Recruitment and placement play a crucial role in establishing a proficient Human Resources workforce inside an organization. This entails the process of strategically assigning employees or potential employees to work placements in order to enhance their efficiency in executing their workload and to foster the development of their skills. The objective is to ensure the smooth execution of tasks and to allocate individuals to positions and roles that align with their interests and abilities. The primary objective of this study, conducted inside the K3PG Cooperative, is to examine the extent to which recruitment and job placement practices impact employee performance. The K3PG Cooperative has received a response from a total of 53 individuals participating in the survey. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, in conjunction with the Partial Least Square technique and the SmartPLS 3.0 software, was used. To facilitate the implementation of data collection techniques, we conducted an extensive literature review and sent questionnaires to the participants. Based on the study results, it can be inferred that the process of recruitment has an impact on the performance of employees, while the placement of individuals in certain job roles has a discernible effect on the performance of workers employed by K3PG Cooperative.

The current era is usually referred to as the era of modernization, Human Resources (HR) is an important component for the success of any organization or business. Therefore, this research identifies the effect of Reward and Punishment on employee motivation at the Petrokimia Gresik Large Family Employee Consumer Cooperative. (K3PG). This research method is quantitative by determining the sample using the slovin formula, totaling 53 respondents and distributing questionnaires with the Google Form. The analysis technique used is (PLS). The study's findings lead to the conclusion that work motivation is influenced by both reward and punishment. The findings of this study exhibit parallels with the research done by Tien Danarti Mesra (2020), which demonstrates a considerable impact of the reward variable (X1) on motivation (Y). Additionally, Dudu Badrudi (2019) asserts that punishment has a good and tangible influence on work motivation.

The increasing use of e-payment as a mode of settling financial obligations has become more prevalent due to Covid-19 and physical distancing measures. This has been identified as a key factor in driving financial inclusion and economic growth, especially in emerging nations. However, limited research exists on the impact of e-payment platforms on micro-entrepreneurs. This study aims to investigate the impact of e-payment platforms among selected microentrepreneurs in Taguig City and to identify the determinants for enhanced guidelines for the collection and disbursement process using the e-payment system. A quantitative method of research and exploratory design with the use of a survey questionnaire was employed. The study found that an effective epayment platform is characterized by its ease of learning, control, and navigation, as well as the ability to increase the security of financial transactions. Moreover, the study revealed that e-payment platforms can help increase sales, enhance collection convenience, and simplify salary disbursements. However, the study also identified technical problems as the most common issues encountered in using e-payment platforms. This study provides valuable insights for policymakers, financial service providers, and microentrepreneurs in enhancing e-payment guidelines for the collection and disbursement process, and contributes to the literature on the impact of e-payment.
