Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui harga saham sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman pembagian dividen, dan apakah terdapat perbedaan abnormal return sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman pembagian dividen. Objek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang secara konsisten berada pada Indeks Kompas-100 periode Februari 2009 sampai Januari 2014. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif komparatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 54 emiten yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Periode penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu 31 hari yang terdiri dari 15 hari sebelum pengumuman pembagian dividen, sehari pada saat pengumuman pembagian dividen, dan 15 hari setelah pengumuman pembagian dividen. Penelitian ini menggunakan market adjusted model untuk mendapatkan nilai expected return. Sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis, digunakan paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap harga saham maupun rata-rata abnormal return antara 15 hari sebelum pengumuman pembagian dividen dan 15 hari sesudah pengumuman pembagian dividen.

The research was conducted at BUMN Company of Defence Industry in West Java consists of the District and the city of PT Pindad, PT Dahana, PT Dirgantara Indonesia, PT LEN and PT Inti. The purpose of this study to determine, assess and analyze descriptive and verification of transformational leadership, employee commitment, motivation, job satisfaction and employee performance. Sample of this study using sampling technique cluster proporsional stratified random sampling. Methods of data collection using questionnaries. This research method using descriptive and verivicative with analysis technique of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Results from descriptive studies prove that transformational leadership rating of effective categories, employee commitment rating of strong categories, motivation rating of high categories, job satisfaction rating of satisfied categories and employee performance rating of high categories, but there are still some emploies who rate not good perception. The results of the verivication studies prove that transformational Leadership, employee commitment and motivation has a positive and significant impact on the job satisfaction either partially or simultaneously and job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

This research aims to describe the actual condition of the entrepreneurial student at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Gorontalo State University (FEB-UNG), identifying the determinant factor of student entrepreneurial intention and to formulate alternative ways to improve the entrepreneurial intention. Use qualitative descriptive method, primary data obtained by 50 selected respondent, and secondary data from student division of FEB-UNG office. Research concludes, first, it is generally, student entrepreneurial intention still relatively low, evidenced by the lack of FEB students become entrepreneur, low involvement in training/workshop and seminar about entrepreneurship inside or outside of campus as well as the lack of number of business plan that competed in Program of Student Creativity (PKM). Second, relatively low of entreprenurial intention is highly determined by the lack supporting of parents and family who works as civil servant or private employees, public perception and also entrepreneurial learning atmosphere and facilities that have to be acces inside of campus. Third, the solutions offered is multiplied the frequence of entrepreneurial practices, carried out of learning contextual periodically, provide the entrepreneurial facilities, business incubator program, business plan writing contest, budget allocation and entrepreneurial network integrated with local stakeholder.

Free floating exchange rate system that has been adopted since august 1997 resulted in the strong relationship between macro economic variables with the determination of the exchange rate. Therefore the objective of this research was to explain the effect of these variables to exchange rate in the short run and the long run in the period of 1997 to 2012. The method used was econometrics through error correction model. The research result describes important roles of monetary authority, government and business sector in determining the exchange rate.

The main objective of this research is investigate the effect of autonomy and accountability on managerial performance . This research uses survey method with verification approach and type of causal research, conducted on 18 universities in Bandung as the unit of analysis, while the unit of observation is a Vice-Chancellor, and Dean. The type of data is primary data collected by a questionnaire research instruments containing ordinal scale for measurement. Validity and reliability tests have also been done on the entire collected questionnaire. Furthermore, data are converted into interval scale, then hypothesis test are done using SPSS 20. This research has shown that (1) Simultaneously, there is a significant effect of autonomy, accountability on managerial performance. (2) Partially only accountabilityt has significant effect on managerial performance. Whereas autonomy does not have significant effect on it.

The phenomenon happening nowadays is that, colleges become commodities needed by society in order to improve people’s lives. A quality college is literally seen by the public from its facilities and infrastructures as well as by the satisfaction of the students at that college or university. So the purpose of this study is to observe the effect of service quality on student satisfaction at the Extension Program Faculty of Economics, University of Jambi, either simultaneously or partially. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires disseminated to 100 students which were selected as research sample. The method used is descriptive method of verification, while the research tool used is path analysis. The result of this research shows that there is significant effect of service quality on student satisfaction both simultaneously (by 54.2%) and partially. The partial effect on reliability is 19.98%, responsiveness is 23.25%, physical evidence is 25.34%, empathy is 21.57%, and assurance is 18.10%.

Using a neo-classical one-sector aggregate production where energy is used as one inputs, the paper develops a vector error-correction (VEC) model to test for the existence and direction of causality between output growth and energy consumption in Malaysia. Using the Johansen co-integration technique, the empirical findings indicate that the long-run movements of output and energy do not exist by one co-integrating vector. Then using a VEC specification, the short-run dynamics of the variables indicate that Granger-causality is not running in both directions between output growth and energy consumption. Hence, those findings conform the presence of “neutral hypothesis theory” which imply Malaysia’s economic growth is not dependent highly upon energy consumption, and energy cannot be considered as a limiting factor to output growth in Malaysia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai “Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Citra Toko Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Dan Implikasinya Pada Minat Beli Ulang (Suatu Survei Pada Konsumen Sepeda Motor di JG Motor Group Wilayah Bandung)”. Selain itu juga penelitian ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan, citra toko, keputusan pembelian Sepeda Motor Yamaha yang implikasinya pada minat beli ulang di JG Motor Group Wilayah Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan eksplanatori. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner terhadap sebanyak 200 pelanggan sebagai sampel. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, citra toko dinilai oleh sebagian besar konsumen sudah baik, begitu juga mengenai keputusan pembelian konsumen dan minat beli ulang. Kualitas pelayanan dan citra toko mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian baik secara simultan maupun parsial, serta keputusan pembelian mempengaruhi minat beli ulang konsumen pada JG Motor Group Wilayah Bandung.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian gaya kepemimpinan ketua, meliputi perilaku tugas dan perilaku hubungan, dan kematangan anggota Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) di Provinsi Gorontalo, serta hubungannya dengan partisipasi anggota. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel untuk ketua KUD sebanyak 52 orang dan perhitungan sampel anggota KUD menggunakan mentode Pengukuran proporsional sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 140 orang sebagai responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan mengedarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan tehnik analisis kualitatif deskriptif dan metode kuantitatif dengan tehnik pengujian menggunakan Uji Beda (Uji Kruskal Walis) dan Uji Chi Quadrat. Berdasarkan hasil analisa statistik dapat disimpulkan: (1) terdapat perbedaan gaya kepemimpinan ketua, (2) terdapat perbedaan tingkat kematangan anggota, (3) tidak terdapat kesesuaian gaya kepemimpinan ketua dengan kematangan anggota KUD di Provinsi Gorontalo, serta (4) terdapat hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan ketua dengan kematangan anggota terhadap partisipasi anggota yang ditunjukkan.

Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel untuk ketua KUD sebanyak 52 orang dan perhitungan sampel anggota KUD menggunakan mentode Pengukuran proporsional sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 140 orang sebagai responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan mengedarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan tehnik analisis kualitatif deskriptif dan metode kuantitatif dengan tehnik pengujian menggunakan Uji Beda (Uji Kruskal Walis) dan Uji Chi Quadrat. Rumah sakit memegang peranan penting bagi pertumbuhan suatu negara. Kualitas layanan rumah sakit yang buruk menyebabkan permasalahan kesehatan masyarakat tidak terselesaikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai kualitas layanan bagian rawat inap rumah sakit di Bandung. Bagaimanapun, pengukuran yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan persepsi pasien dapat menghasilkan gambaran mengenai kualitas layanan rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus. Rumah sakit umum telah dihubungi untuk menjadi objek penelitian ini. Rumah sakit beragam dalam hal kepemilikannya, yaitu sebagai rumah sakit milik swasta dan milik pemerintah. Hanya 6 dari 19 rumah sakit yang tertarik dan bersedia meluangkan waktu untuk diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan rumah sakit relatif sudah baik. Namun, terdapat keluhan yang cukup signifikan mengenai kurangnya waktu yang disediakan oleh dokter, rumah sakit tidak secara kontinyu memberikan informasi mengenai penyakit pasien, termasuk informasi mengenai kemungkinan komplikasinya, dan kurangnya kebijakan rumah sakit dalam melatih dan menjelaskan tentang cara menangani rasa sakit.
