This study aims to determine the effect of creativity and self-efficacy on the performance of culinary MSMEs with an entrepreneurial orientation as a mediation. The number of samples used in this study were 100 samples who were culinary MSMEs entrepreneurs in West Jakarta. Methods and sampling techniques in this study use non-probability sampling (purposive sampling). Data collection is done online through google forms and in person. The data analysis technique in this research is the SEM-PLS method using the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that creativity affects the business performance of culinary MSMEs, self-efficacy affects the business performance of culinary MSMEs, entrepreneurial orientation affects the business performance of culinary MSMEs, and entrepreneurial orientation does not mediate the two relationships between creativity and self-efficacy on the business performance of culinary MSMEs.

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between motivation and transactional leadership style on employee job satisfaction at a cable company in Indonesia. Ali et al. [1] and Amin et al. [2] found that transactional leadership style had insignificant effect to job satisfaction. Moreover, a study conducted by Anghelache [3] discovered that there is insignificant effect between motivation and job satisfaction. In this study, the sample size was 75 respondents who worked for a cable company in Indonesia. This study’s sampling method was purposive sampling by distributing online questionnaires in google forms. This study used SEM-PLS with Smart PLS software version 3.0.in processing the data. The findings indicated that motivation and transactional leadership styles have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at one of cable companies in Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial leadership on the organisational performance of MSMEs in the Pasar Lama area, Tangerang, with innovation management as a mediating variable and learning orientation as a moderating variable. This study used quantitative analysis methods, and data was collected using a Google Forms questionnaire. There are 100 respondents obtained by the research, all of whom are culinary MSME owners in the Pasar Lama area. The research data was processed using the partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) method with SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The results show that in the context of MSMEs in the Pasar Lama area, entrepreneurial leadership has a positive influence on organisational performance, entrepreneurial leadership has a positive effect on innovation management, innovation management has a positive effect on organisational performance, innovation management mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and organisational performance, and learning orientation did not moderate the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and organisational performance.

Employee well-being should be felt by the workers who work in the company. By being able to feel the well-being of the workers, it can help the company to increase the productivity and performance of the workers without asking for it. However, employee well-being will not be realized by itself. The company needs some support through job satisfaction, leadership as well as existing organizational justice. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling with a total of 90 respondents who are employees of PT Lancar Makmur Bersama. Data processing is done using SmartPLS software. The results of this study are job satisfaction, leadership and organizational justice each have a positive influence on employee well-being. Job satisfaction, leadership and organizational justice also have a significant relationship to employee well-being. This paper presents insights that can be used as reference material for further researchers related to the variables of job satisfaction, leadership and organizational justice and employee welfare. In addition, this paper also presents insights that can be used as criticism and suggestions for companies related to job satisfaction, leadership and organizational justice so that later they can improve or maximize employee well-being in the company.

For manufacturing companies in Indonesia, the goal of this study is to gather empirical evidence to see if institutional ownership has a negative impact on corporate debt policy, if free cash flow has a negative impact on corporate debt policy, if asset structure has a positive impact on corporate debt policy, and if profitability has a negative impact on corporate debt policy. This study collects data using a purposive sample strategy and processes it using EViews 12 SV. Institutional ownership has no impact on corporate debt policy, free cash flow has a negative impact on corporate debt policy, asset structure has a negative impact on corporate debt policy, and profitability has a negative impact on corporate debt policy, according to research conducted on 73 companies between 2017 and 2020.

This research aims to determine the influence of company size, financial distress, and leverage on profit management moderated by corporate governance. The sample used in this research was taken by purposive sampling method from companies listed on the IDX during 2018-2020. The data is secondary data and processed using SPSS version 25 and Microsoft Excel 2019. Based on the criteria, 54 companies were selected that could be used as samples. The total number of data is 162 minus 40 outlier data so that the amount of data that can be used is 122 data and then tested with multiple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the research conducted, company size and financial distress have a significant positive influence on profit management, while leverage has no influence on profit management. Corporate governance with independent commissioners as a proxy cannot moderate company size and financial distress, but can moderate the relationship between leverage and profit management.

Corona outbreak has changed daily life and of course the Education department is also affected. Before corona, learning was done face-to-face, but now learning must be carried out online. This study was conducted to evaluate online learning during the pandemic for accounting students at Universitas Tarumanagara. The data was taken from a questionnaire for accounting students at Universitas Tarumanagara who took part in online learning. Data were taken from all active accounting students at Universitas Tarumanagara. The things which might be evaluated are the level of student satisfaction in online learning, the online learning media used, the delivery of teaching materials in online learning, deficiencies in online learning, and student choices in the lecture method.

Along with the passage of time and the development of people's ability in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial activities are increasingly in demand by the world community from various different backgrounds including Indonesia. Entrepreneurial activities are now seen as an activity that can provide opportunities to achieve success through the efforts they create. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the influence of attitudes, sosial environment, and self-efficacy on the entrepreneurship intentions of S1 Management Students of West Jakarta. Sampling this study was done by non-probability sampling methods, namely voluntary sampling and data collection is done with questionnaires. This study sample was 100 respondents from 105 respondents who studied at universities in West Jakarta. This study used SmartPLS 3.3.3 in processing the collected data. The results of this study found that attitudes and self-efficacy have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurship intentions in undergraduate management students in West Jakarta, while the social environment does not have a significant influence on the social entrepreneurship intentions of students.
