, basketball technology and learning state. The construction of heterogeneous learning groups is divided according to the principles of inter-group homogeneity and intra-group heterogeneity. In the experimental group, the proportion of students in the improved group, the consolidation group and the basic group is about 1:3:3. After a semester of teaching, it is found that the experimental group (asynchronous teaching method) compared to the control group (traditional teaching method): 1) there is no difference between the two groups in the physical examination; 2) there is no difference in the basic skills of basketball, and there is a significant difference in the scores of V word dribble running (p<0.05), and there is a very significant difference in the swerving dribble (p<0.01); 3) there is significant difference in learning motivation (p<0.05), and there is a very significant difference in learning interest and attitude towards learning (p<0.01). This paper also summarizes the advantages of implement asynchronous teaching method.

Cultivation and Improvement of English Scientific Research Paper Writing Ability of Undergraduates Majoring in Materials Science 材料科学专业本科生英语科研论文写作能力的培养与提高

It is usually not easy for most of Chinese undergraduates to write good scientific research papers in English. Taking the undergraduates of the department of materials science in China as an example, this article discusses how to improve their ability of writing English scientific research papers. After briefly introducing the effects from College English Test on the writing ability of scientific research papers, the article discusses how to improve a professional English course and encourage students, especially top talents, to publish English scientific research papers.

Research on Interactive Animation for Children's Safety Education in Mobile Devices 基于移动设备的儿童安全教育互动动画研究

Guided by the theory of developmental appropriateness, this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the interactive application of Children's safety education on mobile devices. Based on the characteristics of Children's cognitive development and the operating characteristics of children's mobile devices, combined with the three-level theory model of emotional design, the paper puts forward the interactive educational design model of safety education suitable for preschool children specific design method, and according to this model to develop a mobile child safety education interactive animation design examples to verify.
本文以发展适宜性理论为指导,分析了儿童安全教育在移动设备上的互动应用存在的问题及原因。本文根据儿童认知发展的特点和儿童移动设备的操作特点,结合情感设计的三层理论模型,提出了适合学龄前儿童安全教育的互动教育设计模型的具体设计方法,并根据该模型开发出移动儿童安全教育互动动画设计实例进行验证。
