Design and Research of Vehicle-Mounted Double-Arm Hedge Trimmer Electro-Hydraulic Control System 车载双臂整流机电液控制系统的设计与研究

In order to improve the efficiency of the hedge trimmer, and meet the fast, efficient and safe performance of the hedge trimmer . In this paper, the design and theoretical research of its electro-hydraulic control system are carried out. On the basis of using SolidWorks to complete the three-dimensional model of the whole machine, the control system scheme is completed with the hydraulic system, and the main electronic control components are selected. Determine its pin assignment based on function and selected controller and complete the transfer of information between the control system modules via CAN bus communication technology. And through the labview to test its debugging process, and finally complete the actual verification of the machine, the results show that the CAN communication of the electronic control system is normal, all parts work well, can meet the pruning requirements, the electronic control system is effective and feasible.
为了提高树篱修剪机的工作效率,满足树篱修剪机快速、高效、安全的性能要求。本文对其电液控制系统进行了设计和理论研究。在利用SolidWorks完成整机三维模型的基础上,结合液压系统完成了控制系统方案,并对主要电控元件进行了选型。根据功能和所选控制器确定其引脚分配,并通过CAN总线通信技术完成控制系统各模块之间的信息传递。并通过labview对其调试过程进行测试,最后完成对机器的实际验证,结果表明电控系统的CAN通信正常,各部件工作良好,能满足修剪要求,说明电控系统是有效可行的。

Hybrid Reasoning Configuration Method of Rescue Vehicle Based on Cases and Ruler Study 基于案例与标尺研究的救援车混合推理配置方法

In order to respond quickly to customer needs, minimize the workload of designers, improve product design efficiency, and configure different personalized rescue vehicles according to different customer needs, a hybrid product configuration method based on case-based reasoning and rule-based reasoning is proposed. According to the design method and basic theory of the rescue vehicle, many types of multi-level rescue vehicle configuration rules were proposed. Finally, the feasibility and rationality of the method are verified by taking the demand target of a type of rescue vehicle.
为了快速响应客户需求,最大限度地减少设计人员的工作量,提高产品设计效率,并根据不同的客户需求配置不同的个性化救援车辆,提出了一种基于案例推理和规则推理的混合产品配置方法。根据救援车辆的设计方法和基本理论,提出了多种多级救援车辆配置规则。最后以某型救援车辆的需求目标为例,验证了该方法的可行性和合理性。
