The clustering application of the best-selling and less-selling product sales patterns at the El Jhon Bengkulu Store can provide information on the best-selling and less-selling product sales patterns as a basis for consideration in product inventory management at the El John Store. Based on 40 total product sales and inventory data in April 2022, the results obtained that 9 data entered cluster C1 (22.5% best selling products) and 31 data entered C2 cluster (77.25% less selling products). Students were confused by the selection of thesis topics from the 3 thesis topics to be discussed in research, thus slowing down the thesis submission process and some students did not submit titles during semester 7. thesis topic, one way is by utilizing information technology systems. The recommendation application for thesis topics at the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, University of Dehasen Bengkulu, was made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008r2 database. In the application, one of the Decision Support System (DSS) methods has been applied, namely the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method which is used to help determine recommendations for final semester student thesis topics based on the value of the courses obtained by students. There are 3 thesis topics in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, University of Dehasen Bengkulu, namely finance, human resources, and marketing with a course value of 17 courses. Recommendations for this thesis topic are given per student by generating course grades for each student. Based on the results of the black box test, the functional application of the thesis topic recommendation at the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Dehasen Bengkulu University has been running properly and is able to display the results of the thesis topic recommendation for each student through the stages of the SAW method.

Batavia Prosperindo Finance Tbk is one of the companies engaged in the financing of four-wheeled vehicles. The large number of requests for used car loans requires credit financing companies to make decisions quickly and accurately, previously the process of determining creditworthiness by the company was still using the manual method, so it did not rule out the possibility of miscalculations and errors in reading credit granting data. With these problems, a special application is needed that can assist companies in making decisions using the AHP method to determine creditworthiness quickly and accurately. The AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method is one method to help develop a priority from various options using several criteria (multi criteria). Due to its multi-criteria nature, AHP is quite widely used in setting priorities. With this assessment pattern, the cases found at PT. BPF Bengkulu is very suitable when using this method in solving the problem of providing used car loans. From the results of research conducted by the AHP method, it is able to solve problems in the feasibility of giving used car loans using predetermined criteria and sub-criteria, resulting in a final score with the highest score of 0,458273 and the lowest score of 0,133065 and those eligible for used car loans. there are 3 people and 1 people don't deserve to be accepted.

Security issues are one of the most important aspects in the world of information technology, such as document security. Most of the documents are created through the Microsoft Office application package, because it is easy to use. There are several applications available in Microsoft Office, namely Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Powerpoint, and others that are used to process words and numbers according to user needs. Comparative analysis of the Blowfish algorithm and the DES algorithm in the encryption process is carried out based on 3 comparison aspects, namely processing time, file size and memory used. Comparisons were made with 40 test data in the form of document files, each consisting of 10 test data with extension formats *.docx, *.xlsx, *.pdf, and *.pptx, where these formats are familiar in data processing using Microsoft Office. Based on the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that in the encryption process, the DES Algorithm has a faster time than the Blowfish Algorithm with a percentage of the DES Algorithm's encryption processing time of 3.7975%. In the decryption process, the DES Algorithm has a faster time compared to the Blowfish Algorithm with a percentage of the DES Algorithm's encryption processing time of 3.595%. In the encryption process, the file size in the DES Algorithm increases bytes less than the file size in the Blowfish Algorithm. In the decryption process, the file size in the DES Algorithm and the Blowfish Algorithm does not change, because the file size returns to the original file size. The Bunga Murni PAUD in Bengkulu City, precisely in Sumber Jaya, is one of the facilities for kindergarten education. Where the school will be a place for children to improve themselves from various aspects of child development. Bunga Murni PAUD has not been able to carry out testing the development of their students by means of the Screening Method, because it will require a lot of money and time to carry out these activities, starting from preparing the child development form data that must be printed and then collecting the parents of students to come to the school. PAUD to fill out the form which is considered quite time consuming and sometimes has to be hindered because some parents cannot attend. Seeing from these problems, therefore in this study a website-based system will be created that will assist in these activities. In this system, a process for filling out child development forms will be made as well as a process for grouping child development. To see the results of grouping children's development based on the completed child development form, it will be made using the K-Means Clustering method to find out which children fall into the category of active child development and less active child development. The results of the tests in this study showed that from the 10 samples of students tested, 5 students entered the category of active child development and 5 students entered the less active child development category.

Bengkulu City 1 Special Special School (SLB) is one of the special schools in Bengkulu City which provides educational facilities ranging from SD, SMP and SMK. Children with special needs at SLB Negeri 1 Bengkulu City are divided into 5 types, namely the Blind, Deaf, Moderately Disabled, Mildly Disabled and Physically Disabled. Students who have just registered at SLB Negeri 1 Bengkulu City are identified with the characteristics of the child to find out the type of disorder in children with special needs. However, in practice this is more difficult than determining the type of normal student disorder in general. This is because each type of child with special needs has some of the same characteristics, so it takes quite a long time. The expert system application at SLB Negeri 1 Bengkulu City was created to assist the school in knowing and determining disorders of children with special needs based on the characteristics experienced by students. The expert system application has been applied to the Certainty Factor Method which is used to obtain the percentage level of certainty for the disorder of the child with special needs. An expert system application for determining disorders of children with special needs at SLB Negeri 1 Bengkulu City is made using the Visual Basic.Net programming language. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the functionality of the expert system application in determining disorders of children with special needs at SLB Negeri 1 Bengkulu City is running well as expected and can provide information on the results of consultations to determine disorders of children with special needs.

UPT. Puskom as practicum manager has the responsibility to provide facilities including applications needed for each course. In this research, the development of a network-based text security system was carried out by implementing one of the cryptographic algorithms that had been packaged into an application so that students could find out the encryption and decryption processes of the Cryptographic algorithm, namely the Data Encryption Standard (DES) Algorithm. A network-based text message security system using the Data Encryption Standard (DES) Algorithm was built using the Visual Basic .Net Programming Language and SQL Server database. The security system built can help keep messages sent secret from the sender to the recipient of the message through the DES algorithm. The encryption process can be carried out by the user who will send a text message to the intended user, who can open the encryption form and select the intended user, the encrypted message will be stored in the database. Meanwhile, decryption can be done by users who receive text messages by opening the decryption form and displaying the messages sent by the message sender. Based on the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the application is capable of encrypting and decrypting text messages using the DES algorithm.

Website is an internet service that can display multimedia in the form of (data, text, still or motion pictures, animation, sound, video, or a combination of all of them, both dynamic and static which form an interrelated circuit where each is linked. with page networks (hyperlinks). The website itself has many benefits, one of which is for the promotion of pre-tourism in certain areas. The pre-tourism sector is an important factor for regional and state income because it can provide benefits for the infrastructure that supports it. Rinduhati Village Tourism this is still not well publicized, a website-based tourism information system in the tourist village of Rinduhati Village is indispensable as a medium and means of delivering information to the public or tourists who want to know about tourist objects in Rinduhati village, be it natural tourism. The purpose of this study is to how to design a website for tourism information systems in the tourist village of Rinduhati village based on the web as a promotional media. The research instrument uses a waterall model which includes analysis, design, coding, and testing. This study uses a qualitative research approach. And the object of research is the tourist village of Rinduhati village which is located in Taba Penanjung District, Central Bengkulu Regency. With the existence of a website-based information system for the promotion of tourist villages in Rinduhati village, it is hoped that it can help the Rinduhati village community to promote tourism villages so that people are more aware and interested in doing nature tourism in Rinduhati village.
