ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN BAHAN PENOLONG UNTUK PEMBUATAN PUPUK UREA PADA PT. PUPUK ISKANDAR MUDA DENGAN METODE MATERIAL REQUIREMENT PLANNING 用安康达尔的物料调理计划控制生产尿素的辅助材料的供应

Pada PT. Pupuk Iskandar Muda yang bergerak di bidang industri kimia. Perlu diketahui bahwa pada PT. Pupuk Iskandar Muda di Tahun 2018 pernah mengalami kelebihan (over stock) persediaan bahan penolong dan spare part disebabkan human error dan perhitungan yang tidak sesuai untuk kebutuhan perusahaan yang mengakibatkan kelebihan stock yang membuat persediaan menumpuk di penyimpanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengendalian dan merencanakan persediaan  bahan  penolong karena perhitungan atau metode dari perusahaan juga pernah tidak tepat sasaran. Perhitungan pemakaian bahan penolong yang optimal dengan menggunakan metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP) yang dapat mencegah terjadinya kelebihan dan kekurangan persediaan bahan penolong digudang. Terdapat metode MRP menggunakan teknik lot sizing dimana teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik lot for lot, economic order quantity, dan period order quantity serta menggunakan perhitungan peramalan sebagai acuan untuk mengetahui jumlah kebutuhan bahan penolong dimasa mendatang. Hasil metode optimal yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan metode MRP, adalah metode yang memiliki total biaya bahan penolong terendah. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari perhitungan perbandingan biaya dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengendalian persediaan untuk seluruh komponen bahan penolong yang optimum dari metode yang baik diantara LFL, EOQ, dan POQ adalah metode lot for lot, dan period order quantity karena pada metode lot for lot memberikan pemilihan biaya unit terkecil. Pada bahan penolong Sodium carbonat sebesar 46.407.816. Sedangkan metode period order quantity memberikan biaya persediaan yang timbul kecil. Pada bahan penolong Coagulant Aid persediaan yang timbul sebesar 9.619 dengan pemesanan sebanyak 6 kali selama periode berurutan. Maka pembelian sebanyak kuantitas tersebut akan lebih efisien sesuai dengan kondisi perusahaan.

PERANCANGAN PENJADWALAN PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE MESIN BOILER DAN SCREW PRESS DENGAN MENGHITUNG MEAN TIME TO FAILURE DAN MEAN TIME TO REPAIR DI PT. BUMI SAMA GANDA

Mesin Boiler dan Screw Press merupakan salah satu komponen utama pada proses pengolakan kelapa sawit menjadi Crude Palm Oil (CPO)  di PT. bumi sama ganda. Namun, proses pengolahan tersebut tidak berjalan lancar dikarenakan mesin boiler dan Screw Press sering mengalami kerusakan terhadap beberapa komponennya. Hal ini diketahui  dari data kerusakan Menurut data Maintenance dari bulan Agustus 2020 sampai bulan Juli 2021 terdapat 51 kerusakan pada stasiun boiler yang menyebabkan terjadinya breakdown selama 5400 menit dan terdapat 24 kerusakan pada mesin screw press yang menyebabkan breakdown selama 1.710 menit di Pabrik Kelapa Sawit PT. Bumi Sama Ganda. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka perlunya dilakukan preventive maintenance untuk dapat mencegah terjadinya kerusakan tak terduga yang menyebabkan downtime pada mesin. Berdasarkan pengolahan data, Ganda di dapatkan hasil bahwa komponen kritis pada mesin boiler terletak pada komponen gelas penduga, Blowdown, Feed water pump, valve, distribusi fuel conveyor, SAF, scrapper, Air lock, As hopper, Neles, Pipa air, motoran SAF sedangkan untuk mesin screw press komponen kritis terletak pada komponen silinder, gearbox, hidrolik, v belt, amper meter, motoran, kaca kontrol dimana komponen tersebut memberikan total downtime sebanyak 80%. Serta di dapat waktu preventive maintenance untuk komponen mesin boiler yaitu Blowdown 358 jam, gelas penduga 292 jam, feed water pump 614,2 jam, valve 1760 jam, distribusi fuel conveyor 268 jam, SAF 2044,5 jam, Scrapper 888 jam, Air lock 239 jam, As hopper 1738 jam neles 287,5 jam dan pipa air 358 jam sedangkan untuk komponen mesin screw press didapat silinder press 565 jam, gearbox 944 jam, hidrolik 715 jam dan v belt 553 jam.
