Application Of Data Mining Using The Naïve Bayes Classification Method To Predict Public Interest Participation In The 2024 Elections 基于Naïve贝叶斯分类方法的数据挖掘在2024年美国大选公众利益参与预测中的应用

A big data processing process using a Data Mining technique that will be used in a study in the Application of Data Mining Using the Naïve Bayes classification to predict the participation of the Public Interest in the 2024 election. The data was obtained from the General Election Commission (KPU). The data was tested using the Naïve Bayes classification method with Weka Tools and 7 predetermined attributes. The dataset was taken as much as 96.67% of 11,406 training data, namely 2014 election data and 99.90% of 11,908 testing data, namely 2020 election data. Results It is known that the number of participants in Central Bengkulu Regency for the 2024 election based on participant data in 2020 and the 2014 election results is likely to increase by up to 3.23%, from 96.67% per 11,406 participants to 99.90% per 11,908 participants and the results predictions are likely to increase.

Miniature Design of Liquid Filling Machine Automatically Using ESP32 Based IOT (Internet of Things) 基于ESP32的物联网自动液体灌装机微型设计

This study aimed to design automatic liquid filling on miniature machines to make it easier to use by making volume control innovations on automatic liquid filling machines, and design an IOT system for filling automatic liquid machines by using esp32. The data collection method of this study was literature or literature studies. The data processing of this study was qualitative processing of performing data centering. Presentation of data was done in order to easily draw conclusions and take further action. The overall discussion of the tool was the final test after all components run smoothly. The components were placed based on the function of each component so that the tool can look neater and function properly. As an application for testing ESP32 microcontrollers, push buttons, ultrasonic sensors, and relays. The tool released liquid when the push button was pressed according to the desired volume selection. The overall test was carried out with 2 variations of liquid volume, namely 350 ml and 450 ml. The result of testing the liquid output from the tool show that from the 350 ml volume test which was the output of the push button/button 1. It can be seen from the results of measurements by using a measuring cup which was not much different from the setpoint of 350 ml and had a liquid filling time of about 7 seconds out of 10 experiments. It means that the input button 1 with a setpoint of 350 ml is successful and very close to the setpoint given. The test results for a volume of 450 ml which is the output of push button / button 1. It can be seen that the results of measurements by using a measuring cup are not much different with a setpoint. of 450 ml and a liquid filling time of about 9 seconds out of 10 experiments. Based on the results of the study can be concluded that from the input button 1 with a setpoint of 450 ml is successful and very close to the given setpoint. One of the stages for forming a family within the Police environment, is that each prospective bride and groom will undergo a marriage coaching session. At the Bengkulu Regional Police level, this official marriage trial is under the auspices of the Human Resources Bureau (HR). Currently, the management of files and scheduling of service marriage sessions within the Bengkulu Police is still being done manually by physically collecting the required files and processing them by the admin. The purpose of this practical work is to design and build a system that can assist in the process of applying for official marriage hearings for members of the Police & Civil Servants at the Bengkulu Regional Police. The system development method in this study uses the waterfall model. Process design on the system using DFD (Data Flow Diagram), database design using ERD (Entity Relation Diagram) and database design using MySQL.The result of this research is an information system and application for official marriage hearings for members of the National Police & Civil Servants at the Bengkulu Regional Police which can assist in the process of filing for official marriage hearings. And conduct testing of the system using the blackbox method.

Garbage is a disaster that can cause a lot of harm both in terms of the environment and health. In this incident there were many factors that affected the surrounding community, such as population density and insufficient public awareness. These factors are the main reasons for illegal waste disposal. By utilizing a Geographic Information System (GIS) implemented with Google Maps in the chaos of an Android-based temporary landfill. Data collection methods are by interview, and observation. The data obtained is to facilitate system analysis and design. The results of this study are that it can make it easier for the people of Bengkulu City to find the nearest TPS.

Application Of The Template Matching Method In Orchid Image Classification In Bengkulu 模板匹配方法在蚌库鲁兰花图像分类中的应用

Bengkulu is one of the provinces in Indonesia, precisely located in the western part of Indonesia, namely on the island of Sumatra. Bengkulu has a wide variety of beautiful flowers, including orchids which are unique to Bengkulu. Bengkulu orchids are included as rare and endangered flowers, and the lack of public knowledge of the shape and characteristics of these flowers makes the author decide to create a system that can identify the type of orchid. In classifying the image texture, it can be done using the template matching method. The template matching method is a simple method used to identify patterns in an image. The template matching method is often used to identify character images of letters, numbers, fingerprints and other matching applications. In this study, we propose the use of a template matching algorithm to classify orchid images based on species and family. The test results use 30 test image data. The minimum correlation value with the correct label on the orchid image is 0.7967 and the classification image is 0.7899. From the experimental results it can be concluded that the template matching algorithm is quite good in orchid image classification as evidenced by a test accuracy of 76 percent.

The development of technology is currently running very rapidly, especially in the field of computer networks that make it possible to connect all people from various places. The need for information triggers the rapid development of network infrastructure technology by several vendors or brands. The need for network infrastructure is of course inseparable from the large number of users who use the internet service, causing new problems because the number of users is not proportional to the number of technicians available. For general users, they can wait for the handling schedule from the technician, while for agencies that need a network to complete their work, they don't have that time. To overcome this, you can use a special program to check the network regularly where everyone can use it so that it can reduce free customer service at network providers. One programming language that can be used open source for the development of these applications is python. Python is a multipurpose interpretive programming language with a design philosophy that focuses on code readability. Python programming is still rarely used because it still uses the terminal as the main access where the user has to type certain code to execute the desired result, such as the Command Prompt Windows (CMD) program. The use of python-based applications can be made more comfortable for users by using a GUI (Graphical user interface) display using the TKInter library, which is a standard Python package for creating GUI displays. Tkinter has an interface to the Tk toolkit that can work as an object-oriented layer on top of Tk. Tkinter has many components that can be used to create user-friendly interfaces. Apart from Tkinter, the application uses a subprocess and os library which functions to access the terminal and execute certain comments in the terminal. The built application has functions for pinging, nslookup, ipconfig, network info, active connection and network processes. Ping and Nslookup require data to be entered in text input on the same line, for ping you can input the IP address of the intended network or website address (requires internet connection) while nslookup can be filled in with the website address.

The need for information triggers the rapid development of network infrastructure technology by several vendors or brands. The need for network infrastructure is of course inseparable from the large number of users who use the internet service, causing new problems because the number of users is not proportional to the number of technicians available. For general users, they can wait for the handling schedule from the technician, while for agencies that need a network to complete their work, they don't have that time. To overcome this, you can use a special program to check the network regularly where everyone can use it so that it can reduce free customer service at network providers. One programming language that can be used open source for the development of these applications is python. Python is a multipurpose interpretive programming language with a design philosophy that focuses on code readability. Python programming is still rarely used because it still uses the terminal as the main access where the user has to type certain code to execute the desired result, such as the Command Prompt Windows (CMD) program. The use of python-based applications can be made more comfortable for users by using a GUI (Graphical user interface) display using the TKInter library, which is a standard Python package for creating GUI displays. Tkinter has an interface to the Tk toolkit that can work as an object-oriented layer on top of Tk. Tkinter has many components that can be used to create user-friendly interfaces. Apart from Tkinter, the application uses a subprocess and os library which functions to access the terminal and execute certain comments in the terminal. The built application has functions for pinging, nslookup, ipconfig, network info, active connection and network processes. Cafe Tik tok is a franchise engaged in the restaurant sector. In this tick tok cafe, in processing employee salaries, they still use manual calculations and use the Ms.Excel program. This can cause errors in calculating employee salaries and the process of printing employee payslips that takes a long time. In solving this problem, the authors designed an employee payroll information system. In this design, the author uses the PHP programming language, with the database format using MySQL. The result of this design is to produce an application program that will be used to process web-based employee salaries at the tiktok cafe and it is hoped that the company will find it easy to input data and compile payroll reports to be fast and more efficient.

Sepsis is a disease that starts from infection. When an infection occurs, the body's organ systems will be damaged because when the blood flow is filled with chemical compounds produced by the body with the aim of fighting infection and triggering an inflammatory response that is damaged in the function of the body's organs, causing important organs to fail in working so that it leads to death. People often do not realize that the disease they suffer has reached the sepsis stage. Since sepsis is a rare disease and difficult to find an expert, a tool is designed to use an expert system to diagnose sepsis early from the symptoms felt by the user. This expert system was designed using the PHP Programming Language and MySQL database by implementing the Demster Shafer Method. One of the activities carried out in tertiary institutions is academic activity. Academic activities are arranged in an academic calendar that is used to schedule academic activities both in the short and long term. Information on the academic calendar is usually announced on bulletin boards, social media and even distributed through online student groups. Even though academic activities are routines that are often carried out by students, with so many academic activities, it is not uncommon for some important things to be forgotten. To overcome the problems above, we need an application that can help remind these students wherever and whenever they are. One way is to take advantage of the sophistication of an Android smartphone that is equipped with a push notification feature. The results of the study show that the application can run well on an Android smartphone and notifications appear automatically according to the data entered by the application user.

Normalization is a process used to prepare data so that it can be used to meet user needs and support subsequent processes to get better results. The image normalization application system with Resizing Image is implemented using the matlab programming language. The mechanism for making an application starts from making a GUI (Graphic User Interface) to making coding. This thesis presents a system model of image normalization using k-space transformation to get the result in the form of an image normalization display using image resizing. The creation of an image normalization system using k-space transformation was carried out using the Matlab programming language version 2021a. The results of the system functionality test show that the image normalization system using the built resizing image can be used properly.
