We used bibliometric methods to examine studies related to women entrepreneurship. Speci fi cally, we focused on understanding the recent trends, the most in fl uen ti al publica ti ons and journals, topics on which women entrepreneur ‐ ship studies are conducted, and deciphering the future direc ti on of women entrepreneurship studies. We used the Scopus database to extract 1,554 documents published from 1982 to 2022 and analyzed the scien ti fi c publica ti ons per year, the most cited ar ti cles, sources of publica ti ons, keyword co ‐ occurrence, thema ti c structure (topic modeling), and bibliographic coupling. We found that the scien ti fi c publica ti ons related to women entrepreneurship are increas ‐ ing signi fi cantly each year, and the most consistent keyword is “gender.” Cita ti on analysis iden ti fi ed Ahl (2006) as the most cited ar ti cle, which demonstrates Ahl’s notable in fl uence, as well as the success of the gender turn in fl uenced by feminist theory. Co ‐ word analysis found seven clusters showing the thema ti c structure of women entrepreneurship research. Bibliographic coupling analysis found four clusters, encompassing various aspects associated with women entrepreneurship. The clusters are “Role of gender in an entrepreneur’s performance,” “Challenges and upcoming issues faced by women entrepreneurs,” “Impact of geographic loca ti on on women entrepreneurship,” and “Financial struggles of women entrepreneurs.” Topic modeling using the latent Dirchlet alloca ti on algorithm (LDA) iden ti fi ed seven areas of interest in the women entrepreneurship literature. We conclude with implica ti ons and sugges ti ons for future research.

The purpose of this paper is to help organiza ti ons facing the challenge of measuring the social impact of their ac ti vi ti es. Although examples of environmental e ff ects’ analyses abound, this is not the case for the analysis of social impact. To illustrate how organiza ti ons can demonstrate their impact on society, we evaluated the ac ti vi ti es of the Incredible Years (IY) paren ti ng program using the social return on investment (SROI) approach, considering not only the direct impact of the program on children, but a broader range of outcomes for di ff erent stakeholders. We show that the mone ti zed impacts of the program are about 10 ti mes higher than the costs of the program. The SROI as an evalua ti on approach is generally applicable to ac ti vi ti es of for ‐ pro fi t and nonpro fi t organiza ti ons, and serves as a reference to demonstrate the value of expected social impact to investors and funders. Therefore, SROI is a valuable tool not only for managers but for policy makers as well. We discuss the steps, data requirement, interpreta ti on of results, and lim ‐ ita ti ons of the social impact analysis.

Gami fi ca ti on is a rela ti vely new concept that refers to the use of game elements in non ‐ game produc ti ve ac ti vity. It also can be implemented as a behavioral modeling tool in fl uencing behavioral change in an organiza ti onal context. A remaining challenge in gami fi ca ti on is the absence of measurement focus to empirically quan ti fy gami fi ca ti on at ‐ tributes. This paper measures key behavioral changes that gami fi ca ti on in fl uence among employees and assesses their theore ti cal founda ti on. We combined validated measurement tools to empirically measure behavior changes, especially engagement, performance, and sa ti sfac ti on. The combined measurement tool includes the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES), the Individual Work Performance Ques ti onnaire (IWPQ), and the Minnesota Sa ti sfac ti on Ques ti onnaire (MSQ). Research results proved that there is a signi fi cant behavioral di ff erence between employees that were in fl uenced by gami fi ca ti on and employees that were not. Employees that were exposed to gami fi ca ti on demonstrated higher engagement and sa ti sfac ti on levels and veri fi ed the potency of gami fi ca ti on. Research results evidenced no signi fi cant di ff erences between the two groups in terms of performance levels. This research paper will guide prac titi oners to be tt er evaluate gami fi ca ti on a tt ributes and improve gami fi ca ti on organiza ti onal assimila ti on.

Tata kelola yang baik dan implementasi komitmen perusahaan disinyalir akan berdampak pada persepsi karyawan terhadap perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan antara Perceived Organizational Support (POS) dan Work Engagement Terhadap Job Satisfaction di PT SBB-Tangerang. Penelitian menggunakan metode asosiasif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dimana teknik analisis data deskriptif digunakan untuk mengetahui gambaran atas tanggapan jawaban responden dan sebaran data, sedangkan analisis statistik inferensial untuk pengujian hipotesis. Pengumpulan kuesioner dan pengamatan langsung di lapangan dengan Menggunakan kuesioner kepada 96 responden, teknik pengujian data yang dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas,uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t (uji secara parsial), dan uji F (uji secara simultan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Perceived Organizational Support (X1) berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Job Satisfaction (Y). Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan thitung > ttabel yakni 21.525 > 1,985, dan Work Engagement (X2) berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Job Satisfaction (Y). Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan thitung > ttabel yakni 13.817 > 1,985 dan nilai signifikan regresi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,050. Dan secara simultan variabel Perceived Organizational Support (X1) dan Work Engagement (X2) berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Job Satisfaction (Y) yakni Fhitung > Ftabel sebesar 308,577 > 3,09. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Ambiguitas Peran dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Turnover Karyawan Pada PT Pandawa Solusindo Nusantara., baik secara parsial maupun simultan di PT Pandawa Solusindo Nusantara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiasif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak 75 orang. Teknik dan alat pengumpulan data adalah dengan kuesioner atau angket. Teknik analisis data deskriptif digunakan untuk mengetahui gambaran atas tanggapan jawaban responden dan sebaran data, sedangkan analisis statistik inferensial untuk pengujian hipotesis. Pengolahan datanya dibantu dengan microsoft excel dan software SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dengan menggabungkan variabel Ambiguitas Peran (X1) dan Kepuasan Kerja (X2) dapat mempengaruhi Turnover Karyawan (Y) dan memiliki korelasi yang kuat. Ambiguitas Peran (X1) dapat memproyeksikan Turnover Karyawan (Y) dengan pengaruh yang positif, dan Kepuasan Kerja (X2) memproyeksikan Turnover Karyawan (Y) dengan pengaruh yang negative. Semakin tinggi Ambiguitas Peran (X1) maka semakin tinggi atau meningkat pula Turnover Karyawan (Y), dan semakin tinggi atau meningkat Kepuasan Kerja (X2), maka menurunkan Turnover Karyawan (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara bersama-sama Ambiguitas Peran (X1) dan Kepuasan Kerja (X2 ) berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Karyawan (Y) pada PT Pandawa Solusindo Nusantara. Pengolahan datanya dibantu dengan microsoft excel dan software SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dengan menggabungkan variabel Ambiguitas Peran (X1) dan Kepuasan Kerja (X2) dapat mempengaruhi Turnover Karyawan (Y) dan memiliki korelasi yang kuat. Ambiguitas Peran (X1) dapat memproyeksikan Turnover Karyawan (Y) dengan pengaruh yang positif, dan Kepuasan Kerja (X2) memproyeksikan Turnover Karyawan (Y) dengan pengaruh yang negative. Semakin tinggi Ambiguitas Peran (X1) maka semakin tinggi atau meningkat pula Turnover Karyawan (Y), dan semakin tinggi atau meningkat Kepuasan Kerja (X2), maka menurunkan Turnover Karyawan (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara bersama-sama Ambiguitas Peran (X1) dan Kepuasan Kerja (X2 ) berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Karyawan (Y) pada PT Pandawa Solusindo Nusantara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas, leverage dan profitabilitas terhadap economic value added (EVA) pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat kesehatan menggunakan metode RGEC terhadap Profitabilitas pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015 – 2019. Variabel pada penelitian ini Risk Profile diukur dengan Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Good Corporate Governance dengan Self-Assessment, Earnings diukur dengan Biaya Operasional pada Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Capital diukur dengan Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) dan Profitabilitas diukur dengan Return on Assets (ROA). Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 12 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian melalui uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan RGEC berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Secara parsial melalui uji T menunjukkan bahwa NPL tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA, GCG & BOPO berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap ROA dan CAR berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ROA. Kemampuan variabel RGEC dalam menjelaskan profitabilitas sebesar 90,6% sebagaimana ditunjukkan dengan besarnya adjusted R square sebesar 0,906. 本研究旨在探讨使用RGEC方法对2015年至2019年上市银行盈利能力的影响。该研究的变量是用不表现资产(NPL)、以自我评估为基础的企业治理、用业务收入(BOPO)的运营成本、资本关系用企业广告资产(CAR)来衡量,资本收益用资产资产回报率来衡量盈利能力。本研究采用定量方法进行描述性研究。研究中的人口是一家在印尼证券交易所注册的银行公司。采用的抽样技术是采样采样,获得了12家公司的样本。所使用的数据分析技术是多元线性回归。F测试的研究结果表明,RGEC同时对盈利能力产生了重大影响。部分通过T测试,NPL对ROA、GCG和BOPO没有影响,对ROA和CAR有负面影响。RGEC变量在盈利能力上的定义能力为90.6%,正如adjusted R square为0.906所示。多元线性回归方程的价值ROA = 9,568 + 0,060NPL——0,362GCG 0,095BOPO 0,028CAR +ԑ关键词:盈利能力、治理风险简介,祝Earnings Capital
