External Communication Research of the Belt and Road Initiative——Comparative analysis of the relevant reports on the Belt and Road Initiative in China daily, CNN and CNBC “一带一路”对外传播研究——《中国日报》、《CNN》、《CNBC》对“一带一路”相关报道的比较分析

The research on the status quo and problems of Chinese and foreign media reports proposed by "One Belt And One Road" is of necessity and importance to the improvement of China's international influence and the enhancement of China's external communication capacity. This article mainly uses content analysis method and takes China Daily in china and CNN and CNBC in United States as research objects, through the feature analysis and comparative study of the Belt and Road Initiative report, and finally found that the reporting agenda of China Daily, CNN and CNBC three media was similarly set up from three aspects: economic, social and ecological civilization construction, and all of them paid the greatest attention to the economic and trade initiatives of the initiative in the report. In addition, under the ideological conflict, there are obvious differences in attitudes in the economic issues of the “Belt and Road Initiative” in the Chinese and American media. In contrast, some of the social infrastructure and ecological civilization construction with low relevance to ideology in the initiative have gained consistent recognition attitude in different media in China and the United States. In terms of the reporting attitudes and inclinations, the study found that there are still some obvious differences in the perception of China’s “One Belt, One Road” initiative by the Western media and the public, which is largely due to the misunderstanding and distorted reports from western media’s “One Belt, One Road” initiative. Based on this, improving the comprehensiveness and accuracy of China's “Belt and Road Initiative” cross-border reporting is of great significance for enhancing the influence of the initiative and enhancing China's external communication capabilities. 1. Research background The “One Belt And One Road” initiative was firstly proposed by Chinese President Xi Jinping in 2013.With the signing of the "One Belt, One Road" memorandum between China and Italy in March 2019, "One Belt, One Road" has once again become a hot topic in China. The implementation of the initiative is based on the joint participation of countries along the "One Belt And One Road" route. However, at present, many other countries' one-sided understanding or even misunderstanding of this initiative proposed by China. For example, “China was imposing high levels of debt on nations in the Asia Pacific to acquire strategic assets or political influence over debtor nations” (from CNN). These misunderstand the purpose and original intention of "One Belt, One Road". Some western countries still view China's peaceful rise in the cold war mentality and power logic.This mentality is bound to be reflected directly or indirectly in mainstream media reports. Therefore, it is crucial to convey the concept and initiative of "One Belt, One Road" to international audience accurately, comprehensively and concretely. Establishment and Empirical Study of Financial Eco-environmental Assessment System in Shandong Province 山东省金融生态环境评价体系的建立与实证研究

Taking the data of 17 cities in Shandong Province from 2012 to 2017 as an example, this paper used principal component analysis to evaluate the level of regional financial ecological environment. Through the regression analysis, this paper examined the core factors of financial ecological environment. We found that, the leading degree of government and the level of credit system construction were the important factors which affected the financial ecological environment evaluation index. Enlightenment of John Keats’s Ecological Viewpoints to Modern Society 济慈生态观对现代社会的启示

With the deterioration of ecological crisis in the process of human civilization, ecological problems have been paid close attention to all over the world. All the results show that ecological construction is urgent. In his short life, Keats wrote many poems containing ecological thoughts, as well as letters expressing his views on human and nature. Keats's ecological viewpoints reflected in his poems and letters are summarized into three points: human is part of nature; returning to nature; coexistence of human and nature. Inspired from these three points, three enlightenments to modern society are drawn as follows: firstly, establishing concept of green ecological civilization, abandoning action of destroying nature blindly in pursuit of interests; secondly, upholding ecological future view and constructing ecological civilization with a long-term perspective so as to leave a good natural environment for descendants; thirdly, cherishing an ecological global view and protecting ecological environment from the standpoint of all mankind around the world to build a beautiful earth for humans. Based on Marxist ecological views, President Xi Jinping of China has put forward a new concept of development for China, which includes "green" development to solve environmental problems. Keats's ecological viewpoints has certain reference value to the construction of ecological civilization for China today as well.
随着人类文明进程中生态危机的不断恶化,生态问题受到了世界各国的高度重视。结果表明,生态建设刻不容缓。在他短暂的一生中,济慈写了许多包含生态思想的诗歌,以及表达他对人与自然的看法的信件。济慈的诗信生态观可以概括为三点:人是自然的一部分;回归自然的;人与自然共存。由此得出对现代社会的三点启示:一是树立绿色生态文明理念,摒弃为了利益而盲目破坏自然的行为;二是坚持生态未来观,以长远眼光建设生态文明,为子孙后代留下良好的自然环境;第三,树立全球生态观,站在全人类的立场上保护生态环境,建设人类的美丽地球。济慈的生态观对当今中国的生态文明建设也有一定的参考价值。

As the PPP mode sees wider application across all industries, to establish a scientific funding mechanism becomes a prerequisite to ensure smooth capital flow and a driving force for innovation in taxation policies and strategies. Through case studies of tax treatment under different funding mechanisms in PPP projects, this research analyzed the operational environment, standards and tax treatment of PPP projects.

Research on the Influence of Content Features of Short Video Marketing on Consumer purchase intentions 短视频营销内容特征对消费者购买意愿的影响研究

The short video industry is in the hotspot which favored by more and more users and advertisers. The length of short video is usually less than 5 minutes. The content is refined and rich, adapting to the fast-paced life, and the mode of vertical screen is also in line with the habits of mobile users. The interaction is more active, and the maturity of artificial intelligence technologies such as face recognition makes short videos more interesting and entertaining. The rapid development of short videos gives rise to short video marketing. This article will combine the content characteristics of short video marketing model with the relevant theories of purchase intention, and establish the research model. By delivering questionnaires and analyzing the data, the three hypotheses proposed are going to be validated: perceived usefulness, playfulness and the involvement of influencers will have a positive impact on consumers' intention to purchase. Through the analysis of the data, the above assumptions are all true. Among them, the influence of influencers is the most significant. Finally, based on the conclusions drawn from the empirical analysis, the article will combine with the actual situation then make some suggestion to the short video marketing of companies. 1. Overview of short video and short video marketing This chapter details the development of short video, as well as the huge marketing potential due to its unparalleled advantages. 1.1 Definition and development of short video marketing 1.1.1 Definition of short video marketing Short video is an emerging form of video that is usually played by viewers who are on the move. The duration of short video is vaguely defined. In general, videos from five seconds to five minutes can be classified as short videos. The production is relatively easy and the cost is low. While the content is usually rich and refined, and it adapts to the fast-paced life. Also, the mode of vertical screen is in line with the habits of mobile users and the application of artificial intelligence technology such as face recognition makes the short video more entertaining and interactive. According to data from Ai Media, the number of short video users in China has reached 501 million in 2018, and this number is still rising. With the rapid development of the short video industry, short video marketing is increasingly favored by advertisers. The process of input and output is an indispensable part of second language acquisition. The reason is that learners need to master relevant linguistic knowledge, such as vocabulary, collocation, grammar rules and pronunciation skills, so as to make comprehensible output in the class and the real world. To be specifically, although input and output are both of vital importance in the process of second language acquisition, input is a prerequisite for output and its role cannot be underestimated. This paper aims to illustrate the positive and negative effects of input and output in speaking and writing classes. In addition, this paper will also provide some in-depth teaching inspiration, so that teachers can be targeted on choosing appropriate teaching methods in their teaching process, to help students absorb knowledge and express their ideas effectively.

An operational study on the Construction of the combination training method of Ten items of physical Fitness for Men in troops 部队男子体能十项组合训练方法构建的操作性研究

In this paper, combined with practice and the concept of the new era, the idea of fighting effectiveness from organizational form is firmly established, which is composed of three basic elements: man, weapon equipment and the combination of man and weapon equipment. As the originator of combat effectiveness, people can not be separated from the exercise of physical quality, only their own hard, in order to give full play to combat effectiveness. The army has always attached great importance to physical training, and only by innovating physical training methods and making the training methods more reasonable, scientific and effective can we keep up with the trend of physical development of the times and forge a more powerful people's army. Therefore, this paper adopts the literature method and semi-structural interview. Talk about the method, the action research method and so on, boldly innovates through the army men’s physical fitness project transformation and the conformity, constructs the suitable army men’s physical fitness training one kind of method. It is concluded that the combination training of "physical fitness ten items" belongs to the training method with heavy load and high intensity, which accords with the characteristics of physical fitness training of troops.
