The Application of K-Means Clustering Method for Rubber Price Grouping in Sengkuang Jaya Village Bengkulu Province k -均值聚类方法在橡胶价格分组中的应用——以蚌古鲁省胜匡加亚村为例

Sengkuang Jaya village is an area located in Bengkulu province. The calculation of price for rubber is still calculated manually in the village. This study wants to apply the k-means clustering method for calculating rubber prices according to the quality of rubber owned by farmers in Sengkuang Jaya Village, Bengkulu Province. This study aimed to determine prices based on rubber quality in Sengkuang Jaya Village,Bengkulu Province. The tehnique of collecting the data of this study used interview and observation.The results showed that from 15 samples of rubber latex data taken,the price of rubber with the highest cluster was found for rubber 2 weeks and over and for rubber 2 weeks down including cluster 2.The results of testing the rapidminer tools run well without any errors. Base on the result of the study can be suggested that further research can be developed with the same type of data but using better methods such as using the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm, Hard C-Means and completing the sample which may be up to 1 year of rubber storage.

Management of incoming and outgoing letters at Perumda Tirta Hidayah Bengkulu City involves a lot of paper that must be filled in to record and classify incoming and outgoing letters. By paying attention to this, it is necessary to have a web-based mailing system so that later it can help archiving incoming and outgoing mail and archiving letters can be done effectively and efficiently. The web-based mailing system has been completed using the CodeIgniter 3 framework application and the PHP programming language with MySQL database. The system built can be used at Tirta Hidayah Bengkulu City as a media for processing archival data for incoming and outgoing letters, the system can make it easier for receptionists to enter data, letters, make it easier for leaders (admin secretaries) to carry out the letter disposition process, speed up performance in responding or follow up on incoming mail. The system also produces efficient and accurate mail archive data reports.

Election Decision Support System Election Management Devices (Elections) Kaur District 选举决策支援系统选举管理设备(选举)考尔区

Law number 15 of 2011 concerning General Election Organizers states that the election organizer is an institution that organizes elections consisting of the General Election Commission and the Election Supervisory Body as one unit. Elections that are stored in Regency/City are called Regency/City KPUs as described in Law No. 15 of 2011. In sending the KPU, the KPU is assisted by the Election Committee (PPK), Voting Committee (PPS), and Voting Organizers (KPPS). ) as described in Article 3 of the General Election Commission Regulation Number 3 of 2018. These PPK, PPS, and KPPS were established directly by the Regency/City KPU as stated in Article 10 paragraphs 1 to 3 of Law No. 15 of 2011. Currently the formation and the selection process for some of these institutions is still manual. Currently there is an instrument that will assist in supporting decisions based on mathematical calculations called the Decision Support System (DSS). DSS is a system that functions to provide information, predict, and direct options to information users in order to make decisions.

Analysis of Eevee Engine Rendering Engineering in Making 3D Animation Videos Mukomuko Hospital 三维动画视频制作中的Eevee引擎渲染工程分析

Blender is a free and open source 3D computer software, Blender is used to create animated films, visual effects, and video games. This software features 3D modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing, ringing and skinning, fluid and smoke simulation, particle simulation, animating, match moving, camera tracking, rendering, video editing, compositing and a built-in game engine. Where we can design and create 3D animated films not only as a medium of entertainment in cinema, but also can be used in various fields including visual socialization media, which can bring new colors in the delivery of information. The formulation of this research is to determine how long the render time is generated to perform the rendering process using the Eevee rendering engine in Blender Software with a video duration of 54 seconds and a resolution of 320, 720, 1080 pixels on the 3D animation video of Mukomuko Hospital and the quality of the graphics/visuals produced by Eevee rendering engine. The animation video used is the 3D animation “Mukomuko Hospital”. The process of making animation using Blender 3D application and Adobe Premiere CC animation video design. The software used is Blender 2.82. The duration of the video analyzed using Eevee Engine Render is 54 seconds. The image resolution analyzed using the Eevee Engine is 320, 720 and 1080 pixels. The conclusion of this research is in the pre, production and post production process of 3D animation video at RSUD Mukomuko in accordance with the planning made previously. The rendering time generated to perform the rendering process using the Eevee rendering engine in Blender Software with a video duration of 54 seconds and a resolution of 320, 720, 1080 pixels, obtained various results with their respective advantages and disadvantages.

In the era of the rapid development of telecommunications, there are many types mobile phones whicht are smart phones on the market. One example that is being widely known in the mobile phone market, many smartphones use Android platform. There are many advantages of android. A café also possible to take advantage of android technology both for customer satisfaction and the benefit of the cafe owner. This study uses the UCD method which conducts interviews with cafe owners or research sites so that they can get results on how the needs, designs and feasibility are as well as tests on the menu selection application. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the application is in accordance with the wishes of costumers, and by using the blackbox method  it is also in accordance with the wishes of the cafe owner.

Jalan Kito Application For Services, Suggestions And Complaints Of Traffic And Land Transfortation (LLAJ) Geographic Information System-Based Safety Facilities 基于地理信息系统的交通和土地运输安全设施服务、建议和投诉申请书

Bengkulu Province Transportation Agency (Dishub) constituses one of the agencies engaged in public services, especially in the Traffic and  Land Transportation (LLAJ) section to provide road safety facilities for the community. There are various kinds of facilities that have been provided at several location points, but the Bengkulu Province Transportation Agency (Dishub) does not immediately receive accurate information, resulting in delays in handling the damaged facilities. Therefore, complaints from the public are needed to find out the direct damage that is at the point of location of road safety facilities. Public complaints usually often occur in the field of public facilities and services which are handled by government agencies. The community's complaints have not been conveyed directly properly but only through social media intermediaries so that it makes people confused about who to complain to. So in this study, we will discuss the Jalan Kito application which is a service for advice and complaints of the Traffic and Land Transportation(LLAJ) safety facilities based on the Geographic Information System to help the public in reporting damage to road safety facilities. This study employed the Extreme Programming, Extreme Programming (XP) method, which is a software development method that is fast, efficient, low risk, flexible, predictable, scientific, and fun. This model tends to use an Object-Oriented approach. The stages that must be passed include Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing, For testing, it used the Black Box method. In testing with this Black Box method, the results obtained are that all menus, pages, and features that are made run according to what is expected

The title of this research is a specialization decision support system at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The main problem is how to make an information system in decision making at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. This decision support system uses the SAW method. The SAW method was chosen because it determines the weight for each art or criterion, then proceeds with a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of existing alternatives. Based on the SAW discussion carried out with data on the value of a student named Andi Prasetio NPM 19552051, the ranking results for Robotics specialization with a value of 56.1 Multimedia specialization with a value of 45.2 Network Specialization with a value of 45.2 and the largest value is Programming specialization with a value of 56 ,6. thus the chosen alternative is Programming specialization. It is hoped that the existence of this specialization decision support system can help provide recommendations for students of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu in determining the specialization to be taken.

A product provider must make the right decisions in predicting the amount of new stock that will be distributed to stalls. Sales of lifebuoy soap in Neighbourhood OF 5 and 6 experienced a difference in the number of sales each month. This of course will make it difficult for the supplier of goods to know the exact number of products that must be stocked. To be able to overcome this and increase the realization of sales from each stall, it is necessary to have a fast and appropriate prediction process that can overcome problems in determining the amount of distribution of new stock. The method used is the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method and is written in the PHP programming language. Where this method is chosen because it is a method of counting with variable words, instead of counting with numbers, human expert systems can be implemented into machine language easily and efficiently. Identification of user needs is needed in the design to determine what features can be used in the system and use story boards to get an overview of the system. System testing using black box by testing all buttons on the application. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that this system helps simplify and shorten the time in determining the amount of fulfillment of new stock requests

Web-Based Geographic Information System for Landslide Prone Areas in Bengkulu Province 基于web的明古鲁省滑坡易发地区地理信息系统

Bengkulu Province is one of the areas prone to disasters.Based on the data from Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) in year 2020,eight of ten regencies in Bengkulu province are included in the high risk class for landslides, and two others are in the medium class.The lack of information received by the community about the location of the landslide disaster resulted in a high level losses suffered by them, both human and material casualties.Therefore, a web-based geographic infomartion system application was made.The existence of GIS combined with web design and web mapping is expected to be a means to facilitate the delivery of relevant and approprite information for all parties that need it.The results of the study indicate that the application can run well and display maps and information on the number of landslides per year in all regencies of Bengkulu Province.

Android-Based Information And Internet Dictionary Applications Using The Horspool Algorithm 使用Horspool算法的基于android的信息和互联网词典应用程序

Currently, many technical term dictionaries that are currently circulating are still in book form, making it difficult for users, especially students, because they have to manually search for the meanings and terms of informatics and the internet. One of the algorithms commonly used in the searching process is the Horspool algorithm. Horspool algorithm is a text matching process. Text matching will run efficiently if you have a table to determine how long the character is shifted if an inconsistency is detected in the jth character of the pattern. So it is hoped that the search process can be made in the application of the informatics and internet term dictionary. By using the Horspool algorithm, word matching will be carried out from the beginning of the text or from left to right so that the number and position of the searched term will determine the duration of the search.
