Information System Self Acces Center (SAC) Language Center Muhammadiyah University Bengkulu 信息系统自助访问中心(SAC)语言中心穆罕默德迪亚大学本库鲁

Self Access Center (SAC) is an independent learning tool to access various knowledge outside the acquisition of material in the central classroom to access various knowledge independently without teacher guidance. Self Access Center Language Center University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu (UMB) is one of the training and test institutions in Bengkulu, Self Access Center data processing requires a lot of accuracy so that there are no errors in data processing. The Self Access Center (SAC) of the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu said that there was no information system for processing the Self Access Center (SAC) data, all the TOEFL Self Access Center (SAC) test registration processes were still carried out manually. This study examines how to design a Self Access Center Information system for the Language Center of the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. The purpose of this study was to design a Self Access Center Information system for the Language Center of the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. The development model used is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. PHP programming language and MySQL database have been well designed so that they can be implemented. The results of this study are the new system replaces the old system by overcoming the weaknesses in the manual system (the old one), then the system provides convenience for UMB Self access center administrative officers in accessing stock and making reports, thus making the work of UMB Self access center administrative officers be effective and efficient.

Promotion is an activity that is commonly carried out by various universities, especially when they are about to enter a new school year to attract prospective new students. The Faculty of Engineering is one of the faculties at the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. The Faculty of Engineering has a variety of promotional media, one of which is a website with the address at ft.umb.ac.id. The official website of the Faculty of Engineering provides information about achievements that have been achieved, important activities carried out by students and lecturers, profiles of the Faculty of Engineering and each study program in it, and links to related website pages. However, the website does not provide information about what is in the Faculty of Engineering. This makes website users not know how the atmosphere is when they are in the Faculty of Engineering. The research method used in the study was research and development (R&D) method. Utilization of Base64 Encryption Repetition for QR Code Presence on Online Attendance 利用Base64加密重复码实现QR码在线考勤

The implementation of the attendance system at the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu needs to be developed to be more effective in its implementation. This study aims to build a more effective attendance system to answer the problems that still exist in lecture attendance. In the construction of the presence system, the use of base64 encryption repetition is used for the presence of the Qr code. QR Code is used for security and reliability in code scrambling. The randomization was intended to limit students so that they could not make attendance if the class did not match. This is done to ensure that the student is present in class and the lecturer can anticipate student fraud in taking attendance. Therefore, in order to maintain security and avoid leakage and fraud in attendance, we need a system that can protect and maintain the security of a system. Base64 encryption repetition can be used to protect each student's string.

The Use of Phpmailer in E-SPT System (Electronic Task Order) Parking Court at The Transportation Office Bengkulu City Phpmailer在本古鲁市交通局E-SPT系统(电子任务命令)停车法庭的使用

Parking attendants or parking attendants who are also known as judges are people who work to help regulate vehicles entering and leave the parking lot. In carrying out its activities, the parking attendant must have a parking attendant's duty order (SPT). The problems with the parking attendant’s duty warrant is that the registration process for prospective parking attendants is still done manually, the SPT is still being made and typed one by one, and the parking attendant duty warrant is not in the form of a clerk’s duty which is not in the form of a clerk. Seeing this problems, the author provides a solution, namely by creating a website-based parking attadant E-SPT system. E-SPT or can be called an electronic assignment warrant is one type of electronic letter in digital form that is obtained using the internet. In the E-SPT system, the parking attendant will make it easier to manage SPT. Then this system uses PHPMailer to make it easier to send E-SPT data to the parking attendant's email. The results of this study have been made a website-based E-SPT system for parking attendants.

Application of Virtual Assistant Academic Activities Of Students And Lecturers Based On Web And Mobile 基于Web和手机的学生和讲师虚拟辅助学术活动的应用

Academic activities are daily operational activities that occur in an educational institution, especially in universities. Academic activities must be carried out by students and lecturers. Within the scope of academic activities at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, the media used to convey information on the current academic schedule no longer uses bulletin boards but uses social media, namely whatsapp. Although academic activities are routine, it is still common for students and lecturers to forget the schedule of academic activities. To overcome this, the Faculty of Engineering requires a personal digital assistant application (virtual assistant) as an accurate, efficient and portable reminder. The virtual assistant application that is built consists of two platforms. First, the mobile platform used by lecturers and students to view some academic agenda information and receive real-time information/announcements and notifications/alarms related to academic activities. Second, the web platform used by the Administration to broadcast announcements or invitations to mobile application users. Based on the test results, the virtual assistant application can run on two platforms.

Customer satisfaction is a form of feeling happy or disappointed someone who comes from a comparison between his impression of the performance of a service or goods against his expectations. PT PLN (Persero) Bengkulu City in the implementation of the implementation of the provision of electricity services certainly does not escape the existence of problems. The problems that arise are regarding customer complaints about the services provided by the problematic company. Seeing from these problems the solutions that can be given to overcome their complaints, it is very suitable to make an e-questionnaire system and chat customer complaints process using a website-based chatbot. This system will apply the Likert scale calculation method as a method to measure the level of customer satisfaction which will make it easier to get the results of filling out the questionnaire. In addition, this system will later create a complaint chat using a chatbot, which is a robotic chat service with artificial intelligence or AI (Artificial Intelligent) that imitates human conversations through messages that will answer customer questions regarding service problems provided by the company. This will certainly make it much easier for the company to get results from filling out questionnaires and make it easier for customers to make complaints regarding problems with the services provided. The results of this study have created an E-Questionnaire system for Customer Satisfaction and a website-based Complaint Chatbot.

Utilization of Kodular for Android-Based Student Presence Application Development 利用Kodular开发基于android的学生在场应用程序

One indicator of success in an educational institution is attendance. In collage the process of assessing an attendance can be recapitulated where in attendance recording is useful for student discipline assessment. This study aims to build student attendance applications by utilizing kodular in the development of android-based applications. Kodular which has provided tools to creat android applications with the concept of drag-drop block programming so that there is no need to  type program code that makes it easy for users to create android applications. The use of this application uses a smart phone during the attendance process. The presence system design is made by utilizing Quick Response Code technology which will be scanned by students during lecture hours. This application is equipped with security using the GPS (Global positioning syste) feature which is useful for minimizing fraud committed by students. There is a location point that can be determined in the application so that students who do the attendance process outside the predetermined location will fail when making attendance..

Web-Based Tourism Information System as Information Media in Kepahiang District 基于web的旅游信息系统作为柯巴乡地区的信息媒介

Advances in information and communication technology today provide many conveniences for human activities in all fields. The management of data to become information that was previously complicated and took a long time to complete, becomes fast and light when done using technological facilities. As a result, human needs for technology are getting higher because it can help the effectiveness and efficiency of a job. Kepahiang is a place that stores a thousand natural beauties and diversity, such as waterfalls, hills, beautiful natural scenery and interesting and unique photo spots. On the basis of the identification of the problems that have been described above, the formulation of the problem in this study is how to make web-based tourism information system as an information medium in Kepahiang Regency. The Web-Based Tourism Information System as an Information Media in Kepahiang Regency was built using the Hypertext Prepocessor (PHP) programming language. This information system was built to facilitate the Kepahiang Regency Tourism Office in the process of conveying information and also as a place or forum for the promotion of tourism promotion places in Kepahiang Regency, so that it is more efficient and on target.  .

Analysis of The Theme Clustering Algorithm Using K-Means Method 基于k -均值方法的主题聚类算法分析

The title of this research is the analysis of the thesis theme clustering algorithm using the k-means method. The main problem is how we can find out which theme is most in demand by thesis students at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. This clustering uses the K-means method. The K-Means method was chosen because this method is one of the non-hierarchical data clustering methods that seeks to partition data into two or more clusters with the same characteristics included in the same cluster. The purpose of this research is to help prospective students who will write their thesis in knowing which themes are more interested in them.
本研究的题目是利用k-means方法对论文主题聚类算法进行分析。主要的问题是我们如何找出哪个主题是最需要的论文学生在工程学院,穆罕默迪亚大学Bengkulu。这种聚类使用K-means方法。选择K-Means方法是因为该方法是一种非分层数据聚类方法,它试图将数据划分为两个或多个具有相同特征的聚类。这项研究的目的是帮助未来的学生谁将写他们的论文知道哪些主题更感兴趣。

Apriori Algorithm Implementation on Market Basket Analysis (MBA) of Mobile Phone Accessories 手机配件市场购物篮分析的Apriori算法实现

Theuse of data mining techniques presently help business owners to facilitate the promotion of their product marketing. One of the most techniques is well-known as association analysis. This association analysis aims to find the relationship between the goods purchased by customers. This kind of association analysis is commonly known as market basket analysis. Market basket analysis uses customer data that has been stored in the database to find new information in it. The apriori algorithm, is applied an algorithm for conducting market basket analysis, which aims to find the most frequently purchased items. This apriori algorithm produces an association rule that is useful for business actors. By analyzing the association a priori algorithm can be seen that customers’ data can be used as input for business owners to determine sales strategies for their business.
