تكمن اهمية البحث في تجربة الخرائط الذهنية المدمجة في تعليم بعض المسكات في لعبة المصارعة لأهميتها في ايصال المعلومة بالأخص التي تتعلق بالجوانب العملية من خلال رسم خرائط ذهنية واعطاء عدد من الاحتمالات للوصول الى حلول للمواقف التعليميةوهدف البحث الى: اعداد منهاج تعليمي وفق الخرائط الذهنية المدمجة لتعليم بعض المسكات في لعبة المصارعة للطلاب، وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في نتائج الاختبارات البعدية لمجموعتي البحث للمسكات المبحوث ولصالح المجموعة التجريبيةعينة البحث: طلاب المرحلة الثالثة في كليه التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة جامعة البصرة واستخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي ذو المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية.وكانت اهم الاستنتاجات ان الاسلوب المتبع من قبل المدرس والخرائط الذهنية الالكترونية كان لها تأثير ايجابي في تعليم بعض المسكات في لعبة المصارعة للطلاب الا ان الافضلية كانت للخرائط الذهنية واوصى الباحث: اجراء دراسات باستخدام الخرائط الذهنية الالكترونية في فعاليات رياضية مختلفة. 
这项研究的重要性在于试验将某些格斗游戏中教学的智力图,因为它们对于通过绘制智力图、提供关于实际问题的信息具有重要意义,并为教育态度提供解决办法的若干可能性:为学生编写一种基于综合智力图的教学大纲,教授摔跤比赛中的某些静剂,这两个研究小组的远程测试结果对研究实验组有重大的差异:巴士拉大学体育教育和体育科学学院的第三年级学生,研究人员使用了控制和实验组的实验课程。最重要的结论是,教师和电子心智图的方法对学生在摔跤比赛中学习一些静音产生了积极的影响,但最喜欢的是智力地图和研究员的建议:在各种体育活动中使用电子心智图进行研究。

Item and Test Information Function and Reliability when Using the 3Parameter Model 项目和试验信息在使用3参数模型时的功能和可靠性

This study aimed at revealing the effect of the number of alternatives in the multiple choice tests on the information function of the item and the test according to the three-parameter model under the item response theory. To achieve the objective of the study, a multi-choice achievement test was constructed in the second part of mathematics subject for the 10th grade students in the public schools in the capital city of Amman. The final test consists of 38 paragraphs and three models are prepared, which differ only in the number of item alternatives. The sample of the study consisted of 1530 students. The results of the study showed statistically significant differences in reliability in favor of the five- alternative form, as well as the fouralternative form, the results also showed no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic means of the information function due to the variable number of item alternatives.
本研究旨在根据项目反应理论下的三参数模型,揭示多项选择测验中选项数对项目和测验信息功能的影响。为了达到研究的目的,在首都安曼公立学校的10年级学生的数学科目第二部分中构建了一个多选题成就测试。最后的测试有38个段落,准备了三个模型,不同的只是选项的数量。这项研究的样本包括1530名学生。研究结果显示,五选项表和四选项表在信度上有显著的差异,由于选项数不同,信息函数的算术平均数之间也没有显著的差异。

From Practices to Teaching: Challenges and Opportunities of Public Administration in the Arab World 从实践到教学:阿拉伯世界公共行政的挑战与机遇

This paper examines the challenges facing PA education, considering the colonial heritage of the region. Over the past decade, researchers have paid attention to Public Administration (PA) and its education in the Middle East. Many explored the history of the PA in the region and the quality of PA programs within high education institutes. In the context of the developmental challenges that face the current generation in the region, and under the current political circumstances which have negative consequences on PA, many voices call for a reliable and high-quality PA education and good governance, which includes accountability, transparency, democracy, and other concepts related to bureaucratic machinery within the public institutions. There is therefore a need to examine what governmental institutions, together with academic institutions in the Arab States, are doing to make significant progress in this field. The paper examines the main challenges facing PA education in Arab countries.

Abstract. The study deals with how to take advantage of the Contemporary global trends the development of technical education institutions education by studying the development of technical education institutions in some countries besides studying the reality of technical education in Egypt, similarities and differences that can be derived through the comparative analytical study, Technical education institutions in Egypt, working to take advantage of global trends The study uses the comparative approach with its analytical descriptive approach through a comprehensive description of the phenomenon and analysis of information and data related to the study subject in the light of strong and cultural factors. For the comparative cultural analysis of the axes covered by the study in its various aspects and based on the above is a proposed scenario to develop the institutions of technical education in Egypt in the light of global trends.
