The Impact of Training Using the Concept Planning Strategy to Develop University Concepts and Language Skills of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Students at King Saud University 概念规划策略训练对沙特国王大学聋哑和听障学生大学概念和语言技能发展的影响

The study aimed at exploring the impact of training using the concept planning strategy to develop the university concepts and language skills of deaf and hard of hearing students at King Saud University. The study sample consisted of 30 deaf and hard of hearing students enrolled in the deaf and hard of hearing project at King Saud University Second semester (2018, 1439). The proposed training program, using the concept planning strategy, greatly influenced the development of the cognitive aspects of deaf and hard of hearing students. The concept planning strategy also helped deaf and weak students organize and express their ideas.
本研究旨在探讨使用概念规划策略训练对培养沙特国王大学聋哑和听障学生的大学概念和语言技能的影响。本研究样本为30名参加沙特国王大学第二学期(2018,1439)聋人和听障学生。所提出的训练方案,运用概念规划策略,对聋哑和听障学生认知方面的发展产生了很大的影响。概念策划策略也帮助聋哑学生组织和表达他们的想法。

Effectiveness of a Suggested Program in Developing the 21st Century Skills Among Teacher Students in Scientific Departments in University College in Qunfudah in Umm Al Qura Universit 乌姆阿尔库拉大学昆夫达大学学院科学系教师培养21世纪技能建议方案的效果

The current research aimed at developing 21st century skills among science teacher students in University College in Qunfudah, Umm Al Qura University in KSA, through suggesting a new program. The research consisted of two basic components, the diagnostic study, and the experimental study. The diagnostic study of the current state of the 21st century skills was carried out by determining its level, and the students` self – concept of these skills among a group of (200) students. The experimental study was conducted on (54) students. Results showed the lack of 21st century skills among prospected science teachers, and also the lack of self- concepts of it. Results showed the effectiveness of the suggested program in developing 21st century skills and supporting the self – concept of it among science teacher students. The research applies important applications for developing science education in general and enhancing the 21st century skills in particular.

The Impact of Virtual Classroom Template on the Development of Cognitive Skills, Infographic Production Quality and Usability 虚拟教室模板对认知技能发展、信息图表制作质量和可用性的影响

This study aims at pointing out the impact of "lobby mode" versus that of "analytical mode" on developing cognitive skills, quality of production and usability of the model system; all through using Adobe Connect. An achievement was developed and it consisted of 20 lexicon to measure the cognitive skills of instructional infographic design. In addition, an assessment card has been used to assess the final production in terms of quality. The card is composed of 44 texts designed to measure the quality of infographic. Besides, a measuring scale has been founded, that is composed of 55 phrases distributed among five areas; thus to measure the usability of using the virtual classroom module. The study focus groups were randomly selected of the students of Educational Technology Program, specifically, second semester of an academic year 2016/2017. Forty students have been selected and divided into two experimental groups. In terms of usability, results of the study showed up that the analytical model has been proven better than the lobby one in managing a virtual classroom using adobe connect system; whereas same results highlighted a no statistically documented difference between both models in terms of cognitive skills related to instructional infographic design together with level a d quality of production.

English Learning Strategies and Their Relation to Self-Efficacy, Attitude and Language competence among Female Secondary School Students in Buraidah 布赖达女中学生英语学习策略与自我效能感、态度和语言能力的关系

This study aimed to explore the profile of Language Learning Strategies used among female secondary school students learning English as a foreign language in Buraidah and the relation between English language leaning strategies and self-efficacy, attitude and language proficiency. The participants were (1924) female students’ secondary schools in Buraidah. The result indicated that the Participants use strategies at a moderate level (2.98), metacognitive strategies were the most frequently used among the six strategies followed by compensatory strategies, social strategies, memory strategies, cognitive strategies and affective strategies respectively. There is statistically significant positive correlation between total scores of strategies and total scores of English self-efficacy, attitude towards English, English language proficiency.

The role of the Saudi Universities in educating their students about the ethics and policies of the use of Cyberspace from the students’ perspective 从学生的角度,沙特大学在教育学生使用网络空间的道德和政策方面的作用

This study aims to identify the role of the Saudi universities in educating students about the ethics and policies of using cyberspace. The study was mainly based on the students’ perspectives. The study sample included 1552 student distributed among eight Saudi universities and the used questionnaire consisted of 28 statements. In order to analyze the data, frequencies, percentages, arithmetic mean, Chi-square test and t-test were used. It was found that social media websites have the strongest impact on students' awareness of the ethics of using cyberspace and the effect of peers ranked second in the force of impact. Moreover, the role of universities in educating students of literary colleges was the most prominent compared to their role in scientific colleges. Also, there was a difference in the role of universities from the perspective of fourth-level students and higher levels in favor of fourth-level students.

Evaluation of Students for Teaching Performance of the Members of Teaching Staff College of Education for Girls - King Khalid University of Saudi Arabia 沙特阿拉伯哈立德国王大学女子教育学院教师对学生教学绩效的评价

The purpose of the study was to evaluate the level of teaching performance of the members of teaching staff in some educational courses from the point of view of the students of the general educational diploma in the Faculty of Education for Girls in King Khalid University in Saudi Arabia. The study used the analytical descriptive method and the researchers prepared a questionnaire to evaluate the teaching performance of members of teaching staff. The study reached the following results: The teaching performance of members of teaching staff from the point of view of students of the General Educational Diploma was high. The students 'assessment of the teaching performance of teaching staff members after the implementation of teaching was average. Also no statistically significant differences were found between the students' estimates for the performance of members of the teaching staff in some educational courses vary in age and specialization, while there was a difference among them in the methods of assessment and feedback for the benefit of older students.

The Prediction of social self-concept through parenting styles as perceived by students of second basic education in the Sultanate of Oman 阿曼苏丹国第二基础教育学生父母教养方式对社会自我概念的预测

This study aimed to predict social self-concept through parenting styles as perceived by students in grades (6-10) of the basic education in the Sultanate of Oman. The sample included 509 students randomly selected from different school districts. The participants responded to the social selfconcept questionnaire and the parenting authority questionnaire. The results indicated that the sample had high levels of social self-concept and parenting styles, except for the permissive style of father and mother. The authoritative style emerged as the most recognizable style among the students. Statistically significant gender differences were found in the level of the social selfconcept in favor of females, and in the parenting styles in favor of males. In addition, there were no statistically significant differences in both variables based on students’ school grades. Multiple Regression analyses revealed that the social self-concept could be significantly predicted by two parenting styles (father authoritative style, mother authoritative style) after controlling for sex effect.
