The features of 3D radar image formation during the synthesis of an artificial aperture due to rotation of the phase center of the receiving antenna and stationary diversed transceiver module have been considered during the interferometric interpretation of incoming data. The main mathematical relations, associated with determination of the relief height are given, the algorithm for processing the trajectory signal based on the interferometric approach, as well as the results of evaluating the efficiency of the proposed algorithm, obtained by computer simulation, are presented.

The influence of external disturbances on the sensitivity and dynamic range of the microwave radiothermograph is considered. The results of an experimental study of the interference situation in the range up to 3 GHz are presented. The diagram of the spectral density of interference adjacent to radio astronomy windows is analyzed. The features of real observed disturbances are investigated. The classification of possible disturbances according to their characteristics is given. Algorithms for discrimination of various types of interference are considered. The sensitivity and dynamic range of the microwave radiometer are evaluated using the pulse noise suppression algorithm.

The relevance of the article lies in the fact that the activity under consideration — web development as a whole is a popular programming industry. Many companies transfer their business processes to the Internet, and provide users with access to their data, solutions and services. In this regard, there is a shortage of IT specialists of this qualification — web developers. And if we take into account the rather rapid change of technologies, which concerns both programming paradigms and just the release of new versions of software, such as server, programming languages, programming system, frameworks, then methods of professional development of web developers become especially relevant. The purpose of the study is to determine the most effective way to develop a web developer in the company. This includes determining the needs of the company and the skill level of the developer and reducing the difference between these indicators. The task is to determine the method of optimal assessment of the level of qualification, offer points of measurement of this level, and analyze the effectiveness of advanced training. The article raises the problems of effective professional development of employees of web development companies. The way of development of a ready-made specialist is considered, depending on the skill level of the developer, the level of project requirements and updating of the main software. Methods used: empirical research, classification methods. The methods of evaluation and training of employees were analyzed using the example of companies leading web development. The result of the research is a model of web developer competencies, recommendations for assessing the levels of knowledge and skills of employees, recommendations on the level of implementation of new technologies.

The work is devoted to solving the scientific problem of decision support for the prevention and elimination of emergency situations (ES) consequences based on fuzzy logic and machine learning methods. The relevance of this problem is due to the need to optimize the risk of adverse effects on human health and the environment in connection with emergency situations. The increased complexity of the tasks solved within the framework of the designated scientific problem is associated with the presence of information uncertainty in the complex accounting of heterogeneous characteristics, which in some cases can’t be normalized and brought to a single measurement scale. In such conditions, information processes for predicting the occurrence of potentially dangerous chains of events in the technogenic and natural spheres must be built using artificial intelligence methods and fuzzy logic to increase the efficiency of choosing the sequence of actions performed on the available information in order to build the necessary models, methods and algorithms to eliminate negative development situations and ensure monitoring of emergencies potential development cases. The authors give formalized statements of the tasks to be solved. A conceptual data model is proposed for constructing fuzzy decision support rules for the prevention and elimination of emergencies’ consequences. One of the options for formalizing such a data model is the transition to a vector representation of the information space. This will allow in the future to solve the problem of their classification on a set of information elements for distribution by classes of emergency situations. The criterion for evaluating belonging to a certain class is the argument for minimizing the distance between information elements in the vector space. The procedure for the accumulation by an intelligent system of precedent models set for the prevention or elimination of the emergencies consequences, which is a stage of machine learning, is described. After passing it, the intelligent system becomes capable of assessing the semantic similarity of operationally obtained models with precedents that have already fallen into the category of templates. The criterion for evaluating the effectiveness of an intelligent decision support system is the semantic similarity of the operational situational emergency model and the precedent model. A heuristic algorithm for determining semantic proximity was proposed. In order to optimize the time spent on supporting decision-making on the prevention and elimination of the emergency situations consequences, the authors also propose to use decentralized bioinspired methods, the advantages of which are internal procedures that provide diversification of the search space to exit from local optima and quickly obtain quasi-optimal solutions to the problem. In machine data formats, the digit grid of typical and specialized computers displays numerical values on which calculations are performed in various number systems. A new modular packed representation of numerical values by rational fractions with fixed denominators, previously unknown, is introduced. For such modular representations of numerical quantities, a basic algorithm for the formation of vector components of types of representations is given with an estimate of complexity. A method of optimal approximation by packed modular representations of arbitrary irregular fractions has been found. The features of algorithms for performing additive and multiplicative operations for packed representations in a modular processor are analyzed.

In 2021, at the Obukhovo station of the Oktyabrskaya railway. testing of the technology for counting the number of operations of relay equipment began. The results of testing the technology at the Obukhovo station showed that relay equipment with a high intensity of operation generates faster the standard number of operations specified in the technical specifications for the equipment. Relay equipment with a high intensity of operation needs to be replaced earlier than the scheduled period, and equipment with a low intensity of operation needs to be replaced less often than the scheduled period. The routine method of replacing relay equipment does not take into account the intensity of its work. The article proposes a scientific approach that allows you to manage the resource of the relay equipment of railway automation and telemechanic at the stage of its operation based on the calculation of the timing of its replacement. To calculate the timing of the replacement of relay equipment, objective data on the values of their actual number of operations are used. The article proposes the calculation of the timing of the replacement of relay equipment based on its characteristics, service life under technical conditions, scheduled terms in the instructions, and the intensity of its work. The calculation of the cost of failure and maintenance of relay equipment over the entire service life is given to determine the optimal replacement period for relay equipment, for which the replacement period occurs earlier than the scheduled period. The calculation of the timing of the replacement of relay equipment makes it possible to switch from the scheduled maintenance method to maintenance based on the actual state and ensure the transition to address planning. Configuration of routes is a rather comprehensive, necessary and at the same time self-sufficient component of an integrated process that models the displacement of objects. This article is focused on the development of the multimodal route network model that leverages on only the pertinent suite of source abstract object types, which preliminary differentiate according to the open architecture of categorized types. The main emphasis is on the detection of relevant associations, which take place into the transportation domain being modeled, and constraints on its populations. One of these restrictions is the base segment constraint, which guarantees correct instances of the specialization segment relationship. The model contains formal expressions for verifying data reliability in terms of segments specialization, coherence and sequence order of the latter in routes. Another group of constraints encompasses the terminal pool restrictions that comprise constraints of the sequence order, non-redundancy, and unique combinations of source and destination route points. All terminal constraints have been formalized by means of the relational algebra operators. Such decision is capable of supporting integrity constraints by using triggers or stored procedures of database management systems. We have also exploited the universal structural primitive for the multilevel representation of entity lists, as well as have demonstrated the role and function of dedicated datasets under the forming of links between entities.

The article proposes a decision-making technique in the field of rolling production process control based on the analysis of rolling tape surface image and the construction of technological parameter Pareto-optimal set. The substantiation of the automated process control system modernization scheme based on the introduction of a decision support system with computer vision for the rolling mill operator is presented. As a result of the technique development, the wavelet model of the rolling tape surface image is modified; the model presented in the pixel packet form; the classification information field has been expanded to improve recognition accuracy of rolling tape surface defects; the algorithm for forming the defect region and refining spatial features was developed; the algorithm for the construction of technological production parameter Pareto-optimal set has been developed. This article is devoted to development of an algorithm for automated analysis and transformation of a log message into a list of features in the form of a fixed-length vector and accumulation of the obtained vectors into a single dataset. The resulted dataset is proposed to be used in machine learning based anomaly detection systems. An additional requirement for the algorithm being developed is the diversity of protocols used to collect log messages in a computer system. These goals were achieved by develop of the software package. The software package collect and parse data from log messages in order to isolate and encode the features from log messages. The software package is enable to collect log messages by several protocols: syslog, SNMP, SQL, reading text and binary files. The data extracted from the log messages of the computing system is considered. The support of LUA scripts for data enrichment is applied. The list of features is generated. The method to encode text data extracted from log messages is proposed. The transformation algorithm of an arbitrary log message into a features vector of fixed dimension is proposed. A methodology for the formation of a dataset for subsequent use in machine learning of the anomaly detection system in a computing system is provided. The resulted dataset is proposed to be used in machine learning based anomaly detection systems. An additional requirement for the algorithm being developed is the diversity of protocols used to collect log messages in a computer system. These goals were achieved by develop of the software package. The software package collect and parse data from log messages in order to isolate and encode the features from log messages. The software package is enable to collect log messages by several protocols: syslog, SNMP, SQL, reading text and binary files. The data extracted from the log messages of the computing system is considered. The support of LUA scripts for data enrichment is applied. The list of features is generated. The method to encode text data extracted from log messages is proposed. The transformation algorithm of an arbitrary log message into a features vector of fixed dimension is proposed. A methodology for the formation of a dataset for subsequent use in machine learning of the anomaly detection system in a computing system is provided. The article is devoted to the issues of developing the information support system of innovative enterprises based on modern digital platforms. The relevance of effective development of the economy of the current era and its various fields with the application of digital innovations and high technologies has been shown. The importance of improving the information support system of innovation enterprises, its architectural-technological structure model based on Industry 4.0 technologies, and other modern platforms is substantiated. At the same time, directions for improving the information support of enterprise management activities based on the Open Group Architecture Framework, its main blocks, and elements are also given. The main content and elements of the enterprise architecture are defined. The directions for the formation of the concept of the effective architecture of the enterprise have been determined. A conceptual structural model of the information support system of innovative enterprises based on modern platforms has been proposed. The interconnected levels of the Open Group Architecture structure are shown. Based on the Information Management Technical Architecture Platform, the concept of Information Systems Architecture was developed and its advantages were determined. Taking into account the components of the Industry 4.0 platform, relevant proposals and recommendations for the modernization of the information support system of innovative enterprises have been developed.
