Flexible humidity and temperature sensor based on film structures of polymer nanocomposites with carbon nanotubes 基于碳纳米管聚合物纳米复合材料薄膜结构的柔性温湿度传感器

A brief review of humidity and temperature sensors based on film structures of nanocomposite materials is presented. The possibilities and prospects of sorption-impedance humidity sensors and resistive temperature sensors based on polymer nanocomposites with carbon fillers are considered. The studies results of the electrical conductivity dependences of nanocomposite films based on polyvinyl alcohol with magnetically sensitive multi-walled carbon nanotubes on humidity and temperature are presented. The structure and electrical circuit of a flexible two-parameter humidity and temperature sensor are proposed, in the form of two series-connected nanocomposite film resistors placed on a flexible silicone substrate, one of which is protected by a moisture-proof coating. Issues of sensor calibration are discussed.

Silicon field nanotransistor with a surroundung gate and a nonlinear geometry of the working area 工作区域具有非线性几何结构的硅场纳米晶体管

A silicon CMOS nanotransistor with a cylindrical geometry with a fully enclosing gate with a non-linear geometry of the working area is discussed. Numerical studies of prototypes with a parabolic working area were performed using mathematical modeling using the software environment for instrumental technological modeling TCAD, based on the models of n- and p-type nanotransistors developed by TCAD. An inverter model has been developed for n- and p-type prototypes with an optimized radius ratio of 0.76. At control voltages of 0.6 V and a frequency of 25 GHz, the model predicts a maximum switching delay of 1.0 ps, an active power limit of 0.22 µW, and a static power of 72 pW. The electrophysical characteristics of the n-type prototype with dielectric stacks of gate oxide SiO2-Al2O3 and SiO2-HfO2 are analyzed numerically. The simulation results show that the use of high k stacks has a noticeable effect on key transistor characteristics. Thus, a parabolic nanotransistor architecture with an optimized radius ratio can potentially become a replacement for a cylindrical structure for high-speed low-voltage applications.

Trends in Development of Test and Certification Laboratories for Antenna Systems Used as Part of 5g Nr Telecommunication System Equipment 5g Nr电信系统设备天线系统测试与认证实验室的发展趋势

An analysis of international organizations involved in measuring the radiation characteristics of antenna systems in their near radiation zone is presented. Out of the great variety of such organizations we selected only those that specialize in testing of antenna system parameters for base stations and terminals that meet 5G NR telecommunication system standards. We have reviewed standards adopted by these testing laboratories and their cutting-edge samples of the testing systems. We have also analyzed the level of development of Russian specialized testing laboratories that perform testing and certification of 5G NR mobile network equipment. We have reviewed their equipment and capabilities for testing the parameters antenna systems being part of 5G NR telecommunication systems.

Using Keyboard Handwriting for Control in Learning Systems 在学习系统中使用键盘手写控制

The problem of student control with the help of keyboard handwriting is considered in the article. While working in an educational environment (for example, during certification), one of the users can perform tests for another. In this case, it is important to determine who exactly works at a particular moment in the training system. It is necessary to monitor continuously. It is advisable not to use personnel for this, as this is an unproductive waste of time. We assume that the full list of people working with the program at the moment is known. For analysis, data on the keyboard handwriting of each student are used, the characteristics of these data are determined in advance. The available information is represented as a set of vectors. Each of them contains a calculated handwriting characteristic corresponding to a particular user. The decision about the identity of the user is made depending on the similarity of the current and saved handwriting. To do this, the characteristics are compared at the present time with the saved ones. The scalar and vector methods of forming admissible areas for handwriting are considered. In the first case, a spherical region is formed, which simultaneously takes into account all the characteristics. The radius is defined as half of the minimum distance between points, which are vector coordinates that correspond to the characteristics of the keyboard handwriting. In the vector case, several linear regions are defined. Each area corresponds to one characteristic of the keyboard handwriting. The size of the area depends on the distance between the corresponding coordinates of the vector containing the data about the keyboard handwriting. Experimental data are presented to test the performance of the proposed control method. Keyboard handwriting contains the average values and standard deviations of the durations of pressing the keys and intervals of pauses. It is shown that in the scalar case the resulting regions have a larger radius than in the vector one. This reduces the number of type I errors.

The possibility of using synthetic data and digital twins for training neural network models that being used in quality control computer vision systems is being explored. A method for generating synthetic images of qualitative and defective products is shown in this paper. Experiments have been carried out to train neural networks on generated images with various configurations of synthetic environments. The possibility and effectiveness of applying the domain randomization method, which purposefully violates the photorealism of training images, is considered. The impact of this method on the accuracy of the resulting neural network used for product defect segmentation is evaluated.

Integrated Method for Moderation of Hydrological Data Using Singular Spectrum Analysis and Neural Networks 基于奇异谱分析和神经网络的水文数据综合调节方法

The paper considers a method for preprocessing (moderating) in situ hydrological data, which allows us to effectivety identify and eliminate noises of various nature. Registered data sometimes can contain abrupt surges and high-frequency pickup, caused by technology-related factors (operation nuances of the equipment used). They contradict the physical and space-time scales of hydrological wave processes, but at the same time they are not always obvious to a human operator conducting primary control. For the procedure of automatic moderation, the use of neural networks in combination with the methods of singular spectrum analysis (SSA) is proposed and the results of its practical application are demonstrated.

The article is devoted to the application of digital twin technologies in the activities of innovative enterprises. The relevance of applying high technologies in all areas is justified. Features of the application of 4.0 industrial platform elements in the activity of innovative enterprises are explained. The issues of effective management of the activities of innovative enterprises where high technologies are produced have been investigated. The directions for improving the ICT infrastructure for the innovative digitization of the economy were studied. In the realization of innovation potential, the features of science and technology-intensive product production were given, and the global market of high-tech products was analyzed. The issues of innovative digital development of industrial-economic systems were investigated. Emphasis was placed on the fundamentals of the development model of industrial-economic systems based on innovative digitization processes. The stages of the formation of technical and technological paradigms for the development of industrial-economic systems are given. The application features of digital twin technologies in digital transformation processes have been explained. Attention is paid to the importance of the application of digital twin technology in increasing the efficiency of innovation activity. The process of managing innovative industrial-economic systems based on digital twin technology has been investigated. The analysis of the process of using digital twins in the management of innovative industrial-economic systems was carried out. The concept of creating a digital twin, its development, and the content of continuous innovation processes have been investigated. The importance of development of the expanded architectural system of the digital twin of the innovative production enterprise, as well as the conceptual model of the digital plant, was noted. The importance of development of the expanded architectural system of the digital twin of the innovative production enterprise, as well as the conceptual model of the digital plant, was noted. Umbrella Trees for Nesting Problem 伞形树的筑巢问题

The problem of irregular-shaped pieces representation in order to minimize the nesting time is considered. A representation in the form of umbrella tree with a square crown consisting of tricolor nodes and bicolor leaves equidistant from the root is proposed. The construction of an umbrella tree from a image based on the transformation of Cartesian pixel coordinates into reference coordinates of tree leaves is shown. The translation and rotation of pieces functions on umbrella trees with quadratic estimates of computational complexity are determined. Examples of rounding coordinates heuristics and the experimental values of the threshold recoloring leaves during rotating a piece are given. The quadratic problem of intersection localization of the slab contents and the piece is reduced to the evaluating of color mutual exclusivity predicate of the pairs of nodes of the slab tree and the piece tree with linearrhythmic estimation of time in the applied cases. A pair of nodes is mutually exclusive if at least one of the nodes is white, and it isn't mutually exclusive if both are black. In other cases a pair of nodes is considered mutually exclusive if all four pairs of child nodes are mutually exclusive. The price of reducing the computational complexity of intersection localization is an increase of the required memory size by 33 % compared to the raster representation. Umbrella trees make it possible to use photo and video frames of pieces and slabs without converting them into a vector representation.

A novel real-coded genetic algorithm (FCGA-AM) that uses the proposed adaptive mutation (AM) operator is presented. The algorithm is designed to optimise the characteristics of the developed intelligent transportation system. The performance of the proposed genetic algorithm was evaluated in comparison with other methods of multicriteria heuristic optimization with the use of various test instances and well-known quality metrics for Pareto frontiers. At the next stage, the FCGA-AM was applied to find the best road safety trade-offs involving unmanned ground vehicles (UAVs) interacting with conventional ground vehicles (UTVs), pedestrians and other agents
