. Incompetent and demoralized primary school teachers are the main cause of poor primary education in Pakistan. To overcome this issue, effective professional developments are provided to primary school teachers. DSD introduced a new teacher training program for the development of the primary teachers which is called a continuous professional development program framework. To know whether this program has attained its objectives or not this study has been conducted. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of a continuous professional development program as perceived by primary level teachers. It was a descriptive study. The researchers employed a simple random sampling technique and questionnaire to collect data for the study. The questionnaire was developed on four components of the continuous professional development framework. These components were continuous professional development (training), continuous assessment, mentoring and professional development day. The researcher employed mean, frequency, and percentages. Z test was used for the analysis of area (rural and urban) and gender (male/female) and ANOVA was used for the analysis of demographic variables of the questionnaire were respondents' age, qualification, and teaching experience. The findings of this study exposed that the majority of the primary school teachers showed a positive attitude towards continuous professional development program. Significant recommendations for the study were; Continuous professional development may develop better interaction between students and teachers and continuous assessment should be included to improve the learning skills of students. This study is based upon positivism paradigm of research and it was a quantitative study. The conceptual framework for this study depicts that the continuous professional development program was working as an independent variable and primary school teachers' perception was working as the dependent variable. This study explains how factors of continuous professional development program (continuous professional development training, mentoring continuous assessment, and professional development day) influence primary school teachers' perception related to the continuous professional development program.

. This article was aimed to identify the challenges that occur in the implementation of character education in elementary schools in Indonesia. This study applied a systematic review of literature using search protocol based on the PRISMA recommendation statement. The initial step of the study was the formulation of the research problem, then search of relevant research results from national journals on Garuda database and journal website. Then, an analysis of relevant research results was carried out in relation to the challenges in implementing the primary school character education program in Indonesia. The lack of support such as socialization, trainings, facilities and infrastructure were the main challenges that came from the government. Challenges from the teacher mostly focus on the difficulty and inc ompetence in assessing students’ character. Challenges from the parents mostly related to the lack of support such as attention, participation and supervision for student character education.

The study investigates the current problems and new issues of EU common immigration policy. The article stipulates that the EU immigration policy is the object of common competence of the European Union and its Member States. The author defines the main directions of the European Union's common immigration policy: the promotion and economic development of legal immigration to EU Member States and the fight against the influx of illegal migrants from third countries. The study researches the effective means of combating illegal immigrants by means of the adoption of readmission agreements with third countries by both the EU and its Member States. The research states that readmission agreements facilitate the return of persons who do not have legal grounds to stay in the territory of the EU Member State to their country of origin or transit.

In order to understand the concept of poetry, a good perception of its metaphor, the structure as well as the affiliation, would be a significant contribution for a better perception of this form of literature. This study aims to acquire an understanding of how Mutannabi describes the way of humanism in his poetry by portraying the concept of metaphors. The analogies from the representation of metaphors in his poetry are entangled with his view in encompassing regular wonders. In other words, the metaphors that he utilises in his poetry are based on the indirect interaction between human and the natural surroundings. The significance of this study is to analyse the deeply the actual meaning in the context of poetry, especially the inability of many students to fail to understand the meaning of metaphors, specifically in Arabic poetry. This study is conducted in hope for a better sensitivity of the reader in exploring and seeing the interconnection between the harmony of life and the art of poetry through its verses. This study utilised a qualitative content analysis framework with literary ecology and literary semiotics strategy. Mutannabi is known for his poetry pieces that are strongly correlated with natural elements, meaning that the verses can be depicted through the form of literary ecology. Hence, this study will present an explanation of how people understand the essence of life through the natural realms that are naturally created by God.

If the performance improves superior efficiency and the implications for competitive gain are addressed, ethically committed in the higher education service triangle sense can be met. The objective of this study was to investigate agreed ethics and to consider the comparative advantage of higher education in the service marketing triangle. The tool used is a descriptive and succinct survey method. The sample consists of 330 polytechnic students in West Java, calculated by the cluster proportional random sampling process. The research involves 330 students. The Partial Least Square (PLS) multivariate regression test was used for hypothesis testing. The data analysis was performed using both the SmartPLS 2.0 programs and the SPSS for Windows. The results show promising ethics in the sense of the service triangle and competitive advantage. Promising ethics can also be done in the context of the service marketing triangle if the success of higher education strengthens international collaboration, and the dedication to ethics can be optimally applied, and the results can be achieved for the competitive advantage of higher education. The objective is to: (1) improve the quality of education, (2 ) increase study quality, (3) enhance skills and capability of academic staff and researchers, (4) boost graduate ability and competency, (5) enhance the university's reputation for international and financial benefits, (6) meet the demands o Internationalisation of higher education There are five ( 5) general corporate governance principles known as GCG. These are rights, honesty, responsibility, duty, justice.
