One of the pricing methods is dual pricing, but many consumers still find it unfair. Dual pricing is an easy and realistic strategy for increasing income for small companies or traders. This is especially true for small traders who are not yet familiar with sufficient marketing strategies. Traders in the Tourism Village of Samosir Regency currently apply double prices in trading every day because they don't have an adequate marketing strategy, especially promotions. The purpose of this study is to find out how the income of traders in five tourist villages in Samosir Regency is affected by dual prices and promotion strategies. This study uses a quantitative approach, and data is processed using SPSS. The promotion strategy does not have a significant effect on the income of traders in the Tourism Village of Samosir Regency, but dual pricing has a positive and significant effect. This shows that traders use Dual Pricing as the main strategy to increase their business revenue. However, because merchants do not have a lot of marketing knowledge and enough marketing channels to sell their goods, the promotion strategy is not very effective. However, the results of the simultaneous test show that the Dual Pricing and Promotion Strategy Variables have a significant correlation with the income of traders in the Tourism Village of Samosir Regency. In addition, this shows that although the independent variables do not have the same strong effect partially, the marketing strategy and dual pricing have a significant correlation to income.

The cryptocurrency market has grown significantly in recent years, with Bitcoin emerging as the dominant player. This research aims to investigate the relationship between cryptocurrency (Bitcoin) prices, the Indonesia Stock Exchange Composite Index (IHSG), the Federal Reserve (Fed) Rate, and the Bank Indonesia (BI) Rate with the stock prices of IDX BUMN20 companies. The study adopts a quantitative research approach, utilizing historical time-series data for the variables of interest spanning a specific period. The data will be collected from reputable financial databases and sources. Multiple regression analysis and White analysis causality tests will be employed to examine the potential influence of these factors on IDX BUMN20 stock prices. The findings from this research are expected to shed light on the interconnectedness of the cryptocurrency market with the traditional stock market in Indonesia and provide valuable insights for investors, policymakers, and market participants. Understanding these relationships can aid in risk management strategies and investment decision-making. However, it is crucial to note that the cryptocurrency market is known for its volatility and speculative nature, which may introduce unique challenges in interpreting the results. Therefore, cautious consideration and expert financial advice.

The rapid growth in the number of Small and Medium Industries (IKM) cannot be avoided because the main role in determining the course of IKM is Human Resources (HR). Human resources are the main capital that determines the course of IKM because the success of a business is determined by the individuals involved in it. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning organization and self-efficacy on the performance of small and medium-sized dry culinary industries in Bojonegoro. The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling technique, so the number of samples taken was 48 IKM actors in the dry culinary field at the Bojonegoro Creative Economy Center (CEC) Community. The research method used for this research is quantitative. The data analysis technique in this research uses Partial Least Square (PLS). According to the findings of the study, self-efficacy and learning organization have a significant positive impact on the performance of Bojonegoro's small and medium-sized industries in the dry culinary industry.

This thesis was inspired by a workplace that often set unrealistically high standards for its workers without taking into account any of the elements that may be influencing their performance. Competence, Work Discipline, and Work Environment were also considered as important aspects that influenced performance in order to boost output. Employee performance was the dependent variable in this quantitative study conducted in the Sub-Districts of Jakarta Special Capital Region to test hypotheses about the influence of three independent factors (work environment, competence, and work discipline). SmartPLS 4 was used for data management on a sample size of 82 workers. The author concludes that (1) there is a favorable and substantial relationship between the work environment and work discipline. Employee performance was positively and significantly impacted by the work environment. The relationship between competence and discipline at work was a good one. A favorable and statistically significant correlation was found between employee performance and competence. Five) Workplace rules and regulations improved worker output. There was a favorable, albeit not statistically significant, relationship between work environment and employee performance. Competence positively impacted employee performance through work discipline, although the effect was not statistically significant.

The purpose of this research is to obtain some information and analyze the influence of service quality on consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as a moderation variable in Banyuwangi coffee shops. The population in this study is all consumers who make purchases at least twice at the Teapot Coffee Shop. The sample in this study required 91 respondents. The sample criteria needed are consumers who have made a purchase at least twice and are 17 years old and over. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Respondent data was collected from questionnaires directly. Data analysis techniques using PLS-based SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) (Partial Least Square) with the help of smart PLS applications. The results of this study show that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty at Teko Banyuwangi Coffee shop. Meanwhile, Consumer Satisfaction has a positive and insignificant influence on Consumer Loyalty of Teko Banyuwangi Coffee Shop.
