Arc Fault Discharges Indication by Deviation From Regular Processes in The Loads of Aerial Vehicles Electrical Systems 飞行器电气系统负载中电弧故障放电偏离正常过程的指示

The paper presents the results of the analysis, studies and computer simulation of the series type arc fault discharges, based on the load current deviations, abnormal for the regular processes and normalized current ripples. This method assumes continuous load current monitoring and its comparison with the reference value. There is a possibility that the information on loads state, being uploaded into processor of the Secondary Power Distribution Unit, would be enough for the aircraft electric power distribution systems with preassigned set of loads, being developed. The considered method arouses interest as the least costly. Thus, the main attention is paid to it in the framework of this paper.

The use of non-synchronous automatic reclosing in power plants of large industrial enterprises with a complex network configuration 非同步自动重合闸在网络结构复杂的大型工业企业电厂中的应用

One of the main trends in industrial energy is the use of various sources of distributed generation. This is due to the low cost of its own generated electricity and increased reliability of electricity supply to industrial consumers. However, the introduction of objects of distributed generation leads to a significant complication of operating conditions. In particular, it is not excluded the output to the separate work with the power system. This paper focuses on the restoration of synchronous parallel operation with the power grid. Two types of non-synchronous automatic reclosing were investigated: fast-reclosing and switching on at different frequencies. An algorithm has been developed for the operation of non-synchronous automatic reclosing under conditions of distributed generation objects. The conditions under which it is advisable to use this type of automation in industrial power plants are determined. A software package for calculating transient electromechanical processes has been developed, which allows investigating the modes of resynchronization of generators with a network. Studies were conducted on the example of an industrial power plant of complex configuration. Calculations showed that the success of resynchronization depends on the network configuration, unbalance of power in the node and power of the generators. The developed algorithm allows determining the possibility of using asynchronous automatic reclosing at a power plant and developing recommendations for its use.

Hardware-Software Complex of the Mobile Brain-Computer Interface for Technical Means of Rehabilitation 康复技术手段移动脑机接口的软硬件综合体

Brain-computer interfaces, which are systems for the exchange of information between the brain and an electronic device, are the subject of unabated scientific interest in many laboratories in the world. Today, the practical application of brain-computer interfaces is found mainly in the field of rehabilitation. Research conducted in the 1970s at the University of California at Los Angeles showed the fundamental possibility of restoring the damaged functions of hearing and vision, as well as lost motor skills due to biological feedback. In this paper, the hardware-software complex of a mobile sensorimotor brain-computer interface based on electroencephalography for controlling modern technical means of rehabilitation is considered. Software implementation of the technology of localization of sources of electrical activity of the brain allows designing a device with the number and location of electrodes that is optimal for a particular patient according to the signal to noise ratio. The basis of the device is a wearable platform for enhancing biopotentials, providing mobility and ease of use in combination with technical means of rehabilitation.

The cascade synchronous–asynchronous motor 级联同步-异步电动机

This paper describes the mechanism and the principle of operation of a cascade asynchronous-synchronous motor. The history of their creation, and the main advantages are given. The analysis of operation of the cascade system under load is carried out, the scheme of substitution is given. It is determined that when the motor is under load the lag in the phase of the magnetic field created by the rotor current of the second stage leads to an increase in its torque as in a conventional synchronous motor. The torque of the asynchronous converter, which also grows with the growth of currents in its stator and rotor, is added to this moment. The load characteristics of the cascade asynchronous-synchronous motor are not much different from those of the synchronous motor. There is a maximum moment, the excess of which can take the cascade out of sync. The created protopit of cascade synchronous-asynchronous motors is described, the passport data of the electric machines included in its composition are given. The experimental setup consists of two crane asynchronous motors with a phase-rotor of the DMTF series - 011-041 IP44, and a P-42 type DC motor as a load. The experimental study confirmed the possibility of creating a cascade combining the advantages of synchronous and induction machines.

Study Radiation from Radio Transmitters Antennas Influence on the UAV Onboard Equipment 无线电发射机天线辐射对无人机机载设备影响的研究

In this paper, studies are being conducted on the radiation from radio transmitters antennas influence on the onboard equipment of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). The paper proposes an approach to the prediction from the radiation radio transmitters' antennas influence. The UAV made of composite material is considered. A practical example of the prediction of the electromagnetic environment in the fuselage space of a UAV under the electromagnetic influence of radio transmitter antennas is discussed.

The Indicators Validity Increase of the Renewable Power Source Development in Regional Electric Power Programs 区域电力规划中可再生能源发展指标有效性的提高

The authors of the paper propose a mechanism to manage the development of electric power sector of the Russian Federation and its regions which is represented as a system of formulation, adoption and implementation of strategic decisions which enables to solve the problem of non-coordination of schemes and programs of development at different levels with the consideration of renewable electric power development. The mechanism of electric power development management created by the authors allows setting achievable goals (indicators) to introduce renewable energy sources, as well as to provide Russian territorial subjects with schemes and programs of electric power development.

Hybrid electrostatic filter for thin purification 混合静电过滤器用于薄净化

In this paper a hybrid electrostatic filter producing purification of smoke flow by both electrostatic and catalytic methods is considered. Simultaneously with the deposition of unburned particles of hydrocarbon fuel “soot” and other electrically conductive particles, fine purification is performed to prevent the release of chemical compounds contained in flue gases. The using of this filter will allow to solve the problem of smoke emissions in certain branches of industry and national economy, where until now the using of one of the considered cleaning methods, has encountered difficulties or was insufficient. The proposed construction of vertical execution does not require a special separate platform for its location and is able to be placed as a superstructure of the existing pipe or directly inside it. The automatic cleaning system at each filter level minimizes for maintenance personnel the need of intervention in the cleaning process, increases safety.

Multifunctional Power Electronic Converter with Remote Control 带遥控的多功能电力电子变换器

The paper considers the requirements for a multifunctional power converter with remote control. The possible operation modes of the power converter are considered, the characteristics of the output signals are analyzed. For efficient operation of the converter, remote control over its operation is introduced. The requirements for monitoring the parameters of the ultrasonic process unit are formulated. The use of two calculators for process control and converter configuration is justified.

Research of Dynamic Operation Modes of Transformer Voltage Regulator on Mathematical Model 基于数学模型的变压器稳压器动态运行模式研究

Transformer voltage regulator can be used to regulate the voltage in the electrical network. The authors developed a voltage regulator prototype. Transformer regulator introduces a boost or buck voltage in the line and allows one to adjust the network voltage in amplitude (longitudinal voltage control) and phase (transversal voltage control). Mathematical models of the network with transformer voltage regulator developed in SamSim. The simulation results allowed determining the parameters of the longitudinal and transverse perturbations that can be compensated by voltage regulator. The influence of the transformer regulator model parameters on its dynamic characteristics has been investigated.

Advanced automated complex using induction and resistance furnaces for precise heating of the titanium billets 先进的自动化复杂使用感应和电阻炉精确加热钛坯

The automated complex is developed for precise heating of cylindrical titanium billets with various length and diameter. The high homogeneity temperature field of the billet is reached during the heating process. Achievement accuracy of the final temperature is $5div 10 {}^{circ}mathbf{C}$. Billets of $400div 750$ mm length and 165-275 mm diameter are exposed to heating. The heating cycle of billet in the inductor and the resistance furnace includes high-speed heating in induction heater and endurance of billet in the resistance furnace. Temperature control of a billet surface is made by means of a pyrometer located over a surface of billet in the middle of the inductor. Billet transportation from the induction heaters store and then into the resistance furnace is made by means of carts in automatic and manual modes.
