The purpose of this study is to offer efficient business process modeling to overcome the problem in the sales quotation section of the sales cycle of pre-order by requesting products and the problem in the sales order section for sales cycle of ready-stock and pre-orders products by requesting products. The method used was qualitative, with direct observation of the fashion business object of the Sakinah_id MSME. The study results showed that an e-commerce system was needed to facilitate electronic form features by request and separate sales order menus for ready and by request products. This form feature makes it easier for buyers to describe products according to requests and connect with the designer system. Based on the very short time gap from submitting the form, so that sales quotes can be followed up on promptly. The existence of an effective sales quotation provides a profitable domino effect in the next stage, namely that many prospective buyers agree and decide to place a sales order. Then the separation of the sales order menu for ready and pre-order products is needed because the handling of the two products is different, and pre-orders must start from the sales quotation stage, while ready products start from the sales order stage. This separation makes it easier and faster for employees to divide work through clear departmental boundaries for two products at the shipping stage, recording cash receipts, and scheduling special pre-order production.

The integrated payroll information system modeling is the focus of this work. The Aisyiyah Bojonegoro hospital is the subject of the investigation. This case study underwent analysis in order to identify and then formulate any issues with the topic of the study. This study employs the PIECES analysis technique, which is thoroughly examined, and the results are presented in the form of a business process model based on Business Process Management Notation (BPMN). BPMN can be used to improve business processes in hospital payroll systems as well as increase effectiveness and efficiency.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of Career Development, Workload on Employee Performance with Compensation as a variable intervening. This study uses quantitative methods. The sample are taken from 152 respondents from the head office in Jakarta. Sources of data in this research using primary data obtained straight from the responders' staff. In order to investigate the relationship between employee performance, workload, and career development, the data analysis method used in this study was multivariate analysis, specifically by using the Partial Last Square (PLS) equation model and the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of the study demonstrate that workload has a positive and significant impact on compensation, career development has no significant impact, employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by workload, while career development has no discernible effect. Additionally, employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by compensation, which also partially mediates the relationship between workload and performance.

This study aimed to determine the effect of product differentiation and electronic word of mouth on consumer purchasing decisions of the Richeese Factory in Surabaya. This research used a quantitative research method and used the population of Richeese Factory consumers in Surabaya during the past year. A sample of 105 individuals was selected using non-probability sampling with an accidental sampling technique. Data was collected through conventional questionnaire distribution and measured using the Likert scale. The analysis utilized Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research indicated that each variable had a significant effect, both product differentiation and electronic word of mouth, on the consumer purchasing decisions of the Richeese Factory in Surabaya.

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work environment on the morale of all employees at the Mojokerto City Communication and Information Service. The total sample is 73 employees taken by the saturated sampling method. Data collection by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires to all employees. The variables used by researchers include the variable Work Stress (X1) and the Physical Work Environment (X2) and the Work Spirit variable (Y). Using an analytical model in the form of Partial Least Square (PLS) to examine whether there is influence between constructs in order to assess prediction correlations between them. The outcomes of the study show that work stress does not contribute and the physical work environment contributes to employee morale.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how the workplace environment affects assess employee performance and the impact of employee work discipline. This research collects data by distributing questionnaires to the employees of the production department at PT. Berkat Ganda Sentosa. Variables used in this study include: The independent variables are work environment (X1) and work discipline (X2), and the dependent variable is performance (Y). Partial Least Squares Analysis Model (PLS) is used in this study. It is a method of creating a model that is conceivable when several factors are considered. The results of this study indicate that work environment does not contribute to employee performance, and that appropriate work discipline may improve PT Berkat Ganda Sentosa performance.

Human resource management has an important role in managing, organizing, administering and establishing staffing programs that can cover employee performance issues, so that they can function productively, effectively and efficiently. This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement and relational capital on employee performance at PT. Eka Tama Makmur Surabaya. The population in this study were all members of PT. Eka Tama Makmur Surabaya's marketing employees as many as 40 employees. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique through a non-probability sampling method so that the number of samples taken is 40 employees. Smart partial least squares (PLS) is the analysis method employed. (1) Employee engagement at PT. Eka Tama Makmur Surabaya demonstrates a relationship with staff productivity; the greater the amount of involvement, the greater the firm's performance or value produced by employees. (2) Relational capital demonstrates a link between it and employee performance, and at PT. Eka Tama Makmur Surabaya, an adequate relational capital model can enhance employee performance.
