SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENENTUAN KINERJA PERAWAT TERBAIK DI KLINIK AMANAH DENGAN METODE SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING 采用简单的上瘾方法来评估诊所中最好的护士表现的支持系统

The Department of Health is a health institution that is engaged in providing health services for the community. Amanah Clinic is one of the maternity clinics in Magelang City that serves various types of diseases and complaints from patients and the community. Medical personnel are the spearhead in improving clinical services. In developing superior medical personnel, Amana Clinic makes a selection program for the best nurses based on criteria such as: performance, discipline, education level and attitude. The old system that is running still has weaknesses because it is only based on 1 criterion (number of attendance) and ignores other criteria. The system causes injustice in the selection process. The purpose of this study was to design a decision support system for selecting the best nurse using the Simple Additive Weighting method. This method was chosen because it can perform a ranking process based on criteria and weights and is able to determine the best alternative. System design with Context Diagram, HIPO, DAD and ERD. Application results are nurse reports, overall selection and selection of the best nurses. The results of the functionality test are proven to be successful and the Validity Test has been proven to be 100% valid.

Today, information technology, especially soft computing technology is growing rapidly. One of the soft computing technologies that has been widely developed is fuzzy logic. This is because it can be used to measure various phenomena that are unclear, obscured or obscured. One of the research themes that uses fuzzy logic is the assessment system in research. Research [Graha Nusantara Padangsidimpuan Data Simlitabmas Still in the Leadership category for promotion to the Madya Faculty of UGN Padangsidimpuan is challenged to develop, dedicate and apply the knowledge needed in research. The goal according to this research is to apply fuzzy reasoning with the Mamdani method for lecturer research activities at the University of Graha Nusantara Padangsidimpuan. IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM PAKAR UNTUK DETEKSI DINI COVID VARIAN OMICRON MENGGUNAKAN ANALISIS KORELASI PEARSON (r) 专家系统的实现,使用皮尔逊相关分析(r)及早发现COVID变体OMICRON

Corona Virus Disease, which is often known as Covid-19, is a virus whose transmission is very fast and dangerous. Covid-19 then mutated into Covid Omicron. According to WHO, the Covid Omicron variant has been detected in 57 countries (15 December 2021). The emergence of a new variant of Covid, namely Covid Omicron, is a new threat to the world because the spread of this variant of Covid is quite fast compared to other variants. The purpose of conducting this research is to test whether an Expert System using Pearson Correlation Analysis (r) can detect early Covid Omicron. Early detection of Covid Omicron is done by transferring knowledge related to Covid Omicron into a computer, then calculating the correlation (????) between patient data and information data from experts, then analyzing it by determining t_count, comparing t_count with t_table, and concluding the hypothesis from Pearson's correlation analysis ( ) that has been done. Based on the research that has been done, the Covid-19 early detection system using Pearson correlation analysis (r) can provide a link between input variables (x) and output variables (y) with proof through experiments between manual analyzes and system analysis that can provide the same good output.

PENERAPAN FORECASTING METHODS UNTUK PENJUALAN PRODUK UMKM DENGAN ALGORITMA K-NEAREST NEIGHBOR

This research will be carried out on MSMEs in the city of Batam, precisely in the Cipta Asri housing phase II block fir, the analysis is an experiment on sales data so far on MSMEs engaged in the culinary field with the aim of predicting the level of sales in the future. This study will utilize the Forecasting method with the K-Nearest Neighbor datamining algorithm technique to forecast product sales and to test the suitability of the researcher's accuracy using rapidminer software. The results obtained are based on the analysis carried out from 26 training data, there are 20 data that have been classified correctly and 6 data that have not been classified correctly, namely the percentage for Correctly Classified Instances is 77.00% while the percentage for Incorrectly Classified Instances is 23.00%. In conclusion, the results of the analysis can be effective in determining the results of future sales targets and will affect the next level of sales.

Biology is a field of study that focuses on the study of life and the process of life itself. Biology is a subject that must be studied in high school, especially the science department. In this subject, students learn about living things in the context of science, ecosystem, technology, and society so that biological concepts can be implemented in social life. Matters related to the environment and technology such as climate issues, environmental destruction and reduction of germplasm or biodiversity, disease distribution, and bioterrorism are also related to biology. This subject requires student activity and critical development, but not all teachers are able to implement high-level thinking learning known as HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) in the teaching and learning process. This can be seen from the teaching materials provided by educators to students and the evaluation of learning used is still in the realm of knowledge (C1), understanding (C2) and application (C3) where exam questions are still included in the LOTS question type (lower). -Order Thinking Skill) is a type of question that only tests the ability of students in the lowest realm of Bloom's taxonomy. So we need an interactive learning media that can trigger students to be active and think at a high level.

Malnutrition is a problem experienced by children in Indonesia, one of which is stunting. The role of Community Health Center is needed in overcoming malnutrition rates in toddlers. This research was conducted by implementing machine learning using the case-based reasoning method to diagnose malnutrition in children. This research aims to reduce stunting experienced by the community around Bengkayang Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the diagnosis of malnutrition in children at the Bengkayang Health Center. The output of this study is to be able to diagnose malnutrition in children using the case-based reasoning method and the system designed is used as a reference for addressing child development. The variables used in implementing the system are name, age, gender, height, and weight. Then the learning machine looks for the closest case to see the value closest to the stunting problem, so the result is the same. In solving cases by calculating the similarity value, it was found that the new case had similarities with case 04 which was diagnosed with Scurvy Vitamin Deficiency with a similarity value of 0.545454545 or 54.54%.

The Faculty of Computer Science, Dharmas University Indonesia must have adequate laboratory facilities, this is because the Departments in the Faculty of Computer Science are 60% practice and 40% theory. Currently the facilities owned by this Faculty are quite adequate but administratively they are still not supportive. One of them is the process of borrowing computers, scheduling practices, and processing Inventory data which is still conventional, which is done by recording on a ledger and a piece of paper. If this continues, it is likely that data will easily be lost in the administration of documents and goods data that is not neat. In addition, officers will find it difficult to determine the scheduling of practicum courses. To solve these problems, a web-based laboratory Management Information System was designed to make it easier for workforce officers and lecturers to carry out learning activities and borrow practicum tools. The Waterfall method is used to build this system. The results of the research are web products built using PHP MySQL. Through this system the performance of officers is increasing because officers can manage inventory data, information on incoming and outgoing goods, scheduling courses, borrowing computer workforce facilities easily and quickly.

Improving the quality of service is something that must be prioritized for the achievement and success of AMIK Mahaputra Riau in carrying out the teaching and learning process. However, often limited resources become one of the inhibiting factors in achieving service satisfaction. The development of information technology is one of the alternative solutions that can be utilized in an effort to improve services to stakeholders. AMIK Mahaputra Riau is currently still using manual questionnaires in assessing service satisfaction, often the implementation requires quite a lot of time and effort so that it is less effective and efficient in getting optimal results. Therefore it is necessary to develop an assessment questionnaire application so that it can facilitate the recording, processing and reporting of data. The weighted average method is an alternative solution in an effort to accumulate questionnaire data so that it is expected to obtain optimal results. Applying the average order method in the Android-based satisfaction questionnaire application is the right solution in answering the problem of measuring the level of service satisfaction at AMIK Mahaputra Riau. This was answered in system testing with Blackbox which gave the desired results. So that it can be concluded that the application of the android-based service satisfaction questionnaire application system at AMIK Mahaputra Riau is able to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the process of implementing the satisfaction questionnaire.

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a social assistance program for underprivileged and vulnerable families by the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia with various conditions. This program aims to help the poor as well as a mechanism for social protection and poverty alleviation. The selection process that took place at the Pasar Merah Timur Kelurahan office still had several drawbacks, because the selection process was still manual and there was an element of subjectivity in determining potential PKH beneficiaries, this would result in PKH beneficiaries not being on target. To solve this problem, a web-based information system for determining Family Hope Program Assistance (PKH) was designed. The existence of this web-based system can help make it easier to determine the PKH assistance process using the information system.

IMPLEMENTASI TEKNOLOGI VIRTUAL DALAM VISUALISASI PENGENALAN KAMPUS MENGGUNAKAN WEBVR 使用WEBVR在校园识别可视化上实现虚拟技术

One of the developments from this information is Virtual Reality (VR), a Virtual Web Technology that allows users to interact through an environment on the internet that has been simulated by a computer so that users feel they are in a virtual world. VR technology is becoming the top choice because of how it conveys messages to the environment to attract users.The purpose of this research is to be able to produce virtual web technology-based campus introduction visualizations with website results/output for campus buildings as well as immersive spatial displays and dynamic information. The research began by carrying out the 3D modeling stage using the help of Photoshop, marzipano, 3DVista tools (photos, sketches and 3D objects on one of the campus buildings. The campus building used is the Rectorate Building. Lecture building, Auditorium building. Then the system development is carried out by building data and the room is stored in a database and coded using the PHP programming language. The results of process observations during design, analysis and implementation produce a visualization WebVR Application by displaying information in the form of object, image and video formats. Virtual web technology can provide information related to the environment, campus buildings.
