The application of computer aided education (CAE) in Well Logging was presented in the paper. Well Logging is an important professional basic course for student who majors in the petroleum engineering specialty. The course covers the abundant contents, including the conventional logging, imaging logging, producing logging, logging while drilling (LWD) and measurement while drilling (MWD), and it is difficult in classroom teaching and learning, especially for foreign student who comes from the main oil producing country along the Belt and Road. Combination CAE with Internet and artificial intelligence (AI) would provide more choices for classroom teaching and learning, such as simplifying the complex concept and principle. The course content and the learning status of foreign student were all analyzed. Two case histories on CAE application in Well Logging were introduced. The object of the study is to set up the perfect knowledge system for foreign student to completely and quickly master Well Logging in classroom teaching.

As an effective method to cultivate student's ability of innovation and practice, improve student's comprehensive quality and promote teaching reform, subject competition has a positive role in promoting talent cultivation. Using the literature, physical fitness test, mathematical statistics and other methods, researchers carried out body test and analysis of the swimming association members who have been swimming all the year round in Heyuan City. The results showed that after annual swimming, the BMI of swimmers was slightly higher than that of all the testers, and the vital capacity and the step index were significantly improved. The grip strength was significantly higher than that of all the testers, and the other qualities were not significantly improved. The two indexes of sitting body flexion and standing on one foot with closed eyes were lower than all testers; The overall physical fitness evaluation score is superior to all testers. The overall vascular elasticity of swimmers is better than that of all testers, and the anti-atherosclerotic ability is enhanced, but the low bone mass ratio of bone density is higher than that of all the testers. The author acknowledges that it is related to the lack of weight exercise in the water, and further research is needed.

With the constantly advancing of new engineering discipline and the requirement of engineering certification, the university has put forward a new training plan for the major of mechanical design and manufacturing and automation in 2018. This paper analyzes the key problems to be solved urgently in the theoretical mechanics course in the new scheme, and discusses the teaching outline, teaching method, teaching means, assessment method and selection of bilingual textbook according to the requirements of new engineering discipline and engineering certification.

This paper takes the mixed-ownership state-owned enterprises that issued the stock incentive plan from 2014 to 2017 as a sample, and used the event research method to test the changes of the average abnormal return rate and the cumulative abnormal return rate before and after the announcement of the stock incentive plan. After the plan is disclosed, the securities market has a significant positive reflection, indicating that the event can improve the short-term business performance of the enterprise; This paper further compare the sample companies with the three dimensions of stock incentive type, state-owned enterprise type and different plan implementation frequency, and analyze the plan, analyzing the impact on the short-term performance of different types of sample companies.

The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for the construction of think tanks in China by analyzing the construction model of RAND's think tank. This study mainly analyzes the typical practices and successful experiences of RAND's organization management, operation management, and talent team construction. The paper puts forward suggestions for the construction of think tanks in China from the aspects of strengthening database construction, expanding the results display channels, and improving the efficiency of administrative operations.
