This study discusses the comparative analysis of the use of Blender and Sketchup Applications in 3D Animation (Case Study: PT Rico Putra Selatan), the comparison analyzed is the process of how long the rendering process takes using the Blender and Sketchup applications and how the quality of the visuals/images produced by Blender and Sketchup applications. However, this requires intensive resources and strong hardware to run, then the 3D animated video created will be used as a medium for promotion.Comparative analysis of Blender and Sketchup will result in testing the rendering speed, and image quality of the results of making 3D animated videos. The results of this study are able to state that Blender outperforms Sketchup in the comparison of rendering speed, and the image quality of this 3D animation video that Blender is superior to Sketchup.

The Kemala Aman Finance Bengkulu Cooperative also provides loan facilities for consumers, but not all loan applications will be approved. So far, the determination of the feasibility of applying for a loan is seen from several aspects including marital status, number of dependents, age, last education, occupation, monthly income, home ownership, collateral, number of loan applications, length of loan application. These aspects are analyzed manually by the survey team by filling out the form provided, and then the survey results are given to superiors to be followed up on whether the loan application is accepted or rejected. The loan eligibility application at the Kemala Aman Finance Bengkulu Cooperative is used to make it easier to determine the eligibility of prospective borrowers to be given loans based on marital status, number of dependents, age, last education, occupation, income, home ownership, collateral, number of loan applications, length of loan application. This application is made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language which can be accessed by the Kemala Aman Finance Bengkulu Cooperative Admin. Comparative analysis of the K-Nearest Neighbor method and the Naive Bayes method was carried out by looking at the level of accuracy by comparing the classification results of the two methods with the real data from the classification results obtained from the Kemala Aman Finance Cooperative Bengkulu. Based on the processing time, the KNN method is faster than the Naive Bayes method. Based on the level of accuracy, the KNN method has the highest level of accuracy compared to the Naive Bayes method. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the functionality of the loan eligibility application at the Kemala Aman Finance Bengkulu Cooperative runs as expected, and the application is able to display the results of the classification of loan eligibility through the KNN Method and the Naive Bayes Method.

Sukamerindu Health Center is one of the health centers in the city of Bengkulu. Drug management at the puskesmas has utilized an office application package, namely excel, but this utilization has not been fully implemented, because there is still a manual process where drug data collection is filled in through the books that have been provided, then only recapitulated at the end of the month. This sometimes makes it difficult for the puskesmas to manage the availability of drugs at the puskesmas. The application for forecasting the amount of drug supply at the UPTD Sukamerindu Health Center in Bengkulu City was made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language by applying the Multiple Linear Regression Method for the forecasting process. In determining the results of the forecast for the following month and year, there are 3 supporting variables used, namely demand, use, and supply of drugs in the previous month and year. Based on data on the 500 mg Amoxicillin Capsule, where there were 36 data analyzed from January 2019 to December 2021, the prediction results for the number of drug supplies in January 2022 using the Multiple Linear Regression Method were 13066, with a prediction error rate of 7.10%. . Based on testing the application for forecasting the amount of drug inventory at the UPTD Puskesmas Sukamerindu, Bengkulu City, it was found that the functionality of the application ran according to expectations .

The level of student satisfaction with the services of the Administrative Services section of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu is not yet known. To determine the level of student satisfaction in receiving these services, it is necessary to create a system that can measure the level of student satisfaction with the services provided. In conducting this research, the development method of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a gradual approach to analyze and build a system design using a specific cycle for user activities and the approach method used in measuring the level of satisfaction using a licker scale. This system is built with the XAMPP tool that can test applications without requiring an internet connection, PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of the system made can help and make it easier to find out the level of student satisfaction with the services provided and the faculty in particular can quickly improve and improve the performance of services that get bad ratings. From the overall assessment, the value of service satisfaction level is 89.26 with a very good predicate. It is hoped that this application is always up to date so that it follows the development of Android-based technology.

Divorce is the breaking up of a husband and wife relationship, because there is no match between the two. Divorce is basically the release of the bond between husband and wife. In Tais district, based on the Tais Religious Court Annual Report from 2017, 2018 and 2019 it was found that there was an increase in the divorce rate. Based on the divorce rate which continues to increase every year, it is necessary to have data in the form of data to determine the factors that influence divorce. The use of Naive Bayes is that this method only requires a small amount of training data (Training Data) to determine the parameter estimates needed in the prediction process. In this case, it is assumed that the presence or absence of a certain event from a group is not related to the presence or absence of other events. With a system to predict divorce, it can help users who want to know the prediction of divorce. Analysis of the pattern of guest visits at the Rio Asri Bengkulu Hotel with the a priori algorithm is carried out to obtain rules and predict the next guest visit and provide guests with marketing rewards to increase the interest of other visitors in utilizing and using hotel services regularly or periodically. A priori analysis is defined as a process to find all the rules that meet the minimum requirements for support and the minimum requirements for confidence. The implementation of the system uses the Visual Basic 2010 programming language and the method used in this study is the waterfall method. The results of the analysis carried out with the variables used are arrival time, number of guests, area of origin and class of room chosen by guests, it is found that the itemset with the best pattern is influenced by the specified minimum support value.

The development of technology is currently growing very rapidly which allows us to access various kinds of data and information, but there are lots of people who abuse this ability, for example phishing activities that often target data and information owned by individuals and companies. Loss of data and information is very detrimental to individuals and companies, where the data and information can be used as a tool for extortion, used as a fraud tool and even the information can be traded. The main reason for the importance of maintaining the security of information is to protect information from online crimes. One of the techniques designed to protect important and confidential information is a cryptographic technique using the Blowfish algorithm and also a QR Code which functions as second line security. where data and information that has been converted into a QR Code cannot be changed. The purpose of this study is to apply the Blowfish Algorithm for Encryption and Decryption of the QR Code into an android-based application system. The results of this study are: The blowfish algorithm can be implemented into an android-based application. Plaintext which is converted into ciphertext using the blowfish algorithm can be used as a QR Code using a QR Code generator. A QR code is up to 7089 numeric digits and 4296 alphanumeric characters. The amount of information will affect the QR Code module, so the symbols in the QR Code will become more complicated. This application has received an assessment from respondents from users with an average value (6.5) with the category of choice "agree".

Proses seleksi dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa LazisMu di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu selama ini masih berpedoman pada kriteria penilaian serta persyaratan-persyaratan yang telah ditentukan. Berdasarkan observasi langsung di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu sistem penilaian dalam penentuan penerima beasiswa masih dilakukan secara konvensional atau manual. Maka dari itu, dengan tujuan membantu pihak LazisMu di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam penentuan penerima beasiswa khususnya bagi mahasiswa yang berprestasi dan kurang mampu. sehingga dalam penyelesaiannya diperlukan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk multikriteria. Metode yang diterapkan pada sistem pendukung keputusan adalah AHP (analytical Hierarchy Process). In this global era, the internet has penetrated various fields such as social, advertising, and business. With a large number of films, a film genre classification is made to assist users in finding and selecting the right films to watch. The genre in the film is the main element in a recommendation system, because with the classification of genres it can make it easier for the system to search for a film based on certain types. The string matching method, which is part of the string search process, plays an important role in getting documents that match your information needs more quickly. Simply by using a smartphone and internet access, people can enjoy various information on movie trailers. Then the problem is formulated how to make an android-based cinema 21 movie trailer catalog application with a string matching algorithm. Can improve better service to consumers, where consumers are expected to be able to access online so that consumers can find out information about movie trailers on the application.
